истинско удоволствие. За Вашето удобство е изградена и отлична сервизна мрежа с 45

Преди да използвате тази машина, моля, внимателно се запознайте с настоящата
“Инструкция за употреба”.
В интерес на Вашата безопасност и с цел осигуряване на правилната й
употреба, прочетете настоящите инструкции внимателно, включително препоръките
и предупрежденията в тях. За избягване на ненужни грешки и инциденти, важно е тези
инструкции да останат на разположение за бъдещи справки на всички, които ще ползват
машината. Ако я продадете на нов собственик то “Инструкцията за употреба” трябва да се

НАЧИН НА ЕКСПЛОАТАЦИЯ
Тази хидравлична разпъвачка може да бъде използвана както във хоризонтална, така
и във вертикална позиция. Уредът стяга, огъва и разпъва метални елементи/стоманени
конструкции.
Вашата хидравлична разпъвачка се използва заедно с хидравлична помпа и маркуч.
Свържете силов цилиндър с извода на помпата. Уверете се, че имате стабилна връзка между
тях, преди да преминете към напомпване.
Внимание! Проверявайте преди всяка употреба. Не използвайте при наличност на пукнатини
по корпуса или други механични повреди.
- Освободете всмукателният клапан.
- Внимателно освободете клапана по посока на часовниковата срелка.
- С дръжката не помпата регулирате поддаването на налягане;
- След като приключите работа, бавно и внимателно затворете клапана обратно на
часовниковата стрелка;
- Затворете всмукателния клапан;
Монтаж на силов цилиндър и хидравлична помпа
- Развийте и запазете тапата (1), разположена на края на хидравличната връзка на
силовия цилиндър
- Завийте сигурно маркуча (2) за хидравличната помпа в хидравличната връзка на
силовия цилиндър.
Куките могат да се обръщат, за да поемат окачване от различни ъгли.
- Поставете хидравлична помпа на стабилна повърхност, близо до мястото на работа.

OVERVIEW
Your Pull Back Ram is designed for pulling up to 10,000 pounds. Never exceed the maximum
weight for the Pull-Back Ram as it may damage the equipment and cause serious injury.
Your Pull-Back Ram is designed to be used with a hydraulic pump that and hydraulic hose
may be purchased separately from Harbor Freight.
ASSEMB LY
PULL-BACK RAM and HYDRAULIC PUMP Assembly
Step 1: Unscrew and save the END PLUG (#14) located on the end of the Pull-Back
Ram COUPLER (#16) as shown in Figure 1.

Step 2: Securely screw the Hydraulic Pump Hose (not included) into the Pull Back Ram
COUPLER as shown in Figure 2.
Step 3: Refer to the Hydraulic Pump instruction manual for pump assembly instructions.

13. Съхранявайте уреда на чисто и защитено от слънце и др. климатични условия място;
14. Не използвайте хидравличната разпъвачка, при умора или ако сте под въздействието на
алкохол или лекарства;
15. Не позволявайте на неквалифициран персонал да работи с уреда;
16. Не правете модификации на уреда;
17. Поддържайте уреда чист, за да гарантирате качеството на работа;

OPERATION
General Operation
The PULL-BACK RAM may be used in either a horizontal or a vertical position. Its
HOOKS (#3,#4) will turn to accept hooking from different angles.
Refer to the Hydraulic Pump instruction manual for pump operation.
Step 1: Position the Hydraulic Pump on a stable surface close to the pulling area.
Step 2: Hook one end of the Pull-Back Ram to the object to be moved and the other
end to a stable base as shown in Figure 3. A chain or strap may be used on
either side to provide a hooking surface. Make sure the chain or strap is rated
to support the pulling weight.

