II. BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSER GEBRAUCH
Der LARYVOX®
Tracheostomas.
Der Zusatz PED weist Produkte für den pädiatrischen Anwen-
dungsbereich aus.
III. WARNUNGEN
Das Produkt ist ein Einpatientenprodukt und damit aus-
schließlich für die Anwendung bei einem einzelnen
Patienten - auch zum Mehrfachgebrauch - bestimmt.
Der Anwender muss vom Fachpersonal im sicheren Um-
gang und Anwendung geschult worden sein.
Die Anwendung sollte stets vor einem Spiegel erfolgen.
LARYVOX® Tracheospreizer darf nicht zu tief in das
Tracheostoma eingeführt werden.
Rückstände von Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsmitteln
können zu Schleimhautreizungen oder anderen gesund-
heitlichen Beeinträchtigungen führen.

Estrarre LARYVOX® Tracheospreizer dalla confezione, quindi
pulire e asciugare secondo le istruzioni (sezione Pulizia e steri-
lizzazione) prima del primo utilizzo.


Instrucţiunile de utilizare servesc la informarea medicului, a
personalului de îngrijire şi a pacientului/utilizatorului pentru a
asigura manipularea adecvată.
Citiţi vă rog cu atenţie instrucţiunile de utilizare înainte de
prima utilizare a produsului!
II. UTILIZAREA CONFORM DESTINAŢIEI
Dispozitivul LARYVOX® Tracheospreizer permite lărgirea
traheostomei.
Adaosul „PED” denumește produsele cu aplicare în domeniul
pediatric.
III. AVERTISMENTE
Acest produs este creat pentru un singur pacient, ind
prin urmare destinat exclusiv pentru utilizarea la un
singur pacient - și pentru utilizare repetată.
Utilizatorul trebuie să e instruit de personalul de speciali-
tate referitor la utilizarea în condiții de siguranță.
Utilizarea ar trebuie să se facă întotdeauna în fața unei
oglinzi.
LARYVOX® Tracheospreizer nu trebuie introdus prea adânc
în traheostomă.
Reziduurile substanțelor de curățare și dezinfecție pot
provoca iritații ale mucoasei sau alte probleme de sănătate.
IV. DESCRIEREA PRODUSULUI
Trei aripi extensibile ale dispozitivului LARYVOX®
Tracheospreizer permit deschiderea uniformă a traheostomei în
timpul înlocuirii canulei.
V. INSTRUCŢIUNI
Scoateți LARYVOX® Tracheospreizer din ambalaj, curățați și
uscați LARYVOX® Tracheospreizer înainte de prima utilizare,-
conform instrucțiunilor (Curățarea și sterilizarea).
Vericaţi dacă ambalajul şi produsul se aă într-o stare irepro-
şabilă.
În vederea deschiderii traheostomei introduceți ușor dispozitivul
LARYVOX® Tracheospreizer în traheostomă .
Prin strângerea mânerelor, LARYVOX® Tracheospreizer se
deschide și traheostoma se lărgește .
VI. DURATA DE UTILIZARE
LARYVOX® Tracheospreizer, care prezintă chiar și numai o de-
teriorare minimă, trebuie înlocuit imediat.
LARYVOX® Tracheospreizer, care nu se aă actualmente în
folosință, trebuie păstrat într-o încăpere uscată și ferită de praf,
radiația solară și/sau căldură.
VII. CURĂȚAREA ȘI DEZINFECTAREA
1. Curăţare
LARYVOX® Tracheospreizer se curăță cu apă călduță și săpun
lichid delicat. La nal se clătește bine cu apă curentă curată și se
șterge cu un prosop curat, fără scame.
În cazul depunerilor rezistente, LARYVOX® Tracheospreizer
poate  tratat într-o soluție specială de curățare (praf de curățat
canule OPTIBRUSH® CLEAN). La nal se clătește bine cu apă
curentă curată și se șterge cu un prosop curat, fără scame.
Asigurați-vă că după curățare pe LARYVOX® Tracheospreizer
nu se mai aă reziduuri de substanțe de curățare.
Alternativ este posibilă și o curățare prin dezinfecție termică.
Introduceți LARYVOX® Tracheospreizer timp de minimum

212 °F).
Clătiți de mai multe ori LARYVOX® Tracheospreizer cu apă
curată.
2. Dezinfecția
Este posibilă dezinfecția la rece cu ajutorul substanțelor chimice
speciale de dezinfecție.
Unei eventuale dezinfecţii, atunci când aceasta este necesară,
trebuie să îi preceadă întotdeauna o curăţare temeinică.
Pentru aceasta trebuie utilizat dezinfectantul pentru canule
OPTICIT® conform instrucțiunilor producătorului.
Alternativ vă recomandăm un dezinfectant pe bază de glutaral-
dehidă. Respectați întotdeauna indicațiile producătorului referi-
toare la domeniul de utilizare și spectrul de acțiune.
Vă rugăm să respectaţi instrucţiunile de utilizare ale substanţei
de dezinfecţie.
După dezinfecție clătiți de mai multe ori LARYVOX®
Tracheospreizer cu apă curată.
După curățarea umedă ștergeți bine cu o lavetă curată și care
nu lasă scame.
VIII. INDICAȚII LEGALE
Producătorul Andreas Fahl Medizintechnik-Vertrieb GmbH nu își
asumă răspunderea pentru daunele , cauzate de modicările
neautorizate ale produsului, reparațiile care nu au fost efectu-
ate de către producător sau de manipularea incorectă, îngriji-
rea (curățarea/dezinfecția) și/sau păstrarea produselor contrar
dispozițiilor din aceste instrucțiuni de utilizare.
Acest lucru este valabil - în măsura în care este legal permis
- pentru daunele cauzate produselor în sine cât și pentru toa-
te daunele consecutive cauzate în acest sens Producătorul îşi
rezervă dreptul modicării produsului.
Dacă în legătură cu acest produs al rmei Andreas Fahl
Medizintechnik-Vertrieb GmbH survine un incident grav, atunci
acest lucru trebuie adus la cunoștința producătorului și autorității
competente a statului membru în care este stabilit utilizatorul și/
sau pacientul.
