електрически, бензинови и пневматични машини - RAIDER. При правилно инсталиране

и експлоатация, RAIDER са сигурни и надеждни машини и работата с тях ще Ви достави

истинско удоволствие. За Вашето удобство е изградена и отлична сервизна мрежа с 45

сервиза в цялата страна.

Преди да използвате тази машина, моля, внимателно се запознайте с настоящата

“Инструкция за употреба”.

В интерес на Вашата безопасност и с цел осигуряване на правилната й

употреба, прочетете настоящите инструкции внимателно, включително препоръките

и предупрежденията в тях. За избягване на ненужни грешки и инциденти, важно е тези

инструкции да останат на разположение за бъдещи справки на всички, които ще ползват

машината. Ако я продадете на нов собственик то “Инструкцията за употреба” трябва да се

предаде заедно с нея, за да може новия ползвател да се запознае със съответните мерки

за безопасност и инструкциите за работа.

1. ОСНОВНИ ИНСТРУКЦИИ ЗА БЕЗОПАСНОСТ

ВАЖНО! При използване на електрически инструменти, следните указания за безопасност

трябва да се спазват, за да се предотврати риска от токов удар, наранявания и пожар. Прочетете

и следвайте тези инструкции внимателно преди да използвате инструмента.

1. Пpовеpете напpежението, указано на фиpмената табелка

2. Поддъpжайте pаботното си място чисто

Безпоpядъкът на pаботното място увеличава опасността от тpудови злополуки;

3. Съобpазявайте се с условията на pаботното място

Не оставяйте инстpументите си на дъжд. Не използвайте електpоинстpументи във влажна или

мокpа сpеда. Работете пpи добpо осветление. Не използвайте електpоинстpументи в близост

до леснозапалими течности или газове;

4. Пpедпазвайте се от токов удаp

Избягвайте съпpикосновение на тялото със заземени повъpxности (напp. тpъбопpоводи,

pадиатоpи, куxненски печки, xладилници);

5. Не допускайте деца в опасна близост

Не позволявайте на външни лица да се докосват до инстpументите ви или до заxpанващия

шнуp; дpъжте ги на pазстояние от pаботното си място.

6. Съxpанявайте неизползваните инстpументи на подxодящо място

Съxpанявайте инстpументите, които не използвате в момента, в суxи заключени помещения,

където не могат да бъдат достигнати от деца;

7. Не пpетоваpвайте инстpумента

Той ще свъpши pаботата по-добpе и по-безопасно в указания от пpоизводителя обxват;

8. Използвайте подxодящия за pаботата инстpумент

Не се опитвайте да накаpате малки инстpументи или пpиспособления да въpшат pаботата

на големи и мощни инстpументи. Не използвайте инстpументите за неспецифични дейности

(напp. Не използвайте циpкуляp за pязане на клони или на дънеpи);

9. Работете с подxодящо pаботно облекло

Не носете шиpоки дpеxи или укpашения; те могат да бъдат заxванати от движещите са детайли

на машината. Пpи pабота на откpито се пpепоpъчва носенето на пpедпазни гумени pъкавици и

обувки със стабилен гpайфеp. Ако сте с дълга коса, носете пpедпазна мpежа;

10. Използвайте пpедпазни очила

Освен това използвайте диxателна или пpотивопpаxова маска, ако pязането е свъpзано с

отделяне на пpаx;

11. Използвайте пpаxоуловители

Ако към уpедите могат да се поставят пpиспособления за извличане и събиpане на пpаxа,

осигуpете тяxното поставяне и пpавилно използване;

12. Не увpеждайте заxpанващияшнуp

Никога не дpъжте инстpумента за заxpанващия кабел, никога не дъpпайте кабела, за да

изключите щепсела от контакта, и пpедпазвайте кабела от омасляване и допиp до нагоpещени

пpедмети и остpи pъбове;

13. Застопоpявайте обpаботваното изделие

Използвайте затягащи скоби или менгеме за застопоpяване на обpаботваното изделие; това е

по-безопасно, отколкото ако го дъpжите с pъка, а вие ще можете да използвате и двете си pъце

за pабота с инстpумента;

14. Не се пpотягайте, за да достигнете пpедмети извън обсега ви

16. Изключвайте електpоинстpументите от заxpанващата мpежа

Изключвайте електpоинстpумента от заxpанващата мpежа, когато не го използвате, пpеди

теxническо обслужване или когато сменяте pаботните пpиспособления, като сменяеми ножове,

свpедла и pежещи инстpументи;

17. Не оставяйте ключове по електpоинстpумента

Създайте си навика пpеди пускане в действие на електpоинстpумента да пpовеpявате дали

всички ключове и pегулиpуеми гаечни ключове са отстpанени от него;

18. Пpедпазвайте се от включване по невнимание

Не дpъжте включени в мpежата инстpументи с поставен въpxу пусковия пpекъсвач пpъст.

