Introduction
Congratulations! You have chosen a
high-quality device from our company.
Familiarise yourself with the product
before using it for the first time. In addition, please
carefully refer to the operating instructions and the
safety advice below. Initial operation of this device
must be performed by trained personnel.
KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN!
Intended use
This device is suitable as a compressed air supply
for tyre filling devices, blow-out guns and with the
respective adapters for inflating balls, etc. Only use
the product as described and for the specified ap-
plications. Keep these instructions in a safe place.
When passing this product on to others, please also
include all the documents. Any use other than the
intended is prohibited and potentially dangerous.
Damages resulting from noncompliance or misuse
are not covered by the warranty and are not included
in the manufacturer‘s liability. This device was de-
signed for household use and may not be used for
commercial or industrial purposes.
Improper use
The compressor is not suitable for continuous use or
unrestricted commercial use, and may only be used
in dry rooms. The compressed air produced is not
suitable as respiratory air. Use in explosive environ-
ments and aiming the compressed air gun at persons
is prohibited.
Remaining risks
Even with proper use of the device there always is
a certain remaining risk which cannot be eliminated.
The type and design of the device can infer the fol-
lowing potential risks:
- The user forgets to use ear protection.
- The user opens the valve without the device being
connected to an air hose.
- Compressed air is aimed at persons or animals.
- Dirt particles and dust raised enter the eyes or the
face.
- Electric shock when touching non-insulated electrical
components.
Failure to follow the instructions in your instructions
for use may result in other remaining risks due to
improper use.
Warning: The actual vibration emission during use
may deviate from that specified in the instructions
for use or by the manufacturer. This can be caused
by the following influencing factors which should
be considered before or during every use:
- Is the device being used properly?
- Is the type of material to be worked on correct?
- Is the device in proper working condition?
- Are the handles or optional vibration handles
installed and are these properly attached to the
device?
If you experience discomfort or discolouration of
the skin on your hands during use, stop working
immediately. Take adequate breaks. Failure to take
adequate breaks can result in hand-arm vibration
syndrome. You should assess the utilisation factor
according to the work or use of the device, and take
appropriate breaks. This will significantly reduce
the utilisation factor throughout working. Minimise
the risk you are exposed to by vibration. Maintain
this device as specified in the instructions for use. If
the device is used more frequently, please contact
your speciality retailer and, if necessary, purchase
anti-vibration accessories (handles).
Avoid using the device in temperatures of t=5 °C
or below. Create a routine which limits stress due to
vibration.
A certain amount of noise pollution from this device
cannot be prevented. Shift noisy work to approved
and designated times. If applicable, observe off-times
and limit the working period to the most necessary.
Ear protectors should be worn for your personal
protection and to protect persons nearby.

Note: When used in the following text, the terms
„compressed air unit“ or „device“ refer to the com-
pressed air unit specified in these instructions for
use. Basic safety measures must be followed when
using compressed air units to eliminate the risk of
fire, electric shock and personal injury. Be sure to
read and follow the notices within these operating
instructions prior to using the device and store them
in a safe location. The manufacturer assumes no
liability for damages or personal injury resulting
from failure to follow these operating instructions.
This appliance may be used by children age
8 years and up, as well as by persons with re-
duced physical, sensory or mental capacities,
or lacking experience and / or knowledge, so
long as they are supervised or instructed in the
safe use of the appliance and understand the
associated risks. Children should not be allowed
to play with the device. Cleaning and user
maintenance should not be performed by
children without supervision.
RISK OF INJURY!
During maintenance, switch off the compressed
air supply.
Only use the device in areas of application for
which it was designed!
Do not overburden the device. Never use
hydrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide or other
bottled gasses to power this tool as doing so
may result in an explosion and thus may cause
severe injuries.
Maintain and clean the device regularly as
instructed (see Chapter „Cleaning / care“).
EXPLOSION HAZARD!
Never use petrol or other flammable liquids to
clean the air tool! Sparks could ignite residual
vapours inside the compressed air unit resulting
in the compressed air unit exploding.

