Sicherheitshinweise

HINWEIS

Die Sicherheitshinweise in Kapitel 1 beinhalten al-

le allgemeinen Sicherheitshinweise für Elektrowerkzeuge,

die gemäß den anwendbaren Normen in der Be-

dienungsanleitung aufzuführen sind. Es können dem-

nach Hinweise enthalten sein, die für dieses Gerät

nicht relevant sind.

1. Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise für

Elektrowerkzeuge

a) WARNUNG! Lesen Sie alle Sicherheits -

hinweise und Anweisungen. Versäumnisse bei

der Einhaltung der Sicherheitshinweise und An-

weisungen können elektrischen Schlag, Brand und/oder

schwere Verletzungen verursachen. Bewahren

Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise und Anweisun-

gen für die Zukunft auf. Der in den Sicher-

heitshinweisen verwendete Begriff "Elektro-

werkzeug" bezieht sich auf netzbetriebene Elek-

trowerkzeuge (mit Netzkabel) und auf akkubetriebene

Elektrowerkzeuge (ohne Netzkabel).

1.1 Arbeitsplatzsicherheit

a) Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsbereich sauber und gut

beleuchtet. Unordnung oder unbeleuchtete Ar-

beitsbereiche können zu Unfällen führen.

b) Arbeiten Sie mit dem Elektrowerkzeug nicht

in explosionsgefährdeter Umgebung, in der

sich brennbare Flüssigkeiten, Gase oder Stäu-

be befinden. Elektrowerkzeuge erzeugen Fun-

ken, die den Staub oder die Dämpfe entzünden

können.

c) Halten Sie Kinder und andere Personen

während der Benutzung des Elektrowerkzeugs

fern. Bei Ablenkung können Sie die Kontrolle über

das Gerät verlieren.

1.2 Elektrische Sicherheit

a) Der Anschlussstecker des Elektrowerkzeuges

muss in die Steckdose passen. Der Stecker

darf in keiner Weise verändert werden. Ver-

wenden Sie keine Adapterstecker gemeinsam

mit schutzgeerdeten Elektrowerkzeugen. Un-

veränderte Stecker und passende Steckdosen ver-

ringern das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlages.

b) Vermeiden Sie Körperkontakt mit geerdeten

Oberflächen wie von Rohren, Heizungen, Her-

den und Kühlschränken. Es besteht ein erhöhtes

Risiko durch elektrischen Schlag, wenn Ihr Kör-

per geerdet ist.

c) Halten Sie Elektrowerkzeuge von Regen

oder Nässe fern. Das Eindringen von Wasser

in ein Elektrowerkzeug erhöht das Risiko eines

elektrischen Schlages.

d) Zweckentfremden Sie das Kabel nicht, um das

Elektrowerkzeug zu tragen, aufzuhängen

oder um den Stecker aus der Steckdose zu

ziehen. Halten Sie das Kabel fern von Hitze,

Öl, scharfen Kanten oder sich bewegenden

Geräteteilen. Beschädigte oder verwickelte

Kabel erhöhen das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlages.

e) Wenn Sie mit einem Elektrowerkzeug im Frei-

en arbeiten, verwenden Sie nur Verlängerungskabel,

die auch für den Aussenbereich geeignet sind.

Die Anwendung eines für den Aussenbereich ge-

eigneten Verlängerungskabels verringert das Ri-

siko eines elektrischen Schlages.

f) Wenn der Betrieb des Elektrowerkzeuges in

feuchter Umgebung nicht vermeidbar ist, ver-

wenden Sie einen Fehlerstromschutzschalter.

Der Einsatz eines Fehlerstromschutz schalters ver-

mindert das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlages.

