goggles do not shake or slide during movement.
2.2 Trial fitting and combination with a ski helmet: It is important that you try on the ski goggles
in combination with your ski helmet. Helmet and goggles should meet firmly in order to avoid a
draught. All of our brand of ski helmets have a fastening system at the back for the headband
for ski goggles. On some models, the outer shell has retaining lugs under which you can clamp
the headband. Other models have a plastic bracket which is closed with a snap or hook. Both
versions guarantee a firm hold for the headband of your ski goggles to the helmet.
3. Use, storage, and maintenance: The inside of the lenses has a special coating which prevents
the goggles from fogging during winter sports, allowing a clear view. However, repeated use, very
wet weather, or touching can lead to fogging. After use, the ski goggles should be dried at room
temperature. The ski goggles should be stored in a container intended for that purpose, such as
a box or bag, and kept in a dry, dark place. Extreme temperatures, such as over 50°C, should
be avoided. Before the start of the season or after a fall, the goggles should be examined for
possible damage to the lenses, body, or strap system and, if necessary, replaced. Lenses must
be replaced if proper use can no longer be guaranteed due to dirt or wear. NOTE: All ski goggle
components are subject to ageing, depending on handling, maintenance, and degree of wear,
which depends on the intensity of use and the specific conditions of use. Under optimum storage
conditions (cool, dry, protected from daylight; no contact with chemicals; no mechanical crush-
ing, pressure, or stress) and without use, the maximum lifetime is 10 years from the date of
manufacture indicated on the rear of this CE brochure. This should not be exceeded in use, even
if the product is in a visually good condition. For reasons of safety, our ski goggles and lenses
should be replaced 3-5 years after initial use, depending on the intensity of use.