General safety instructions for air tools
Do not use the device in explosive environments
with flammable liquids, gasses or dust.
Never work on materials which are or could
potentially be highly flammable or explosive.
Check the device for damage before startup.
Always make sure that the device is in perfect
condition each time before use.
Always be attentive when working! Unexpected
movement of the device may cause hazards.
Avoid placing your body in an unnatural posi-
tion. Keep proper footing and balance at all
times. By doing this you will be in a better posi-
tion to control the compressed air unit in unfore-
seen circumstances.
Do not use any device if its switch is defective.
A device that can no longer be switched on
and off is dangerous and must be repaired.
Store the device out of the reach of children
when it is not in use.
Do not let anyone use the device if he or she is
not familiar with it or has not read the instructions
and advice. Compressed air units are dangerous
when they are used by inexperienced people.
Maintain the device carefully. Check that moving
device parts are working properly and move
freely. Check for any parts that are broken or
damaged enough to detrimentally affect the
functioning of the device. Have damaged parts
repaired before using the device. Many acci-
dents have their origins in poorly maintained
devices.
Switch the device off if you do not use it any-
more.
Always wear personal protective
equipment and safety glasses. Wear-
ing personal protective equipment
such as dust mask, non-slip safety shoes, safety
helmet or ear protectors, depending on the type
of air tool and its application, reduces the risk
of injuries.
Check the connections and supply lines. All
maintenance devices, couplings and hoses must
be equipped to meet the pressure and air amounts
specified in the device specific values. Pressure
that is too low influences the functioning of the
device; pressure that is too high can cause
damage to property and personal injury.
Protect hoses from kinks, constrictions, solvents
and sharp edges.
Keep hoses away from heat, oil and rotating
parts.
Make sure that the hose clamps are always
tightly fastened. If the hose clamps are not
tightly fastened or are damaged, the air could
escape uncontrollably.
Replace damaged hoses immediately. A dam-
aged supply line may result in the air hose
whipping about and may result in injuries.
If the power cable of the appliance is damaged,
it has to be replaced by the manufacturer or its
service department or a similarly qualified per-
son in order to avoid hazards.
Do not use the device when tired or under the
influence of drugs, alcohol or medications.
One moment of carelessness when using the
device may result in serious injuries.
Do not directly inhale the exhaust air.
Keep exhaust air away from the eyes. Exhaust
air from the air tool may contain water, oil,
metal particles or contaminants from inside the
compressor. This may damage your health.
BE CAREFUL WHEN SET-
TING DOWN THE device! Always put down
the device so it does not come into contact
with the trigger. This could potentially result in
accidental activation of the device, which again
could result in hazards.
Only use suitable accessories. These may be
purchased from the manufacturer. Using non-
OEM accessories may result in hazards.
Only use filtered and regulated compressed air.
Dust, caustic vapours and / or moisture may
damage the motor of the compressed air tool.
The hose must be designed for at least 150 %
of the maximum pressure generated by the
system.
The tool and supply line must be equipped with
a hose coupling to completely release pressure
when disconnecting the coupling hose.
Do not modify this device in any way without
the manufacturer‘s approval.
Only use the device with the specified pressure
(approx. 8 bar max.).