1.3 Sicherheit von Personen

a) Seien Sie aufmerksam, achten Sie darauf, was

Sie tun, und gehen Sie mit Vernunft an die Ar-

beit mit einem Elektrowerkzeug. Benutzen Sie

kein Elektrowerkzeug, wenn Sie müde sind oder

unter dem Einfluss von Drogen, Alkohol oder

Medikamenten stehen. Ein Moment der Un-

achtsamkeit beim Gebrauch des Elektrowerkzeuges

kann zu ernsthaften Verletzungen führen.

b) Tragen Sie persönliche Schutzausrüstung und

immer eine Schutzbrille. Das Tragen persön-

licher Schutzausrüstung, wie Staubmaske, rutsch-

feste Sicherheitsschuhe, Schutzhelm oder Gehör-

schutz, je nach Art und Einsatz des Elektrowerkzeuges,

verringert das Risiko von Verletzungen.

c) Vermeiden Sie eine unbeabsichtigte Inbe-

triebnahme. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das

Elektrowerkzeug ausgeschaltet ist, bevor

Sie es an die Stromversorgung und/oder den

Akku anschliessen, es aufnehmen oder tra-

gen. Wenn Sie beim Tragen des Elektrowerkzeuges

den Finger am Schalter haben oder das Gerät

eingeschaltet an die Stromversorgung anschliessen,

kann dies zu Unfällen führen.

d) Entfernen Sie Einstellwerkzeuge oder Schrau-

benschlüssel, bevor Sie das Elektrowerkzeug

einschalten. Ein Werkzeug oder Schlüssel, der

sich in einem drehenden Geräteteil befindet, kann

zu Verletzungen führen.

e) Vermeiden Sie eine abnormale Körperhaltung.

Sorgen Sie für einen sicheren Stand und hal-

ten Sie jederzeit das Gleichgewicht. Dadurch

können Sie das Elektrowerkzeug in unerwarte-

ten Situationen besser kontrollieren.

f) Tragen Sie geeignete Kleidung. Tragen Sie kei-

ne weite Kleidung oder Schmuck. Halten Sie

Haare, Kleidung und Handschuhe fern von sich

bewegenden Teilen. Lockere Kleidung, Schmuck

oder lange Haare können von sich bewegenden

Teilen erfasst werden.

g) Wenn Staubabsaug- und -auffangeinrichtun-

gen montiert werden können, vergewissern

Sie sich, dass diese angeschlossen sind und

richtig verwendet werden. Verwendung einer

Staubabsaugung kann Gefährdungen durch

Staub verringern.

1.4 Verwendung und Behandlung des

Elektrowerkzeuges

a) Überlasten Sie das Gerät nicht. Verwenden Sie

für Ihre Arbeit das dafür bestimmte Elektro-

werkzeug. Mit dem passenden Elektrowerkzeug

arbeiten Sie besser und sicherer im angegebe-

nen Leistungsbereich.

b) Benutzen Sie kein Elektrowerkzeug, dessen

Schalter defekt ist. Ein Elektrowerkzeug, das sich

nicht mehr ein- oder ausschalten lässt, ist gefährlich

und muss repariert werden.

c) Ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose und/oder

entfernen Sie den Akku, bevor Sie Geräte-

einstellungen vornehmen, Zubehörteile wech-

seln oder das Gerät weglegen. Diese Vor-

sichtsmassnahme verhindert den unbeabsichtigten

Start des Elektrowerkzeuges.

d) Bewahren Sie unbenutzte Elektrowerkzeuge

ausserhalb der Reichweite von Kindern auf.

Lassen Sie Personen das Gerät nicht benut-

zen, die mit diesem nicht vertraut sind oder

diese Anweisungen nicht gelesen haben. Elek-

trowerkzeuge sind gefährlich, wenn Sie von un-

erfahrenen Personen benutzt werden.

e) Pflegen Sie Elektrowerkzeuge mit Sorgfalt. Kon-

trollieren Sie, ob bewegliche Geräteteile ein-

wandfrei funktionieren und nicht klemmen, ob

Teile gebrochen oder so beschädigt sind, dass

die Funktion des Elektrowerkzeuges beeinträchtigt

ist. Lassen Sie beschädigte Teile vor dem Ein-

satz des Gerätes reparieren. Viele Unfälle ha-

ben Ihre Ursache in schlecht gewarteten Elek-

trowerkzeugen.

f) Halten Sie Schneidwerkzeuge scharf und sau-

ber. Sorgfältig gepflegte Schneidwerkzeuge mit

scharfen Schneidkanten verklemmen sich weni-

ger und sind leichter zu führen.

g) Verwenden Sie Elektrowerkzeug, Zubehör, Ein-

satzwerkzeuge usw. entsprechend diesen An-

weisungen. Berücksichtigen Sie dabei die Ar-

beitsbedingungen und die auszuführende Tätig-

keit. Der Gebrauch von Elektrowerkzeugen für

andere als die vorgesehenen Anwendungen kann

zu gefährlichen Situationen führen.

