4. Safety instructions

• The product is intended for private, non-commercial use only.

• Protect the product from dirt, moisture and overheating and use it in dry environments only.

• Do not use the product in the immediate vicinity of heaters, other heat sources or in direct

sunlight.

• While driving a car or using sports equipment, do not allow yourself to be distracted by your

product and keep an eye on the trac situation and your surroundings.

• Do not drop the product and do not expose it to any major shocks.

• Do not operate the product outside the power limits given in the specications.

• Do not open the device or continue to operate it if it becomes damaged.

• The battery is permanently installed and cannot be removed; dispose of the product as a whole in

accordance with the statutory regulations.

• Dispose of packaging material immediately in accordance with the locally applicable regulations.

• Do not modify the device in any way. Doing so voids the warranty.

• Use the product only for the intended purpose.

• Only use the article under moderate climatic conditions.

• Do not use the product in areas in which electronic products are not permitted.

• Do not attempt to service or repair the product yourself. Leave any and all service work to qualied

experts.

• Do not incinerate the battery or the product.

• Do not tamper with or damage/heat/disassemble the batteries/rechargeable batteries.

• Take care that components such as airbags, safety areas, controls, instruments, etc. and visibility

are not blocked or restricted.

• Ensure that the product is securely mounted before every journey.

Warning - rechargeable battery

• Only use suitable charging devices or USB ports to charge the product.

• Do not use defective chargers or USB ports and do not attempt to repair them.

• Do not overcharge the product or allow the battery to completely discharge.

• Avoid storing, charging and using in extreme temperatures and at extremely low atmospheric

pressures (such as at high altitudes).

• When stored over a long period of time, batteries should be charged regularly (at least every

three months).

5. Switching on/off

Press the MFB button (1) for around 3 seconds until the LED (4) lights up blue and then

goes out.

To switch off, press the MFB button (1) for around 3 seconds until the LED (4) ashes red

twice and then goes out.

Note - Automatic product switch-off

The product is equipped with an automatic switch-off mechanism. If there is no connection to your

device within 10 minutes, it switches itself off automatically.

6. Charging

Fully charge the product once before using it for the rst time.

Connecting the product

Connect the USB charging cable included to the charging socket (7). Connect the free plug

on the micro-USB charging cable to a suitable USB charger. To do this, consult the operating

instructions for the USB charger you are using.

The LED (4) lights up solid red during the charging process. Once the charging process is

complete, the LED (4) goes out.

It can take up to 2 hours for the battery to be fully charged.

When battery levels are low, the LED (4) starts to ash red.

7. Bluetooth®pairing

Note - pairing

• Ensure that the Bluetooth®-enabled device is switched on and that the Bluetooth®function is

activated.

• Please refer to the operating instructions of your device for more information.

• When the product is switched on for the rst time, pairing begins automatically.

• The product and the device should not be more than 1 metre apart. The shorter the distance, the

better.

• Switch the product on using the MFB button (1).

• This product has an integrated Bluetooth®function that allows streaming (e.g. from a

• smartphone) to the product.

7.1 Connection with a device (e.g. smartphone)

You can pair your device with the product using Bluetooth and use it as a playback device. The

basic functions can then be controlled directly via the product (provided the device supports this).

Alternatively, use your device for control.

To connect to your device (e.g. headphones or loudspeaker), connect it using the 3.5 mm AUX cable

included and the audio output (6) on the product.

Press and hold the MFB button (1) for around 6 seconds

• If the LED (4) is ashing alternately red and blue:

the product is searching for a Bluetooth®connection.

• If the LED (4) lights up blue:

the product is already paired with a Bluetooth®device.

Search using your device for the product (only required on the rst connection)

Open the Bluetooth®settings on your device and wait until the list of found Bluetooth®

devices shows Hama BT-Rex.

Select Hama BT-Rex and wait until product is listed as connected in your device's Bluetooth®

settings.

Note - Bluetooth®password

Some devices require a password in order to connect to another Bluetooth®device.

• Enter the password 0000 to connect the headphones if your device prompts you to

enter one.

Multi-point technology

This product can connect to two Bluetooth®-enabled audio devices simultaneously

(multi-point). The product automatically names the two devices A and B and establishes a

connection.

• Briey press the MFB button (1) and "-"

button (5) simultaneously to switch on

the multi-point function.

• Switch the BT function on on the rst

device, and as soon as it has connected

successfully, switch the BT function on

this device off again.