Disconnect the compressed air unit from the air
supply after each use and when not in use. Do
not use the compressed air unit if it leaks or is
in need of repair.
Keep your working area clean and well lit.
Untidy or poorly lit working areas can result in
accidents. Doing so will allow you better con-
trol of the device, particularly under unforeseen
circumstances.
Only have the device repaired by qualified
specialist personnel using OEM spare parts.
This will maintain the safety of the device.
Keep children and other persons away from
the device during use. Distractions can cause
you to lose control of the device.
Wear suitable clothing. Do not wear loose
clothing or jewellery. Keep your hair, clothing
and gloves clear of moving parts. Loose cloth-
ing, jewellery or long hair can become trapped
in moving parts.
Put down trigger and device in the event of
unexpected compressor failure.
If possible, use a condensate trap or drain the
hoses and pipes of condensate (water) regu-
larly before and during the use compressed air
units.
ATTENTION! An undersized compressed air
system may minimise the efficiency of your
device.
Never point the compressed air unit at yourself,
other persons or animals. Otherwise there is a
risk of injury.
Always observe all the safety notices attached
to the compressor.
Make sure that the compressor intake opening
is never blocked and the airflow is never hin-
dered.
Switch off the device and pull the plug from the
socket to prevent it from being accidentally
switched on.
Do not allow yourself to become distracted
while working with the device.
Never operate the compressor in temperatures
below 5 degrees.
The outlet must always be within reach.
ATTENTION! The pressure gauge is not cali-
brated! Please check the air pressure with a
calibrated device after filling.
General safety information
for electrical devices
Always connect the device to a residual current
(FI) protective switch.
Protect yourself against electric shock. As you
are working, avoid touching grounded parts
(e.g. refrigerator, water supply pipes etc.).
DANGER OF ELECTRIC SHOCK! Avoid
contact with live lines. This device is not insu-
lated against electric shock.
Regularly check extensions and power supply
cables. Replace any faulty cables with new
ones immediately. If the supply cable of this
device is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer or its service department, or a
similarly qualified person in order to avoid haz-
ards.
Store the device in a dry environment when it is
not being used over a longer period.
Make sure that the connection cable does not
hang over a corner or be stretched; otherwise
there is a risk of injury.
Do not use the mains lead for any purpose for
which it was not intended, e.g. to carry the
product, to hang it up or to pull the mains plug
out of the mains socket.
Never use power tools in damp or wet environ-
ments, and never expose it to rain or high hu-
midity.
Never switch on the device in the vicinity of
inflammable liquids or gases. If the device is
used outdoors, only use extension cables that
are expressly designed for outdoor use.

heats up after extended operation. Therefore

always use the handle on the device to move
it. Never touch the device itself!
ATTENTION! The compressor housing may
become hot during use. Do not touch hot sur-
faces in order to prevent burns.
Never leave the device in operation unattended.
Built-up heat generated by the device can be a
source of danger. This compressor is equipped
with overheat protection. Of the motor reaches
a temperature of 130 °C, the overheat protec-
tion will automatically shut it off. This allows the
motor to cool off, thus preventing damage. Once
the motor has cooled down, it will automatically
restart. This pause is normal and is intended to
protect the motor. This process will repeat if the
motor again reaches a temperature of 130 °C.
Only use indoors.
WARNING! The compressor can start up
without warning!
Before use
Only use the compressor in dry, well ventilated
rooms. The room must be free from dust, acids,
fumes, explosive or flammable gasses.
Check that all of the device‘s parts are in per-
fect condition.
Make sure that the available mains voltage is
compatible with the voltage intended for oper-
ating the compressor.
Avoid long supply lines.
Place the compressor on its rubber feet before
use.
Note: The switch light indicates the mains connec-
tion and does not indicate pump operation.

Using the tyre filling

The compressed air tyre filling device

inflate car tyres and, used with the appropriate ac-
cessories, also to inflate and control bicycle tyres,
rubber dinghies, air mattresses, balls, etc.
ATTENTION! The pressure gauge

brated! Please check the air pressure with a cali-
brated device after filling.

Using the adapter set
The adapter set allows the tyre filling device to be
used for the following additional applications:
a) Inflating balls using the ball needle

allows bicycle tyres to be

c) Inflating pools, air mattresses or dinghies using
the additional adapter

d) inflating items with screw valves (e.g. dinghies)
using the screw-on valve adapter

Cleaning / Care
Note: We recommend cleaning the device imme-
diately after every use. Please first unplug from the
mains before cleaning.
Be sure the device is completely cooled off to
prevent burns.
Do not use cleaning agents or solvents for
cleaning.
Be sure water does not enter the device.
Depressurise the device before cleaning. To do
so, use the tyre filling device as a blow-out gun
and activate the trigger until no air escapes
anymore.
Note: Store the compressor in a dry and safe
environment. Bleed the device and any connected
air tools before storing.

Allow the device to cool down and wait a
short period to neutralise residual energy.
Always verify the device is in safe working
condition.