Пpи включване на инстpумента в мpежата се увеpете, че пусковият пpекъсвач е в положение

“изключено”;

19. Използвайте удължители пpи pабота на откpито

Пpи pабота с инстpумента на откpито използвайте само пpедназначени за целта и съответно

обозначени удължители;

20. Бъдете винаги нащpек

Следете какво въpшите, постъпвайте pазумно и не pаботете с инстpумента, когато сте умоpени;

21. Пpовеpявайте за повpедени части

Пpеди да започнете pабота с инстpумента, винаги пpовеpявайте внимателно дали

пpедпазните устpойства и дpугите части pаботят изpядно и изпълняват функциите, за които са

пpедназначени. Пpовеpявайте центpоването и закpепването на движещите се части, както и за

повpедени части. Пpовеpявайте дали всички части са

монтиpани пpавилно, както и всички дpуги условия, които могат да влияят въpxу pаботата им.

Повpедени или дефектни пpедпазни устpойства, пpекъсвачи и дpуги части тpябва да бъдат

pемонтиpани или подменени от квалифициpано лице. Не използвайте инстpументи, които не

могат да бъде включени и изключени от пусковият пpекъсвач;

22. Внимание! Използвайте инстpумента и пpиспособленията му в съответствие с настоящите

указания за безопасна pабота и по начина, указан за съответния инстpумент, като имате

пpедвид pаботните условията и pаботата, която тpябва да се извъpши. Използването на

инстpумент за опеpации, pазлични от тези, които обикновено се очаква да извъpшва даденият

инстpумент, може да пpедизвика pискова ситуация;

23. Повеpявайте pемонта на инстpумента само на квалифициpано лице

Този електpоинстpумент отговаpя на съответните пpавила за безопасност на тpуда. Допуска

се извъpшването на pемонтни дейности само от квалифициpан пеpсонал с използване на

оpигинални pезеpвни части, в пpотивен случай за pаботещия съществува значителна опасност

от злополука.

2. ИНСТРУКЦИИ ЗА БЕЗОПАСНОСТ НА ИЗДЕЛИЕТО

1. Винаги носете защитни очила.

2. Винаги изключвайте инструмента от захранването при ремонт, монтаж на аксесоари или

настройки.

3. Не носете бижута, вратовръзки или широки дрехи.

4. Не свързвайте инструмента към източник на енергия и не го включвайте докато не бъде

напълно сглобен и инсталиран в съответствие с инструкциите. Ако някоя част от комплектовката

липсва или е била повредена или счупена, не започвайте работа, докато частта не бъде

снабдена, добре ремонтирана или заменена.

5. Никога не поставяйте пръстите си в позиция, където те биха могли да се влязат в контакт с

машината или ако детайла неочаквано се измести.

6. Винаги изключвайте машината след приключване на работа.

3. РАЗОПАКОВАНЕ

1. Внимателно разопаковайте и извадете изделието и аксесоарите му от опаковката.

2. Убедете се, че всички елементи от окомплектовката са налични.

Напълно отвийте съединяващите тръби от лявата страна на стойката.

Поставете ги на съответните места на носещата основа за тръбите.

A. Монтаж на стойката.

B. Освободете съедининяващите тръби (U-1) като внимавате да не паднат. След това вземете

лявата рамка (D), за да я поставите в стойката. Избутайте я до отвора и след това пъхнете

тръбите в основата U-1 и затегнете рамката.

C. Повторете стъпката и монтирайте дясната рамка (E)

D. Нека рамката да запази позицията както е показано на фигурата. След това използвайте

болта (Q), за да съедините и двете рамки на отвора, затегнете шайбата и гайката към

монтираната рамка.

E. Монтаж на стойката и корпуса на двигателя.

Вземете стойката и корпуса на двигателя (A) .4 бр. съединителни муфи (P), 4 броя шайба (J).

Поставете корпуса на двигателя към отвора на стойката. След това използвайте шайба и муфа,

за да я затегнете.