1.5 Service

a) Lassen Sie Ihr Gerät nur von qualifiziertem Fach-

personal und nur mit Original-Ersatzteilen re-

parieren. Damit wird sichergestellt, dass die Si-

cherheit des Elektrowerkzeuges erhalten bleibt.

2. Zusätzliche Sicherheitshinweise

2.1 Sicherheit von Personen

a) Tragen Sie Gehörschutz. Die Einwirkung

von Lärm kann Gehörverlust bewirken.

b) Benutzen Sie, falls mitgeliefert, die Zu-

satzhandgriffe. Der Verlust der Kontrolle

kann zu Verletzungen führen.

c) Halten Sie die Geräte an isolierten Grif-

foberflächen, wenn Sie Arbeiten ausführen,

bei denen das Schneidwerkzeug mit ver-

deckt liegenden elektrischen Leitungen

oder mit dem eigenen Netzkabel in Be-

rührung kommen kann. Kontakt des

Schneidwerkzeugs mit einer stromführen-

den Leitung kann bewirken, dass freiliegende

Metallteile unter Spannung stehen und der

Werkzeugbenutzer einen elektrischen

Schlag erhält.

d) Halten Sie das Gerät immer mit beiden

Händen an den vorgesehenen Handgrif-

fen fest. Halten Sie das Gerät, insbeson-

dere die Handgriffe, trocken, sauber und

frei von Öl und Fett.

e) Wird das Gerät ohne Staubabsaugung be-

trieben, müssen Sie bei staub erzeugenden

Arbeiten einen leichten Atem schutz be-

nutzen.

f) Machen Sie Arbeitspausen und Entspannungs-

und Fingerübungen zur besseren Durchblutung

Ihrer Finger.

g) Führen Sie beim Arbeiten das Netz- und

das Ver länge rungs kabel immer nach

hinten vom Gerät weg. Dies vermindert

die Sturzgefahr über das Kabel während

des Arbeitens.

h) Das Gerät ist nicht bestimmt, für die Ver-

wendung durch Kinder oder schwache Per-

sonen ohne Unterweisung.

i) Kinder sollten unterwiesen sein, dass sie

nicht mit dem Gerät spielen dürfen.

j) Stäube von Materialien wie bleihaltigem An-

strich, einigen Holzarten, Mineralien und Me-

tall können gesundheitsschädlich sein. Be-

rühren oder Einatmen der Stäube können

allergische Reaktionen und/oder Atem-

wegserkrankungen des Benutzers oder in

der Nähe befindlicher Personen hervorru-

fen. Bestimmte Stäube wie Eichen- oder Bu-

chenstaub gelten als krebserzeugend, be-

sonders in Verbindung mit Zusatzstoffen zur

Holzbehandlung (Chromat, Holzschutz-

mittel). Asbesthaltiges Material darf nur von

Fachleuten bearbeitet werden. Benutzen Sie

möglichst eine Staubabsaugung. Um ei-

nen hohen Grad der Staubabsaugung zu

erreichen, verwenden Sie einen geeigneten,

von Hilti empfohlenen Mobilentstauber für

Holz und/oder Mineralstaub der auf die-

ses Elektrowerkzeug abgestimmt wurde.

Sorgen Sie für gute Belüftung des Arbeitsplatzes.

Es wird empfohlen, eine Atemschutzmaske

mit Filterklasse P2 zu tragen. Beachten Sie

in Ihrem Land gültige Vorschriften für die

zu bearbeitenden Materialien.