Warranty terms
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.
Please retain the original receipt safely. This docu-
ment is required as your proof of purchase. Should
this device show any fault in materials or manufac-
ture within three years from date of purchase, it will
be repaired or replaced - at our choice - by us free
of charge. This warranty is conditional on the de-
fective device and the receipt of purchase (store
receipt) being presented within the three year war-
ranty period, and that there is a brief written descrip-
tion of the nature of the defect and of the date it
arose. If the defect is covered by our warranty, we
will return the repaired device or replacement
thereof. A repair or exchange of the device does
not extend a new warranty period.
Scope of warranty
The appliance has been manufactured to strict
quality guidelines and meticulously examined
before delivery. The warranty applies to faults in
material or manufacture. This warranty does not
apply to product parts subject to normal wear and
tear and which can therefore be considered as wear
items, or to damage to fragile parts, e.g. switches,
storage batteries or glass parts. This warranty
becomes void if the device has been damaged or
improperly used or maintained. All instructions pro-
vided in the operating instructions must be followed
strictly to constitute proper use of the product. Pur-
poses and practices which the operating instructions
warn of or advise against must be avoided without
fail. This product is intended for private, non-com-
mercial use only. Any incorrect or improper use of
the device, use of force and changes not performed
by our authorized service branch will void the war-
ranty.
Processing of warranty claims
Please remember the following to ensure your matter
is processed quickly: Please keep your sales receipt
and the item number (e.g. IAN) ready as your
proof of purchase when making enquiries. The prod-
uct number can be found on the type plate, an
engraving, the cover page of your instructions (bot-
tom left) or the decal at the back or bottom. In the
event of malfunctions or other defects please first
contact the service department below by phone or
e-mail. A product recorded as defective, along with
the proof of purchase (sales receipt) and a descrip-
tion of the defect and when it occurred, can then
be returned free of charge to you to the service
address provided.

Correct disposal of this product Within
the EU this symbol indicates this product
mustn‘t be disposed of with regular
household waste. Used equipment contains previ-
ous recyclable materials which should be recycled
to prevent endangering the environment or the health
of humans through unregulated waste management.
Therefore please always dispose of used equip-
ment through suitable collection systems or send
the device to the place of purchase for disposal. It
will then send the device for material recycling.
Don‘t waste,

