3. Beutel zum Öffnen drücken. Den Stock mittels einer aseptischen Methode oberhalb der Daumenstopplinie greifen, um den Schwamm zu entfernen.

4. Die gesamte Probenfläche mit dem Schwamm aseptisch abtupfen