2.2 Elektrische Sicherheit

a) Prüfen Sie den Arbeitsbereich vor Ar-

beitsbeginn auf verdeckt liegende elek-

trische Leitungen, Gas- und Wasserroh-

re z.B. mit einem Metallsuchgerät. Aus-

senliegende Metallteile am Gerät können

span nungsführend werden, wenn Sie z.B.

versehentlich eine Stromleitung beschä-

digt haben. Dies stellt eine ernsthafte Ge-

fahr durch elektrischen Schlag dar.

b) Kontrollieren Sie regelmässig die An-

schlussleitung des Geräts und lassen Sie

diese bei Beschädigung von einem an-

erkannten Fachmann erneuern. Kontrol-

lieren Sie Verlängerungsleitungen regelmässig

und ersetzen Sie diese, wenn sie beschädigt

sind. Wird bei der Arbeit das Netz- oder

Verlängerungskabel beschädigt, dürfen

Sie das Kabel nicht berühren. Ziehen Sie

den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose. Be-

schädigte Anschluss leitungen und Ver-

längerungs l eitungen stellen eine Gefähr-

dung durch elektrischen Schlag dar.

c) Lassen Sie verschmutzte Geräte bei häu-

figer Bear beitung von leitfähigen Materialien

in regelmässigen Abständen vom Hilti-

Service überprüfen. An der Geräteoberfläche

haftender Staub, vor allem von leitfähigen

Materialien oder Feuchtigkeit können un-

ter ungünstigen Bedingungen zu elektrischem

Schlag führen.

2.3 Sorgfältiger Umgang und Gebrauch von

Elektrowerkzeugen

a) Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Werkzeuge das

zum Gerät passende Aufnahmesystem auf-

weisen und ordnungs gemäss in der Werk-

zeugaufnahme verriegelt sind.

b) Bei Stromunterbrechung Gerät ausschal-

ten und Netz stecker ziehen. Dies verhin-

dert die unbeabsichtigte Inbetriebnahme des

Geräts bei Spannungswiederkehr.

2.4 Arbeitsplatz

a) Sorgen Sie für gute Beleuchtung des Ar-

beitsbereichs.

b) Sorgen Sie für gute Belüftung des Ar-

beitsplatzes. Schlecht belüftete Arbeitsplätze

können Gesundheits schäden durch Staub-

belastung hervorrufen.

2.5 Persönliche Schutzausrüstung

Der Benutzer und die sich in der Nähe aufhaltenden

Personen müssen während des Einsatzes des

Geräts eine geeignete Schutzbrille, Schutzhelm,

Gehörschutz, Schutzhandschuhe und einen leich-

ten Atemschutz benutzen.

Die allgemeinen Sicherheitshinweise für Elek-

trowerkzeuge beinhalten alle produktspezifischen

Hinweise der in dieser Bedienungsanleitung be-

schriebenen Geräte. Die Hinweise unter (1.3

c, d, f, g) sind für diese Geräte nicht relevant.

Abfälle der Wieder verwer-

tung zuführen

-HINWEIS-

Der in diesen Anweisungen angegebene Schwingungspegel ist entsprechend einem in EN 60745

genormten Mess verfahren gemessen worden und kann für den Vergleich von Elektrowerkzeugen

miteinander verwendet werden. Er eignet sich auch für eine vorläufige Einschätzung der Schwin-

gungsbelastung. Der angegebene Schwingungspegel repräsentiert die hauptsächlichen An-

wen dungen des Elektrowerkzeugs. Wenn allerdings das Elektrowerkzeug für andere Anwen-

dungen, mit abweichenden Einsatzwerkzeugen oder ungenügender Wartung eingesetzt wird,

kann der Schwingungspegel abweichen. Dies kann die Schwingungsbelastung über den gesamten

Arbeitszeitraum deutlich erhöhen. Für eine genaue Abschätzung der Schwingungsbelastung

sollten auch die Zeiten berücksichtigt werden, in denen das Gerät abgeschaltet ist oder zwar

läuft, aber nicht tatsächlich im Einsatz ist. Dies kann die Schwingungsbelastung über den ge-

samten Arbeitszeitraum deutlich reduzieren. Legen Sie zusätzliche Sicherheitsmassnahmen

zum Schutz des Bedieners vor der Wirkung von Schwingungen fest wie zum Beispiel: War-

tung von Elektrowerkzeug und Einsatzwerkzeugen, Warmhalten der Hände, Organisation der

Arbeitsabläufe.

Öl und Fett. Verwenden Sie keine sili-

konhaltigen Pflegemittel.