Device, accessories and packaging should be recy-

Introducere
Felicitări! Aţi ales un produs de înaltă
calitate al firmei noastre. Înainte de prima
punere în funcţiune familiarizaţi-vă cu
modul de utilizare a produsului. Pentru aceasta citiţi
cu atenţie următorul manual de utilizare şi indicaţiile
de siguranţă. Punerea în funcţiune a aacestui aparat
trebuie efectuată doar de personalul specializat.
NU LĂSAŢI SĂ AJUNGĂ PE MÂNA
COPIILOR!
Utilizare conform destinaţiei
Acest aparat este recomandat pentru alimentarea
cu aer comprimat a anvelopelor, pistoalelor cu aer
și cu adaptoare adecvate pentru umflarea mingilor,
etc. Utilizaţi produsul doar în scopul descris și pen-
tru domeniile de utilizare menţionate. Păstraţi aceste
instrucţiuni. Predaţi toate documentele aferente în
cazul în care înstrăinaţi acest produs. Orice utilizare
care nu este conformă scopului pentru care a fost
creat produsul este interzisă și poate fi periculoasă.
Daunele cauzate de nerespectarea sau utilizare
defectuasă nu sunt acoperite de garanţie și nu re-
prezintă responsabilitatea producătorului. Aparatul
a fost conceput pentru utilizarea în domeniul privat
şi nu trebuie folosit în scop comercial sau industrial.
Utilizarea necorespunzătoare
Compresorul nu este recomandat pentru o utilizare
de durată resp. pentru utilizarea comercială fără
restricţii și poate fi utilizat doar în încăperi uscate.
Aerul comprimat creat nu este recomandat ca aer
de respirat. Utilizarea în medii explozive preucm și
îndreptarea pistolului cu aer comprimat către per-
soane este interzisă.
Alte riscuri
Chiar și în cazul unei utilizări corespunzătoare a
aparatului există un anumit risc care nu poate fi
exclus. Din tipul și construcţia aparatului pot rezulta
următoarele pericole potenţiale:
- Operatorul uită să poarte căști de protecţie.
- Operatorul deschide robinetul fără ca aparatul să
fie conectat la furtunul de aer comprimat.
- Aerul comprimat este îndreptat către oameni și
animale.
- Particulele de murdărie ridicate în aer și praful
intră în ochi sau pe faţă.
- Electrocutare la atingerea componentelor electrice
neizolate.
Dacă nu se respectă indicaţiile din instrucţiunile de
utilizare, pot apărea alte riscuri cauzate de utilizarea
necorespunzătoare.
Avertizare: Valoarea efectivă de vibraţii existente
din timpul utilizării aparatului poate devia de va-
loarea menţionată în manualul de utilizare resp.
menţionată de producător. Aceasta poate fi influ-
enţată de următorii factori de influenţă care trebuie
respectaţi de fiecare în timpul utilizării:
- Este utilizat aparatul corect?
- Este modul de prelucrare al materialului corect?
- Este starea de uzură a aparatului în ordine?
- Sunt montate mânerele de susţinere dacă este
necesar mânerele opţionale pentru vibraţii și sunt
fixate acestea în mod adecvat pe aparat?
Dacă constataţi un sentiment neplăcut sau o colorare
a pielii pe mâinile dumneavoastră în timpul utilizării
aparatului, întrerupeţi imediat lucrul. Luaţi pauze de
lucru suficiente. În cazul nerespectării pauzelor de
lucru adecvate poate apărea sindromul de vibraţie
al braţelor. Trebuie realizată o evaluare a gradului
de solicitare în conformitate cu munca resp. utiliza-
rea aparatului și pauzele corespunzătoare trebuie
efectuate. În acest mod se ăpoate reduce conside-
rabil gradul de solicitare pe toată durata de muncă.
Reduceţi riscul la care sunteţi supus în timpul vibraţi-
ilor. Întreţineţi acest aparat în conformitate cu indi-
caţiile din instrucţiunile de utilizare. Dacă aparatul
este pus în funcţiune resp. folosit mai des, trebuie să
contactaţi furnizorul dumneavoastră și să vă procuraţi
dacă este necesar accesorii anti-vibraţii (mânere).

Evitaţi utilizarea aparatului la temperaturi de t=5 °C
sau mai mici. Faceţi un plan de lucru prin care se
reduc vibraţiile.
Solicitarea cauzată de zgomotul acestui aparat nu
poate fi evitată. Efectuaţi operaţiunile zgomotoase
în intervalele orare admise. Respectaţi intervalele
orare de pauză și reduceţi durata de lucru la ceea
ce este necesar. Pentru protecţia dumneavoastră
personală și pentru protecţia celor din jur este
necesară purtarea unor căști de protecţie.

Verificaţi imediat după despachetare dacă pachetul
de livrare este complet şi dacă produsul este într-o
stare ireproşabilă. Nu folosiţi produsul dacă este
defect.

Indicaţii generale de siguranţă
pentru uneltele pneumatice
Notă: Termenul „Aparat pneumatic” sau „Aparat”
folosit în următorul text se referă la aparatele pneu-
matice numite în prezentul manual de utilizare. Dacă
folosiţi aparate pneumatice trebuie să luaţi măsuri
de siguranţă de bază pentru a evita riscul de incendiu,
electrocutare sau vătămarea persoanelor. Vă rugăm
să citiţi și să respectaţi indicaţiile acestor instrucţiuni
de utilizare înainte de prima punere în funcţiune și
să le păstraţi. Pentru daunele și rănirile corporale
care rezultă din nerespectarea acestor instrucţiuni
de utilizare, producătorul nu își asumă nicio respon-
sabilitate.
Acest aparat poate fi utilizat de copii de peste
8 ani precum și de persoanele cu capacităţi
fizice, senzoriale sau mentale redusă sau lipsă
de experienţă și / sau cunoștinţe, doar dacă
aceștia sunt supravegheaţi sau au fost instruiţi
referitor la utilizarea sigură a aparatului și peri-
colele ce pot rezulta din acest lucru. Copiii nu
au voie să se joace cu aparatul. Curăţarea şi
întreţinerea nu trebuie realizate de copii fără
supraveghere.

