The 3M™ Dilution Pouch is a convenient alternative to the traditional preparation and sterilization of diluent media. The 3M Dilution Pouch prelled

with 99, 225 or 450 mL of specied dilution media consists of a standalone, heavyweight, puncture-resistant pouch which can be used for the dilution

of product samples that require stomaching.

STORAGE

Upon receipt, store unopened 3M Dilution Pouches at the indicated temperatures (See Table 1).

DISPOSAL

After use, 3M Dilution Pouches may contain microorganisms that could be a potential biohazard. Follow current industry standards or local regulations

for disposal.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Follow all instructions carefully. Failure to do so may lead to inaccurate results.

WearappropriateprotectiveapparelandfollowstandardgoodlaboratorypracticesGLP

1. Stand the 3M Dilution Pouch on at surface.

2. Put on gloves.

3. Tear the 3M Dilution Pouch open.

4. Pull red tabs, so the 3M Dilution Pouch stays open.

5. Aseptically add sample to the 3M Dilution Pouch.

6. The 3M Dilution Pouch can be paddle blended utilizing a paddle style blender to homogenize the contents.

7. Fold down the 3M Dilution Pouch to close.

8. Fold ends of blue wires inward.

9. Follow user established procedures.

Dermit 99, 225 oder 450 ml eines vorgegebenen Verdünnungsmittels vorgefüllte 3M Verdünnungsbeutel ist stabil, reißfest, und äußerst durchstoßfest.

Erwird zur Verdünnung von zu homogenisierenden Produktproben verwendet.

Indossare un abbigliamento protettivo adeguato e seguire le buone prassi di laboratorio (BPL) standard

1. Poggiare la busta per diluizione 3M su una supercie piana.

2. Indossare i guanti.

3. Aprire la busta per diluizione 3M.

4. Tirare le linguette rosse in modo che la busta per diluizione 3M resti aperta.

5. Aggiungere asetticamente il campione alla busta per diluizione 3M.

6. La busta per diluizione 3M può essere mescolata utilizzando un frullatore a pale per omogeneizzare il contenuto.

7. Ripiegare la busta per diluizione 3M per chiuderla.

8. Piegare le estremità dei li blu verso l’interno.

1. Plaats de 3M Zak voor verdunning op een plat oppervlak.

2. Trek handschoenen aan.

3. Scheur de 3M Zak voor verdunning open.

4. Trek aan de rode lipjes zodat de 3M Zak voor verdunning open blijft staan.

5. Voeg op aseptische wijze een monster toe aan de 3M Zak voor verdunning.

6. De 3M Zak voor verdunning kan gemengd worden met roerarmen door gebruik te maken van een menger met roerarmen om de inhoud

homogeen te maken.

7. Vouw de 3M Zak voor verdunning naar beneden om hem te sluiten.

8. Vouw de uiteinden van de blauwe draden naar binnen.

9. Volg de procedures van de gebruiker.
