PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Dry or Pre-hydrated and biocide-free 3.8 x 7.6 cm (1.5 x 3 in.) sponge in sample bag. Pre-hydrated with specified agent. Various bag sizes. With

or without gloves.

MODE D’EMPLOI

1. Manipuler l’éponge jusqu’à ce qu’elle atteigne le fond du sac.

2. Ouvrir le sac.

REMARQUE:ajouterundiluantstérileouunbouillonsurl’épongesèche.

3. Pousser l’éponge vers l’extérieur du sac.

4. Replierlesbandesbleuesafindemaintenirlesacouvert.

5. Mettre des gants stériles.

6. Retirer l’éponge de manière aseptique.

7. Prélever de manière aseptique sur toute la surface d’échantillonnage

3,4,5,6

8. Retournerl’éponge.Changerladirectionde90°.Préleverdemanièreaseptiquesurlamêmesurfacedel’échantillon.

9. Replacerl’épongedanslesacdemanièreaseptique.

10. Plier le sac de sorte à le fermer.

11. Plier les extrémités des bandes bleues vers l’intérieur.

12. En respectant les procédures établies pour l’utilisateur, retirer tout résidu de solution neutralisante ou de bouillon d’enrichissement de la surface

échantillonnée.

8. Capovolgerelaspugna.Cambiareladirezionedi90°.Tamponareasetticamentelastessasuperficiecampionata.

9. Riporreasetticamentelaspugnanelsacchetto.

10. Ripiegare il sacchetto per chiuderlo.

11. Piegare le estremità dei fili blu verso l’interno.

12. Seguendo le procedure prestabilite dall’utente, rimuovere ogni residuo di brodo arricchente o soluzione neutralizzante dalla superficie campionata.