Die äussere Gehäuseschale des Geräts ist

aus einem schlagfesten Kunststoff gefer-

tigt. Die Griffpartie ist aus Elastomer-Werk-

stoff. Betreiben Sie das Gerät nie mit ver-

stopften Lüftungsschlitzen! Reinigen Sie die

Lüftungsschlitze vorsichtig mit einer

trockenen Bürste. Verhindern Sie das Ein-

dringen von Fremdkörpern in das Innere

des Geräts. Reinigen Sie die Geräteaussenseite

regelmässig mit einem leicht angefeuch-

teten Putzlappen. Verwenden Sie kein Sprüh-

gerät, Dampfstrahlgerät oder fliessendes

Wasser zur Reinigung! Die elektrische Si-

cherheit des Geräts kann dadurch gefähr-

det werden.

Werkzeug-Instandsetzung

Nur durch autorisierte Fachkräfte durch-

führen.

Nachschleifen von Spatmeisseln, sowie Spitz-

und Flachmeisseln mit geringem Schnei-

denverschleiss: Zu beachten ist, dass kei-

ne starken Oberflächenerwärmungen auf-

treten (keine Verfärbungen!).

Nachschmieden von Spitz- und Flachmeisseln:

Meisselspitze (ca. 80 mm) auf 1000–1100°

C (hellgelbrot bis gelb) erwärmen und schmie-

den. Anschliessend an der Luft langsam auf

Raumtemperatur abkühlen lassen (Zugluft

vermeiden!). Meissel nicht nachhärten, nicht

anlassen.

Betrieb des TE805 Meissel-

hammers

Vor Inbetriebnahme beachten:

Sicherheitshinweise lesen.

Nur für den vorgesehenen Einsatzbereich

einsetzen: Meisseln, stockern, stampfen,

spaten, eintreiben in mineralische Baustoffe

wie Beton, Mauerwerk, Asphalt etc. Nicht

geeignet ist der Einsatz auf metallischen

Oberflächen.

Meisselhammer in ordnungsgemässem Zu-

stand einsetzen. (Seitengriffe in der rich-

tigen Position fest verschraubt, Meissel in

der Werkzeugaufnahme sicher verriegelt.)

Die Netzspannung muss mit der Angabe

auf dem Typenschild übereinstimmen.

Die Maschine ist schutzisoliert und darf da-

her nicht geerdet werden.

Die Werkzeugaufnahme wird nicht vom

Schmiersystem der Maschine erfasst.

Das Einsteckende sollte daher regelmäs-

sig gesäubert und mit Hilti-Werkzeug-Fett

be fettet werden. Staubschutzkappe am Meis-

sel verwenden.

Startzeit bei niedrigen Aussentempera-

turen:

Verkürzen Sie diese, indem Sie das Werk-

zeug während des Startens einmal kurz auf

dem Untergrund stossen.

Handhabung:

Bei der Arbeit ist das Gerät mit beiden Hän-

den an den vorgesehenen Griffen festzu-

halten.

Auf sicheren Stand muss laufend geach-

tet werden z.B. auf der Leiter stehend ist

keine sichere Arbeitsposition und es be-

steht Verlet z ungs gefahr.

Keinen übermässigen Anpressdruck aus-

üben. Die Abbauleistung wird dadurch nicht

erhöht. Maschine lediglich ansetzen und nach-

führen.

Werkzeug in der gewünschten Stellung ge-

gen den Federdruck stossen bis der Meis-

sel automatisch verriegelt. Öffnen: Verrie-

gelungs hülse zurückziehen und Meissel her-

ausziehen.

Arbeitsbeginn:

ansetzen. Dank Permanent- Ein- / Aus-

schalter ist kein konstanter Fingerdruck er-

forderlich.

Service

Der Meisselhammer hat eine Abschaltkohle,

die spätestens beim eingestellten Servicezeit -

punkt den Stromkreis unterbricht um ei-

nen Service durchzuführen. Bei Nichtbe-

achtung können teure Folgeschäden auf-

treten.

Elektrowerkzeuge müssen den einschlägigen

Sicherheitsbestimmungen entsprechen.

Der Service darf darum nur von einer Elek-

trofachkraft ausgeführt werden. Die Ver-

wendung von Hilti Originalteilen gewähr-

leistet die optimale Sicherheit.