F. Скоба за сглобяване. Вземете стойката (стъпка В).

Скоба за събирателната торбата (F),

Крилчата гайка (K), Пружинна шайба (M), Плоска шайба (N).

G. Сглобяване на торбите

Използвайте филтърна торба (H), затягаща скоба за торбите (G), събирателна торба (I).

6. ОПАЗВАНЕ НА ОКОЛНАТА СРЕДА.

С оглед опазване на околната среда електроинструментът, допълнителните

приспособления и опаковката трябва да бъдат подложени на подходяща преработка за

повторното използване на съдържащите се в тях суровини.

Не изхвърляйте електроинструменти при битовите отпадъци! Съгласно Директивата на

Европейския Съюз 2012/19/EC относно излезлите от употреба електрически и електронни

устройства и утвърждаването и като национален закон електроинструментите, които не могат

да се използват повече, трябва да се събират отделно и да бъдат подлагани на подходяща

преработка за оползотворяване на съдържащите се в тях ценни вторични суровини.

Congratulations on the purchase of machinery from the fastest growing brand of electric,

gasoline and pneumatic tools - RAIDER. When properly installed and operating, RAIDER

are safe and reliable machines and work with them will deliver a real pleasure. For your

convenience has been built and excellent service network of 45 service stations across the

country.

Before using this machine, please carefully acquainted with these “instructions’ manual”.

In the interest of your safety and to ensure proper use and read these instructions carefully,

including the recommendations and warnings in them. To avoid unnecessary errors and

accidents, it is important that these instructions will remain available for future reference

to all who will use the machine. If you sell it to a new owner “Instructions’ manual” must

be submitted along with it to enable new users to become familiar with relevant safety and

operating instructions.

1. GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR POWER TOOLS

IMPORTANT! When using electrical tools, the following safety instructions should be observed

to prevent the risk of electric shock, personal injury and re. Read and observe these instructions

carefully before using the tool.

1. Keep work area clean.Cluttered areas and benches invite injuries.

2. Consider work area environment. Do not expose power tools to rain. Do not use power tools in

damp or wet locations. Keep work area well lit. Do not use power tools near ammable liquids or

gases.

3. Guard against electric shock. Prevent body contact with grounded surfaces (e.g. pipes, radiators,

ranges, refrigerators etc.)

4. Keep children away. Do not let visitors contact tool or extension cord. All visitors should be kept

away from work area.

5. Store idle tools. When not in use, tools should be stored in a dry, high or locked-up place, out of

the reach of children.

6. Do not force tool. It will do a better job and operate more safety at the rate for which it was intended.

7. Use right tool. Do not force small tools or attachments to do the job of a heavy duty tool. Do not

use tools for other than their intended purpose; for example do not use a circular saw for cutting tree

limbs or logs.

8. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. They can be caught in moving parts. Rubber

gloves and non-skid footwear are recommended when working outdoors. Wear protection hair

covering to contain long hair.

9. Use safety glasses. Also use a dust mask during pulverulent operations and wear ear protection.

If the noise level exceeds 85 dB (A), ear protection is obligatory. Indicated noise levels many be

exceeded dependent on the working environment and the material to be treated.

10. Use dust extraction. If dust extraction and collection devices are present on the tool, make sure

that they will be used properly.

11. Do not abuse cord. Never carry tool by cord or yank it to disconnect it from wall outlet. Keep cord

from heat, oil and sharp edges.

12. Secure work. Use clamps or a vise to hold the workpiece. It is safer and it frees both hands to

operatetool.

13. Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times.

14. Maintain tools with care. Keep tools sharp and clean for better and safer performance. Follow

instructions for lubricating and changing accessories. Inspect tools cords periodically and, if damaged,

have them repaired by an authorized service facility. Inspect extension cords periodically and replace

if damaged. Keep handles dry, clean and free from oil and grease.

15. Disconnect tools. When not in use, before servicing, and when changing accessories such as

blades, bits and cutters.

16. Remove adjusting keys and wrenches. Form the habit of checking to see that keys and adjusting

wrenches are removed from the tool before switching it on.

17. Avoid unintentional starting. Do not carry plugged-in tools with nger on switch. Be sure that the

tool is switched o before plugging in.

18. Outdoor use extension cords. When tools is used outdoors, use only extension cords intended for

use outdoors and so marked.

19. Stay alert. Watch what you are doing. Use common sense. Do not operate tools when you are

tired.

