The steamer does not produce steam. Possible causes: low water level in the
water tank; the water tank is installed incorrectly; device is not turned on or
not plugged in. Solution: unplug the device and fill the water tank; install the
water tank as shown in Figure C; make sure the steamer is turned on and
plugged in, and the socket outlet is in good condition.
Water drips from the steamer head or leaks out of the tank. Possible causes:
the steamer is not heated to the desired temperature; the water tank cap (3)
is not properly closed. Solution: wait (about 35 seconds) for the red indicator
light (8) to light steadily; install the water tank as shown in figure C.