Când efectuaţi lucrări de întreţinere întrerupeţi
alimentarea cu aer comprimat.
Folosiţi aparatul numai în domeniile pentru care
a fost conceput!
Nu suprasolicitaţi aparatul. Nu utilizaţi hidrogen,
oxigen, dioxid de carbon sau alte gaze în bu-
telii ca sursă de energie pentru această unealtă,
deoarece acest lucru poate duce la explozie
sau la răni grave.
Întreţineţi și curăţaţi aparatul în mod regulat
conform descrierii (vedeţi capitolul ”întreţinere” /
”curăţare”).
PERICOL DE EXPLOZIE!
Pentru curăţarea aparatului cu aer comprimat
nu utilizaţi niciodată benzina sau alte lichide
inflamabile! Aburii rămași în aparatul de aer
comprimat se pot inflama printr-o scânteie și
pot duce la explozia aparatului.
Nu lucraţi cu aparatul într-un mediu cu pericol
de explozie, în care se află lichidegaze sau
prafuri inflamabile.
Nu prelucraţi materiale care pot fi ușor infla-
mabile sau explozibile.
Înainte de punerea în funcţiune verificaţi apara-
tul în privinţa eventualelor defecţiuni.
Înaintea fiecărei utilizări asiguraţi-vă că aparatul
se află într-o stare ireproșabilă.
Fiţi întotdeauna atent! Mişcări bruşte ale apa-
ratului pot produce pericole.
Evitaţi o poziţie neobişnuită a corpului. Asiguraţi
o stabilitate corespunzătoare şi menţineţi-vă tot
timpul echilibrul. Astfel puteţi controla mai bine
aparatul pneumatic într-o situaţie neaşteptată.
Nu folosiţi aparatul al cărui întrerupător este
defect. Un aparat care nu se mai poate porni
sau opri este periculos şi trebuie reparat.
Nu depozitaţi aparatele pneumatice la înde-
mâna copiilor.
Nu permite accesul persoanelor care nu utili-
zează sau nu cunosc aparatul sau care nu au
citit aceste instrucţiuni. Aparatele pneumatice
sunt periculoase atunci când sunt folosite de
persoane neexperimentate.
Întreţineţi aparatul cu atenţie. Controlaţi dacă
piesele mobile funcţionează ireproşabil, dacă
nu sunt blocate şi dacă sunt rupte sau deterio-
rate astfel încât să afecteze capacitatea de
funcţionare a aparatului. Dispuneţi repararea
componentelor defecte înainte de utilizarea
aparatului. Multe accidente sunt cauzate de
aparate întreţinute în mod necorespunzător.
Opriţi aparatul, dacă nu îl mai folosiţi.
Purtaţi echipament personal de
protecţie şi întotdeauna ochelari de
protecţie. Purtarea echipamentului
personal de protecţie ca şi masca, încălţăminte
antiderapantă, cască sau căşti de protecţie, în
funcţie de tipul şi utilizarea uneltei cu aer com-
primat reduce riscul unei accidentări.
Verificaţi racordurile și conductele de alimentare.
Toate unităţile de întreţinere, cuplajele şi furtu-
nurile trebuie să fie concepute conform caracte-
risticilor aparatului în ceea ce priveşte presiunea
şi cantitatea de aer. O presiune prea mică
afectează capacitatea de funcţionare a apara-
tului, o presiune prea mare poate duce la daune
materiale şi personale. Protejaţi furtunurile de
îndoire, îngustare, diluanţi și margini ascuţite.
Ţineţi furtunurile la distanţă de căldură, ulei și
componente rotative.
Asiguraţi-vă că toate colierele sunt întotdeauna
strânse. Dacă nu strângeţi bine colierele sau
folosiţi coliere deteriorate, aerul poate ieşi
necontrolat.
Schimbaţi imediat un furtun deteriorat. O con-
ductă de alimentare deteriorată poate duce la
prinderea furtunului și la răniri.
Atunci când cablul acestui aparat este deterio-
rat, trebuie înlocuit prin producător sau serviciul
clienţi al acestuia sau de către o persoană cu
calificare similară, pentru a evita pericolele.
Nu folosiţi aparatul atunci când sunteţi obosit
sau când vă aflaţi sub influenţa drogurilor sau
a alcoolului sau când urmaţi un tratament cu
medicamente. Un moment de neatenţie în tim-
pul utilizării aparatului poate cauza accidente
grave.
Nu inhalaţi direct aerul evacuat.
Evitaţi contactul aerului evacuat cu ochii. Aerul
evacuat al aparatului de aer comprimat poate
conșine apă, ulei, particule metalice sau impurităţi
din compresor. Acestea pot afecta sănătatea.