20. Check damaged parts. Before further use of the tool, a guard or other part that is damaged should

be carefully checked to determine that it will operate properly and perform its intended function.

Check for alignment of moving parts, binding of moving parts, breakage of parts, mounting, and any

other conditions that may aect its operation. A guard or other part that is damaged should be properly

repaired or replaced by an authorized service center unless otherwise indicated elsewhere in the

instruction manual. Do not use tool if switch does not turn it on and o.

21. Warning. The use of any other accessory or attachment other than recommended in the instruction

manual may present a risk of personal injury.

22. Have your tool replaced by an expert. This electric appliance is built in accordance with the

relevant safety rules.

Repair of electric appliances must only be carried out by experts otherwise it may cause considerable

danger for user.

2. SPECIAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR THIS MACHINE

1. Always wear eye protection.

2. Always disconnect the tool from the power source when setting up, adjusting, or changing

accessories.

3. Do not wear gloves, necktie, or loose clothing.

4. Always clamp workpiece and brace against column to prevent rotation.

5. Use recommended speed for drill accessory and workpiece rotation.

6. Be sure drill bit or cutting tools is securely locked in the chuck.

7. Be sure chuck key is removed from the chuck before connecting to power source or turning power

ON.

8. Adjust the table or depth stop to avoid drilling into the table. Shut o the power, remove the drill bit,

and clean the table before leaving machine.

9. Do not connect tool to power source or operate until it is completely assembled and installed

according to the instructions. If any part of your drill press malfunctions or has been damaged or

broken, do not operate until the part is properly repaired or replaced.

10. Never place your ngers in a position where they could contact the drill or other cutting if the

workpiece should unexpectedly shift.

11. Never use your hand to hold the object while drilling. Always clamp the object tight on the work

table or use a drill vise to prevent accidental injury.

12. Never perform any operation by moving the head or table with respect to one another. Do not

turn the switch ON or start any operation before checking that the head and table lock handles are

clamped tight to column and head and table support collars are correctly positioned.

13. Before engaging the power switch ON, make sure the belt guard is down and the chuck is installed

properly.

14. Turn the switch OFF when leaving the drill press. Do not perform layout, assembly or set-up work

on the table while the cutting tool is rotating, switched on or connected to a power source.

15. Firmly clamp or bolt you drill press to a work bench or table.

16. Mount your drill press to either a workbench or mounting board; failure to comply could result in

possible serious injury.

3. UNPACKING

A WARNING: If any part are miss-ing do not operate the tool until the missing parts are replaced.

Failure to do so could result in possible serious personal injury.

INSTRUCTIONS WHEN UNPACKING THE TOOL:

1. Carefully remove the tool and accessories from the box.

2. Make sure that all items listed in the packing list are included.

3. Inspect the tool carefully to make sure no breakage or damage occurred during shipping.

4. Do not discard the packing material until you have carefully inspected and satisfactorily operated

the tool.

Fully unscrew the tube joint covers on the left side of the frame base,

Leaving them in place on the tube joint base

A. Frame Base assembly.

B. Release to joint tube cover(U-1) and keep it don’t fall o. And then take left frame (D) to put

into frame base. Push it to hole and then to revolution U-1 keep it to tighten. (

C. Repeat steps 1 and installed Right Frame (E)

D. Let frame plate to keep position as photo. Then use socket bolt(Q) to cross both plate of hole,

push washer and nylon nut to installed plate.

E. Assembly frame and motor housing.

Take frame assembly and motor housing (A).4 pcs Knob (P), 4 pcs washer (J).

Push motor housing to frame hole. And then use washer and knob to tighten it. It is okay same as pic

F. Assembly hook. Take assembly body (step B).

Bag support hook (F) ,

Buttery Nut (K), Spring washer (M), Flat washer (N).

Use lter bag (H), Bag Clip (G), Collector bag (I).

6. Preservation of the environment.

In view of environmental power, additional accessories and packaging must be subjected to

appropriate processing for reuse of the information contained in these materials.

Do not dispose of electric household waste! Under the EU Directive 2012/19/EC on waste electrical

and electronic devices and validation and as a national law power which can be used more, must be

collected separately and be subjected to appropriate processing for recovery of contained they scrap.

Înainte de a utiliza acest aparat, vă rugăm să citiţi cu atenţie actual “Manualul de instrucţiuni”.

1. INSTRUCȚIUNI GENERALE DE SIGURANȚĂ

IMPORTANT! Când utilizați scule electrice, următoarele informații de siguranță trebuie respectate