Pflege des Geräts

-VORSICHT-

Halten Sie das Gerät, insbesondere die

Griffflächen trocken, sauber und frei von

Geräusch- und Vibrationsinformation (gemäss EN60745)

Typischer A-bewerteter Schallleistungspegel: 101 dB (A)

Typischer A-bewerteter Emissions-Schalldruckpegel: 90 dB (A)

Für die genannten Schallpegel nach EN 60745 beträgt die Unsicherheit 3 dB.

Entsorgung

Safety instructions

NOTE

The safety rules in section 1 contain all general safe-

ty rules for power tools which, in accordance with the

applicable standards, require to be listed in the oper-

ating instructions. Accordingly, some of the rules list-

ed may not be relevant to this tool.

1. General Power Tool Safety Warnings

a) WARNING! Read all safety warnings

and all instructions. Failure to follow the warn-

ings and instructions may result in electric shock,

fire and/or serious injury. Save all warnings and

instructions for future reference. The term

“power tool” in the warnings refers to your mains-

operated (corded) power tool or battery-operat-

ed (cordless) power tool.

1.1 Work area safety

a) Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered or

dark areas invite accidents.

b) Do not operate power tools in explosive

atmospheres, such as in the presence of flam-

mable liquids, gases or dust. Power tools cre-

ate sparks which may ignite the dust or fumes.

c) Keep children and bystanders away while

operating a power tool. Distractions can cause

you to lose control.

1.2 Electrical safety

a) Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Nev-

er modify the plug in any way. Do not use any

adapter plugs with earthed (grounded) pow-

er tools. Unmodified plugs and matching outlets

will reduce risk of electric shock.

b) Avoid body contact with earthed or ground-

ed surfaces, such as pipes, radiators, ranges

and refrigerators. There is an increased risk of

electric shock if your body is earthed or grounded.

c) Do not expose power tools to rain or wet con-

ditions. Water entering a power tool will increase

the risk of electric shock.

d) Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord for

carrying, pulling or unplugging the power

tool. Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp

edges or moving parts. Damaged or entangled

cords increase the risk of electric shock.

e) When operating a power tool outdoors, use

an extension cord suitable for outdoor use.

Use of a cord suitable for outdoor use reduces

the risk of electric shock.

f) If operating a power tool in a damp location is

unavoidable, use a residual current device

(RCD) protected supply. Use of an RCD

reduces the risk of electric shock.

1.3 Personal safety

a) Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use

common sense when operating a power tool.

Do not use a power tool while you are tired or

under the influence of drugs, alcohol or med-

ication. A moment of inattention while operating

power tools may result in serious personal injury.

b) Use personal protective equipment. Always

wear eye protection. Protective equipment such

as dust mask, non-skid safety shoes, hard hat, or

hearing protection used for appropriate conditions

will reduce personal injuries.

c) Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the

switch is in the off-position before connect-

ing to power source and/or battery pack, pick-

ing up or carrying the tool. Carrying power tools

with your finger on the switch or energising pow-

er tools that have the switch on invites accidents.

d) Remove any adjusting key or wrench before

turning the power tool on. A wrench or a key left

attached to a rotating part of the power tool may

result in personal injury.

e) Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and

balance at all times. This enables better control

of the power tool in unexpected situations.

f) Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or

jewellery. Keep your hair, clothing and gloves

away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jew-

ellery or long hair can be caught in moving parts.

g) If devices are provided for the connection of

dust extraction and collection facilities,

ensure these are connected and properly

used. Use of dust collection can reduce dust-

related hazards.

1.4 Power tool use and care

a) Do not force the power tool. Use the correct

power tool for your application. The correct

power tool will do the job better and safer at the

rate for which it was designed.

b) Do not use the power tool if the switch does

not turn it on and off. Any power tool that can-

not be controlled with the switch is dangerous and

must be repaired.

c) Disconnect the plug from the power source

and/or the battery pack from the power tool

before making any adjustments, changing

accessories, or storing power tools. Such pre-

ventive safety measures reduce the risk of start-

ing the power tool accidentally.

d) Store idle power tools out of the reach of chil-

dren and do not allow persons unfamiliar with

the power tool or these instructions to oper-

ate the power tool. Power tools are dangerous

in the hands of untrained users.

e) Maintain power tools. Check for misalignment

or binding of moving parts, breakage of parts

and any other condition that may affect the

power tool’s operation. If damaged, have the

power tool repaired before use. Many accidents

are caused by poorly maintained power tools.

f) Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly

maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting edges

are less likely to bind and are easier to control.

g) Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits

etc. in accordance with these instructions,

taking into account the working conditions

and the work to be performed. Use of the pow-

er tool for operations different from those intend-

ed could result in a hazardous situation.