• Briey press the MFB button (1) and

then switch on the BT function on the

second device.

• As soon as the second device has

connected successfully, you can switch

the BT function on again on the rst

device. In the BT menu on the rst device,

select Hama BT-Rex. Both devices are

now connected to the receiver.

• To switch off the multi-point function,

press the MFB button (1) and "-" button

(5) simultaneously for 3 seconds.

7.2 Deleting the pairing list

Press and hold the MFB button (1) and + button (3) simultaneously for around 6 seconds while the

device is switched on until the LED ashes blue/red once. Then switch the device off and on again.

The pairing list is now deleted.

8. Control elements

8.1 Functions

Activate voice dialling Briey press the + button (3) and - button (5) simultaneously.

During operation, the LED (4) ashes every 7 seconds.

8.2 Reset function

Press and hold the MFB button (1) while plugging in the charging cable to reset the product to its

factory settings.

• Der Akku ist fest eingebaut und kann nicht entfernt werden, entsorgen Sie das Produkt als Ganzes

gemäß den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen.

• Entsorgen Sie das Verpackungsmaterial sofort gemäß den örtlich gültigen Entsorgungsvorschriften.

• Nehmen Sie keine Veränderungen am Gerät vor. Dadurch verlieren Sie jegliche

• Verwenden Sie das Produkt ausschließlich für den dazu vorgesehenen Zweck.

5. Ein-/ Ausschalten

Drücken Sie die MFB-Taste (1) für ca. 3 Sekunden, bis die LED (4) blau leuchtet und

anschließend erlischt.

Zum Ausschalten drücken Sie die MFB-Taste (1) für ca. 3 Sekunden, bis die LED (4)

zweimal rot leuchtet und anschließend erlischt.

Hinweis – Automatisches Ausschalten des Produkts

Das Produkt ist mit einer Abschaltautomatik ausgestattet. Erfolgt innerhalb von 10 Minuten keine

Verbindung zu Ihrem Endgerät, schaltet dieses automatisch ab.

6. Laden

Laden Sie vor dem ersten Gebrauch das Produkt einmal vollständig auf.

Produkt anschließen

Schließen Sie das beiliegende USB-Ladekabel an die Ladebuchse (7) an. Schließen Sie den

freien Stecker des Micro-USB Ladekabels an einem geeigneten USB Ladegerät an. Beachten

Sie hierzu die Bedienungsanleitung des verwendeten USB Ladegeräts.

Die LED (4) leuchtet während des Ladevorgangs dauerhaft rot. Nach Abschluss des

Ladevorgangs erlischt die LED (4).

7. Bluetooth®Verbindung (Pairing)

Hinweis – Pairing

• Stellen Sie sicher, dass Ihr Bluetooth®-fähiges Endgerät eingeschaltet ist und dass Bluetooth®

aktiviert ist.

• Beachten Sie hierzu die Bedienungsanleitung Ihres Endgerätes.

• Beim ersten Einschalten Ihres Produkts wird automatisch das Pairing gestartet.

• Das Produkt und das Endgerät sollten nicht weiter als 1 Meter voneinander entfernt sein. Je

geringer der Abstand, desto besser.

• Schalten Sie das Produkt mit der MFB-Taste (1) ein.

• Dieses Produkt verfügt über integrierte Bluetooth®-Funktionalität welche das Streaming (z.B. vom

• Smartphone) auf das Produkt ermöglicht.

7.1 Verbindung mit einem Endgerät (z.B. Smartphone)

Via Bluetooth können Sie Ihr Endgerät mit dem Produkt verbinden und dieses als Wiedergabegerät

nutzen. Die Steuerung der Grundfunktionen kann dabei direkt über das Produkt erfolgen (sofern vom

Endgerät unterstützt). Alternativ verwenden Sie Ihr Endgerät zur Steuerung.

Für die Verbindung zum jeweiligen Endgerät (z.B. Kopfhörer oder Lautsprecher) verbinden Sie es über

das beiliegende 3,5mm AUX-Kabel und den Audio-Ausgang (6) des Produkts.

Drücken und Halten Sie die MFB-Taste (1) für ca. 6 Sekunden.

• Wenn die LED (4) abwechselnd rot und blau blinkt:

Das Produkt sucht nach einer Bluetooth®-Verbindung.