Step 3: Slowly provide pressure to the Pull-Back Ram. Use caution; watch for damage
to stressed areas and ensure personal safety at all times.
Step 4: When the object has reached the desired position, make sure it is stable and
slowly release pressure to the Pull-Back Ram. If the object is not stable, affix it
in place before releasing pressure to the Pull-Back Ram.

pneumatic machines - RAIDER. When properly installed and operating, RAIDER are safe and reliable
machines and work with them will deliver a real pleasure. For your convenience has been built and
excellent service network of 45 service stations across the country.
Before using this machine, please carefully acquainted with these “instructions’ manual”.
In the interest of your safety and to ensure proper use and read these instructions carefully,
including the recommendations and warnings in them. To avoid unnecessary errors and accidents,
it is important that these instructions will remain available for future reference to all who will use the
machine. If you sell it to a new owner “Instructions’ manual” must be submitted along with it to enable
new users to become familiar with relevant safety and operating instructions.

METHOD OF OPERATION
This hydraulic pull back ram can be used vertically or horizontally. Pull, bend or straighten metal/all
steel construction.
Your Pull-Back Ram is designed to be used with a hydraulic pump and hydraulic hose.
Connect the hydraulic ram with the conclusion of the pump. Make sure you have a stable
relationship between them, before moving to pump.
Attention!
Check before each use. Do not use in the presence of cracks in the hull or other mechanical
damage.
- Release the intake valve.
- Carefully release valve clockwise srelka.
- Adjust the hydraulic ram;
Important! The pump can be used in various positions from horizontal to vertical. Always keep the
hoses to pump down where not horizontally!
- With pump handle not adjust succumb to pressure;
- Once you’re done slowly and carefully close the valve counter-clockwise;
- Close the intake valve;

- Slowly provide pressure to the Pull-Back Ram. Use caution; watch for damage to stressed areas

SAFETY RULES
1. The maximum load of the hydraulic ram
is 10 tons. Do not exceed the capacity of
the device!
2. When external tubes are used - nominal
capacity reaches 50% for each tube;
3. Do not exceed the rated capacity;
4. Do not use this unit for lifting vehicles;
5. Keep children away from the work area;
6. Do not operate with loose clothing and jewelry;
7. Use protective glasses;
8. When working with the appliance - adopt a comfortable posture.

Attention! This instruction manual does not cover completely the probabilities that may occur due to
improper operation of the unit!
SUPPORT
Keep the device in a dry place like the position of the pump and shoulders are completely dissolved.
Permanent check shoulders and pump housing for signs of corrosion and damage.
Periodically clean the body of the appliance using a cotton cloth and machine oil.
Attention! Never Use the sandpaper or other abrasives to clean the hull.

compressing as far as it should, and a loss of pulling power. Bleeding the ram
requires specialized tools and procedures.

METODA DE LUCRU

OVERVIEW
Your Pull Back Ram is designed for pulling up to 10,000 pounds. Never exceed the maximum
weight for the Pull-Back Ram as it may damage the equipment and cause serious injury.
Your Pull-Back Ram is designed to be used with a hydraulic pump that and hydraulic hose
may be purchased separately from Harbor Freight.
ASSEMB LY
PULL-BACK RAM and HYDRAULIC PUMP Assembly
Step 1: Unscrew and save the END PLUG (#14) located on the end of the Pull-Back
Ram COUPLER (#16) as shown in Figure 1.

Step 2: Securely screw the Hydraulic Pump Hose (not included) into the Pull Back Ram
COUPLER as shown in Figure 2.

Pasul 2: Hook un capăt al tragere

OPERATION
General Operation
The PULL-BACK RAM may be used in either a horizontal or a vertical position. Its
HOOKS (#3,#4) will turn to accept hooking from different angles.
Refer to the Hydraulic Pump instruction manual for pump operation.
Step 1: Position the Hydraulic Pump on a stable surface close to the pulling area.
Step 2: Hook one end of the Pull-Back Ram to the object to be moved and the other
end to a stable base as shown in Figure 3. A chain or strap may be used on
either side to provide a hooking surface. Make sure the chain or strap is rated
to support the pulling weight.

Step 3: Slowly provide pressure to the Pull-Back Ram. Use caution; watch for damage
to stressed areas and ensure personal safety at all times.
Step 4: When the object has reached the desired position, make sure it is stable and
slowly release pressure to the Pull-Back Ram. If the object is not stable, affix it
in place before releasing pressure to the Pull-Back Ram.