1.5 Service

a) Have your power tool serviced by a qualified

repair person using only identical replace-

ment parts. This will ensure that the safety of the

power tool is maintained.

c) Hold power tool by insulated gripping

surfaces, when performing an operation

where the cutting accessory may con-

tact hidden wiring or its own cord. Cut-

ting accessory contacting a "live" wire may

make exposed metal parts of the power tool

"live" and could give the operator an elec-

tric shock.

d) Always hold the tool securely, with both

hands on the grips provided. Keep the

tool, especially its grip surfaces, clean

and free from oil and grease.

e) Breathing protection must be worn when

the tool is used without a dust removal

system.

f) Exercise your fingers during pauses

between work to improve the blood cir-

culation in your fingers.

g) To avoid tripping and falling when work-

ing, always lead the sypply cord, exten-

sion cord and dust extraction hose away

tho the rear.

h) The tool is not intended for use by chil-

dren, by debilitated persons or those

who have received no instruction or

training.

i) Children must be instructed not to play

with the tool.

j) Dust from material such as paint con-

taining lead, some wood species, miner-

als and metal may be harmful. Contact

with or inhalation of the dust may cause

allergic reactions and/or respiratory dis-

eases to the operator or bystanders. Cer-

tain kinds of dust are classified as car-

cinogenic such as oak and beech dust

especially in conjunction with additives

for wood conditioning (chromate, wood

preservative). Material containing

asbestos must only be treated by spe-

cialists. Where the use of a dust extrac-

tion device is possible it shall be used.

To achieve a high level of dust collec-

tion, use a suitable vacuum cleaner of

the type recommended by Hilti for wood

dust and/or mineral dust together with

this tool. Ensure that the workplace is

well ventilated. The use of a dust mask

of filter class P2 is recommended. Fol-

low national requirements for the mate-

rials you want to work with.

2.2 Electrical safety

a) Before beginning work, check the work-

ing area (e.g. with a metal detector) to

ensure that no concealed electric

cables or gas and water pipes are pre-

sent. External metal parts of the tool may

become live if, for example, an electric

cable is damaged inadvertenly. This pre-

sents a serious risk of electric shock.

b) Check the condition of the supply cord

and its plug connections and have it

replaced by a qualified electrician if

damage is found. Check the condition

of the extension cord and replace it if

damage is found. Do not touch the sup-

ply in the event of it suffering damage

while working. Disconnect the supply

cord plug from the socket. Damaged

supply cords and extension cords pre-

sent a risk of electric shock.

c) Dirty or dusty electric tools should thus

be checked at a Hilti service center at

regular intervals, especially if used fre-

quently for working on conductive mate-

rials. Dust (especially dust from con-

ductive materials) or dampness adhering

to the surface of the tool may, under unfa-

vorable conditions, present a risk of elec-

tric shock.

2.3 Power tool use and care

a) Ensure that the insert tools used are

equipped with the appropriate connec-

tion end system and that they are prop-

erly fitted and secured in the chuck.

b) In the event of a power faillure, switch

the tool off and unplug the supply cord.

This prevents inadvertent starting when

the power returns.

2.4 Work area

a) Ensure that the workplace is well lit.

b) Ensure that the workplace is well ven-

tilated. Poorly ventilated workplaces

may be injurious to the health due to

exposeure to dust.

2.5 Personal protective equipment

The user and any other persons in the

vicinity must wear suitable eye protection,

a hard hat, ear protection and protective

gloves when the tool is in use. Breathing

protection must be worn if no dust removal

system is used.

The general safety precautions for power

tools contain all product-specific precau-

tions for the power tool described in these

operating instructions. The precautions

listed under (1.3 c, d, f, g) are not relevant

to this power tool.

The vibration emission level given in this information sheet has been measured in accordance

with a standardised test given in EN 60745 and may be used to compare one tool with anoth-

er. It may be used for a preliminary assessment of exposure. The declared vibration emission

level represents the main applications of the tool. However if the tool is used for different appli-

cations, with different accessories or poorly maintained, the vibration emission may differ. This

may significantly increase the exposure level over the total working period. An estimation of

the level of exposure to vibration should also take into account the times when the tool is

Operating the TE805 breaker

Before starting work

Read the safety precautions.

