PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND INTENDED USE

3M™ Bird Rinse bottles come pre-lled with 400 mL of either Buttereld’s Buffer or Buffered Peptone Water Broth. 3M Bird Rinse will save time when

used with the 3M™ Carcass kits. The wide bottle opening makes broth dispensing easy and the seal provides assurance that the product has not

been previously opened.

STORAGE

Upon receipt, store unopened 3M Bird Rinse at the indicated temperatures (See Table 1).

DISPOSAL

After use, 3M Bird Rinse may contain microorganisms that may be a potential biohazard. Follow current industry standards or local regulations for

disposal.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Follow all instructions carefully. Failure to do so may lead to inaccurate results.

Wear appropriate protective apparel and follow standard good laboratory practices GLP

1. Unscrew and remove cap from 3M Bird Rinse bottle.

2. Put on gloves.

3. To remove seal, grasp the tab and peel back from bottle edge, continuing to pull the seal away from the bottle until removed.

4. Tear open a 3M™ Bird Rinse Bag (BRB3500) or equivalent.

5. Pour the 3M Bird Rinse diluent into the bag containing the carcass cavity.

6. Follow your dened protocol for bird carcass rinsing

7. After rinsing, pour the sample rinse uid back into the bottle, close cap.

Les ﬂacons pour rinçage de volaille 3M™ sont préremplis avec 400ml de solution Tampon Butterﬁeld ou d'Eau Peptonée Tamponnée (ISO). Les

ﬂacons pour rinçage de volaille 3Mpermettent un gain de temps lorsqu'ils sont utilisés avec les kits pour le contrôle de carcasse 3M™. La large

ouverture du ﬂacon facilite le versage du bouillon et le sceau d'étanchéité garantit que le produit n'a jamais été ouvert.

1. Dévisser et retirer le bouchon du ﬂacon pour rinçage de volaille 3M.

2. Mettre des gants.

3. Pour retirer le sceau d'étanchéité, saisir la languette et décoller à partir du bord du ﬂacon jusqu'à ce que le sceau soit entièrement retiré du ﬂacon.

4. Ouvrir, en le déchirant, un sac pour rinçage de volaille 3M™ (BRB3500) ou l'équivalent.

5. Verser le diluant pour rinçage de volaille 3Mdans le sac contenant la cavité de la carcasse.

Die 3M™ Flaschen für Geﬂügelspülwasser sind bereits mit 400 ml Butterﬁeld’s Puffer oder gepuffertem Peptonwasser/Bouillon befüllt. Sie sparen Zeit,

wenn Sie die 3M™ Flaschen für Geﬂügelspülwasser zusammen mit dem 3M™ Tierkörperkit verwenden. Die breite Flaschenöffnung ermöglicht eine

einfache Dispensierung der Bouillon, und die Versiegelung stellt sicher, dass das Produkt nicht schon vorher geöffnet wurde.

1. Schrauben Sie den Deckel der 3M™ Flasche für Geﬂügelspülwasser ab.

2. Ziehen Sie Handschuhe an.

3. Um die Versiegelung zu entfernen, greifen Sie die Lasche und ziehen Sie die Versiegelung vollständig vom Flaschenrand ab.

4. Reißen Sie den 3M™ Beutel für Geﬂügelspülwasser (BRB3500) oder vergleichbares Produkt auf.

5. Gießen Sie das 3MVerdünnungsmittel für Geﬂügelspülwasser in den Beutel mit dem Tierköper.

CONSERVAZIONE

Alla ricezione, conservare Bird Rinse 3Malle temperature indicate (vedere Tabella 1).

SMALTIMENTO

Dopo l’uso, Bird Rinse 3Mpuò contenere microorganismi che possono rappresentare un potenziale pericolo biologico. Seguire i regolamenti locali o le

normative vigenti per lo smaltimento.

ISTRUZIONI PER L'USO

Seguire attentamente tutte le istruzioni. In caso contrario, si possono ottenere risultati non precisi.

Indossare un abbigliamento protettivo adeguato e seguire le buone prassi di laboratorio (BPL) standard

1. Svitare e rimuovere il tappo dal ﬂacone Bird Rinse 3M.

2. Indossare i guanti.

3. Per rimuovere il sigillo, afferrare la linguetta e staccarla dal bordo del ﬂacone, continuando a tirare il sigillo dal ﬂacone ﬁno a rimuoverlo.

4. Aprire la sacca per Bird Rinse 3M™ (BRB3500) o equivalente.

5. Versare il diluente per Bird Rinse 3M™ nella sacca contenente la cavità della carcassa.

6. Attenersi al protocollo deﬁnito per il risciacquo della carcassa d'uccello

7. Dopo il risciacquo, versare nuovamente il liquido di risciacquo campione nel ﬂacone e tappare.

Los frascos de 3M™ Enjuague para Aves vienen previamente rellenados con 400 mL de buffer Butterﬁeld’s o caldo de agua peptonada tamponada.

3MEnjuague para Aves le ahorrará tiempo cuando se usa con los 3M™ Kits para Carcasas. La amplia abertura del frasco hace que sea fácil verter el

caldo y el sello ofrece la seguridad de que el producto no ha sido abierto previamente.

OPSLAG

Bewaar ongeopende 3MBird Rinse na ontvangst bij de aangegeven temperaturen (zie Tabel 1).

AFVALVERWERKING

Na gebruik kan 3MBird Rinse micro-organismen bevatten die een biologisch risico kunnen vormen. Volg de actuele industrienormen of de lokale

normen voor afvalverwijdering.

GEBRUIKSAANWIJZINGEN

Volg alle instructies zorgvuldig op. Het niet opvolgen van de instructies kan onnauwkeurige resultaten tot gevolg hebben.

Draag geschikte veiligheidsuitrusting en volg de standaard goede laboratoriumpraktijken (GLP)

1. Schroef de dop van het 3MBird Rinse-ﬂesje los en verwijder deze.

2. Trek handschoenen aan.

3. Om het zegel te verwijderen, pakt u het lipje vast en trekt u het los van de rand van het ﬂesje. Blijf het zegel lostrekken van het ﬂesje tot u het

volledig verwijderd hebt.

4. Scheur een 3M™ Bird Rinse Bag (BRB3500) of vergelijkbare zak open.

5. Giet het 3MBird Rinse-oplosmiddel in de zak met het karkas.

6. Volg het vaste protocol voor het spoelen van vogelkarkassen

7. Giet na het spoelen het spoelvloeistofmonster terug in het ﬂesje en sluit de dop.