astfel încât acesta să nu se sprijine pe declanșa-
tor. În anumite condiţii acest lucru ar putea
duce la activarea accidentală a aparatului
după tragere care ar putea cauza pericole.
Se vor folosi numai accesorii adecvate. Acestea
pot fi achiziţionate de la producător. Alte acce-
sorii în afară de cele originale pot fi riscante.
Folosiţi numai aer comprimat filtrat şi reglat.
Praful, aburii corozivi și / sau umezeala pot
deteriora motorul unei unelte cu aer comprimat.
Furtunul trebuie să fi introdus la 150 % din pre-
siunea maximă creată în sistem.
Unealta și furtunul de prelungire trebuie prevă-
zute cu un cuplaj pentru furtun astfel încât pre-
siunea să se pot forma la desfacerea furtunului
de cuplare.
Fără aprobarea producătorului nu este permisă
modificarea aparatului cu aer comprimat.
Aparatul de aer comprimat se utilizează doar
cu o presiune prescrisă (max. aprox. 8 bari).
După utilizare şi în caz de neutilizare, aparatul
cu aer comprimattrebuie decuplat de la alimen-
tarea cu aer. Dacă aparatul cu aer comprimat
nu este etanş sau dacă trebuie reparat, nu este
permisă utilizarea.
Ţineţi zona dumneavoastră de lucru curată şi
bine iluminată. Dezordinea şi zone de lucru prost
iluminate pot cauza accidente. Astfel puteţi
controla mai bine aparatul într-o situaţie neaş-
teptată.
Dispuneţi repararea aparatului numai de către
persoane calificate şi numai cu piese de
schimb originale. Astfel se asigură păstrarea
siguranţei aparatului.
Nu lăsaţi copiii şi alte persoane în apropierea
dumneavoastră în timp ce utilizaţi aparatul.
Atunci când atenţia vă este distrasă puteţi pierde
controlul asupra aparatului.
Purtaţi îmbrăcăminte corespunzătoare. Nu pur-
taţi îmbrăcăminte largă sau bijuterii. Menţineţi
părul, îmbrăcămintea şi mănuşile la distanţă
faţă de piesele aflate în mişcare. Îmbrăcămintea
largă, bijuteriile sau părul lung pot fi prinse de
piesele ce se află în mişcare.
Nu atingeţi trăgaciul şi aşezaţi aparatul la o
parte în cazul defectării neaşteptate a compre-
sorului.
Utilizaţi dacă este posibil un separator pentru
aer comprimat sau goliţi furtunurile și tubulatura
în mod regulat înainte și în timpul utilizării apa-
ratelor cu aer comprimat de condens (apă).
ATENŢIE! Un sistem subdimensionat cu aer
comprimat poate reduce eficienţa aparatului
dvs.
Nu îndreptaţi niciodată aparatul pneumatic spre
dumneavoastră, spre alte persoane sau spre
animale. În caz contrar există pericol de acci-
dentare.
Respectaţi toate indicaţiile de siguranţă menţio-
nate pe compresor.
Aveţi grijă ca orificiul de aspirare al compreso-
rului să poată aspira întotdeauna aerul nestin-
gherit.
Deconectaţi aparatul și scoateţi ștecherul din
priză pentru a exclude o activare din greșeală.
Nu vă înclinaţi în timpul utilizării aparatului.
Aveţi grijă să nu utilizaţi compresorul la o tem-
peratură sub 5 grade.
Priza trebuie să fie tot timpul accesibilă.
ATENŢIE! Manometrul nu este calibrat! Vă
rugăm să controlaţi aerul comprimat după
umplere cu un aparat calibrat.
Indicaţii generale de siguranţă
pentru aparatele electrice
Conectaţi aparatul la un întrerupător al circuitu-
lui cureţilor de fugă (FI).
Protejaţi-vă de electrocutare. Evitaţi să atingeţi
în timpul operaţiunii compoentente împământate
(ce de ex. frigider, conducte de apă, etc.).
PERICOL DE ELECTROCUTARE! Evitaţi cot-
nactul cu o conexiune conductoare de curent
electric. Acest aparat nu este izolat împotriva
scurtcircuitării.
Controlaţi în mod regulat cablurile de prelun-
gire și de curent. Înlocuiţi cablurile defecte cu
unele noi. Atunci când, cablul de curent al
acestui aparat este deteriorat, trebuie înlocuit
prin producător sau serviciul clienţi al acestuia
sau de către o persoană cu calificare similară,
pentru a evita pericolele.