• Wenn die LED (4) blau leuchtet:

Das Produkt ist bereits mit einem Bluetooth®-Endgerät verbunden.

Suchen Sie mit Ihrem Endgerät nach dem Produkt (nur bei Erstverbindung

notwendig)

Öffnen Sie auf Ihrem Endgerät die Bluetooth®-Einstellungen und warten Sie, bis in der Liste

der gefundenen Bluetooth®Geräte Hama BT-Rex angezeigt wird.

Wählen Sie Hama BT-Rex aus und warten Sie, bis das Produkt als verbunden in den

Bluetooth®-Einstellungen Ihres Endgerätes angezeigt wird.

Hinweis – Bluetooth®Passwort

Manche Endgeräte benötigen für die Einrichtung der Verbindung mit einem anderen

Bluetooth®Gerät ein Passwort.

• Geben Sie für die Verbindung mit dem Kopfhörer das Passwort 0000 ein, wenn Sie zur

Eingabe von Ihrem Endgerät aufgefordert werden.

Multipoint Technologie

Dieses Produkt kann sich mit zwei Bluetooth®-fähigen Audio-Endgeräten gleichzeitig

verbinden (Multipoint). Das Produkt benennt die beiden Endgeräte automatisch in A und B

und stellt eine Verbindung her.

• Drücken Sie kurz gleichzeitig die

MFB-Taste (1) und "-" Taste (5) um die

Multipoint Funktion einzuschalten.

• Schalten sie die BT Funktion am ersten

Gerät ein, sobald dieses erfolgreich

verbunden ist, schalten sie die BT

Funktion an diesem Gerät wieder aus.

• Drücken Sie kurz die MFB-Taste (1) und

schalten Sie anschließend die BT Funktion

am zweiten Gerät ein.

• Sobald das zweite Gerät erfolgreich

verbunden ist können Sie die BT Funktion

am ersten Gerät ebenfalls wieder

einschalten. Wählen sie im BT Menü

des ersten Gerätes Hama BT-Rex aus.

Beide Geräte sind jetzt mit dem Receiver

verbunden.

• Um die Multipoint-Funktion

auszuschalten drücken Sie gleichzeitig

für 3 Sekunden die MFB-Taste (1) und die

"-" Taste (5).

7.2 Pairing-Liste löschen

Drücken und halten Sie bei eingeschaltetem Gerät gleichzeitig die MFB-Taste (1) und + Taste (3)

für ca. 6 Sekunden bis die LED einmal blau/rot blinkt. Schalten Sie anschließend das Gerät aus und

wieder ein. Die Pairing Liste ist jetzt gelöscht.

Lautstärke reduzieren Drücken Sie 1x die - Taste (5).

Vorheriger Titel Drücken und halten Sie die - Taste (5) für 2 Sekunden.

Sprachwahl aktivieren Drücken sie kurz gleichzeitig die + Taste (3) und - Taste (5).

Während des Betriebs blinkt die LED (4) einmal alle 7 Sekunden.

8.2 Reset Funktion

Drücken und halten Sie die MFB-Taste (1) während Sie das Ladekabel einstecken, um das Produkt auf

Werkseinstellung zurückzusetzen.

5. Mise en marche/arrêt

Appuyez sur la touche MFB (1) pendant environ 3 secondes jusqu’à ce que la LED (3)

s’allume en bleu avant de s’éteindre.

Pour éteindre l’appareil, appuyez sur la touche MFB (1) pendant environ 3 secondes

jusqu’à ce que la LED (4) s’allume deux fois en rouge puis s’éteigne.

Remarque – Arrêt automatique du produit

Le produit est doté d’un système d’arrêt automatique. Il se désactive ainsi automatiquement en

l’absence de connexion à votre appareil nal pendant 10 minutes.

6. Chargement

Chargez complètement le produit une fois avant la première utilisation.

Raccordement du produit

Raccordez le câble de charge USB fourni au port de charge (7). Branchez la che libre du

câble de charge micro-USB à un chargeur USB approprié. Reportez-vous au mode d’emploi du

chargeur USB que vous utilisez.

Processus de charge

La LED (4) s’allume de façon xe en rouge pendant le processus de charge. Une fois le

processus de charge terminé, la LED (4) s’éteint.

La recharge complète de la batterie peut prendre jusqu’à 2 heures.

Capacité de la batterie

En cas de batterie faible, la LED (4) se met à clignoter en rouge.