Depozitaţi aparatul într-un mediu uscat atunci
când nu îl mai utilizaţi pe o perioadă lungă de
timp.
Aveţi grijă ca cablurile de conexiune să nu se
agaţe în colţuri sau să fie îinse în caz contrar
există pericolul de accidentare.
Nu folosiţi cablul de curent pentru a purta sau
pentru a suspenda produsul sau pentru a scoate
ștecherul din priză.
Nu utilizaţi uneltele electrice într-un mediu ud
sau umed, nu îl așezaţi în ploaie și nu îl supu-
neţi umidităţii excesive.
Nu porniţi unealta electrică niciodată în apro-
pierea lichidelor inflamabile sau a gazelor.
Pentru o eventuală utilizare în mediul exterior
utilizaţi prelungitoare care sunt adecvate.
Indicaţii de siguranţă
specifice produsului
ATENŢIE! SUPRAFEŢE FIERBINŢI! Com-
presorul se încălzește la o funcţionare de du-
rată. De aceea utilizaţi întotdeauna aparatul
ţinându-l de mâner pentru a îl mișca. Nu luaţi
niciodată aparatul singur!
ATENŢIE! Carcasa compresorului se poate
încălzi în timpul utilizarii. Nu atingeţi locurile
fierbinţi pentru a evita arsurile.
Nu lăsaţi niciodată aparatul nesupravegheat în
funcţionare. Căldura produsă de aparat poate
cauza o sursă de pericol. Compresorul este
prevăzut cu o protecţie la supraîncălzire. Dacă
motorul atinge o temperatură de 130 °C,
acesta este oprit în mod automat de protecţia
la supraîncălzire. Astfel motorul se poate răci și
se poate preveni o defecţiune. După răcirea
motorul acesta pornește din nou în mod auto-
mat. Această pauză este normaă și servește la
protecţia motorului. Procesul se repetă de îndată
ce motorul atinge o temperatură de 130 °C.
A se utiliza doar în spaţii interioare.
AVERTIZARE! Instalaţia de aer comprimat
poate funcţiona fără averizare!
Anterior punerii în funcţiune
Utilizaţi compresorul doar în spaţii uscate, bine
aerisite. În încăpere nu trebuie să se afle prafuri,
acizi, aburi, gaze explozibile sau inflamabile.
Verificaţi starea impecabilă a tuturor compo-
nentelor aparatului.
Verificaţi dacă tensiunea de reţea existentă este
compatibilă cu funcţionarea compresorului.
Evitaţi cablurile lungi.
Așezaţi compresorul pe picioarele din cauciuc
înainte de punerea în funcţiune.
Indicaţie: Lampa comutatorului prezintă o indi-
caţie pentru conexiunea în reţea și nu o indicaţie
pentru funcţionarea pompei.

Ţineţi pisa de racord pentru a evita rănirile prin
rotirea rapidă a furtunului.

cu aer comprimat la furtunul pentru aer compri-