The machine should be used only for the

applications for which it is intended, i.e.

chiselling, bushing, packing, cutting and

driving in mineral materials such as con-

crete, masonry and asphalt etc. It is not

suitable for use on metal surfaces.

The breaker must be in good working order

and used as directed (side handle firmly

tightened in the correct position and chis-

el secured properly in the chuck).

The electric mains supply must correspond

to the information printed on the rating

plate.

The machine is double insulated. Earthing/

grounded of this machine is not permit-

ted.

The chuck is not incorporated in the

machine’s lubrication system. The con-

nection ends of chisels and other tools

must therefore be cleaned regularly and

lubricated with Hilti grease. Use a dust

shield on the chisel.

Starting time at low temperatures

The starting time (until the hammering

action begins to operate) can be reduced

by jolting the chisel against the working

surface as the machine is switched on.

Operation

While working, hold the machine secure-

ly with both hands, using the grip and side

handle. Check the security of the stance or

position from which you are working at

regular intervals (ladders do not provide a

secure stance and present an accident haz-

ard).

Do not apply excessive pressure - this will

not increase the machine’s performance.

Simply position and guide the chisel.

Insert the chisel by pushing it into the

chuck in the desired position, against

spring pressure, until it locks automatical-

ly. To remove the chisel, pull back the lock-

ing sleeve and pull out the chisel.

Move the side handle to the desired posi-

tion and clamp it securely by tightening the

knob.

Switch on the breaker and bring the blade

of the chisel into contact with the work sur-

face. It is not necessary to apply constant

finger pressure to the switch as it remains

in the ON position for sustained operation.

Servicing

The TE805 is equipped with automatic cut-

out carbon brushes which break the pow-

er circuit after a predetermined period of

operation, indicating that the machine

requires to be serviced. Failure to observe

this point could result in expensive conse-

quential damage to the machine.

Electric tools must comply with the applic-

able safety regulations. Servicing, there-

fore, may be carried out only by recognised

electrical specialists. The use of original

Hilti parts ensures optimum safety.

Care of the electric tool

-CAUTION-

Keep the power tool, especially its grip

surfaces, clean and free from oil and

grease. Do not use cleaning agents which

contain silicone.

The outer casing of the tool is made from

impactresistant plastic. Sections of the grip

are made from a synthetic rubber materi-

al. Never operate the tool when the venti-

lation slots are blocked. Clean the ventila-

tion slots carefully using a dry brush. Do

not permit foreign objects to enter the inte-

rior of the tool. Clean the outside of the tool

at regular intervals with a slightly damp

cloth. Do not use a spray, steam pressure

cleaning equipment or running water for

cleaning. This may negatively affect the

electrical safety of the tool.

Insert tool reconditioning

Insert tool reconditioning should be car-

ried out only by authorised specialists.

If the blade of a pointed, flat or wide-flat

chisel is only slightly worn, it can be

resharpened by grinding. Note: Ensure

that the surface of the chisel does not over-

heat when grinding (no discoloration).

If the blade of a pointed or flat chisel is

badly worn, it requires to be reforged.

Heat the tip of the chisel (approx. 80 mm)

to approx. 1000–1100° C (bright yellow-

red to yellow) and forge to shape. Allow the

chisel to cool slowly to room temperature

(avoid draughts!). Do not reharden and

temper the chisle.

Most of the materials from which

Hilti power tools are manufactured

can be recycled. The materials

must be correctly separated before they can

be recycled. In many countries, Hilti has

already made arrangements for taking back

your old electric tools for recycling. Please

ask your Hilti customer service department

or Hilti sales representative for further infor-

mation.

In observance of European Directive on

waste electrical and electronic equipment

and its implementation in accordance with

national law, electric tools that have

reached the end of their life must be col-

lected separately and returned to an envi-

ronmentally compatible recycling facility.

Manufacturer's warranty – tools

Hilti warrants that the tool supplied is free of defects in material

and workmanship. This warranty is valid so long as the tool is

operated and handled correctly, cleaned and serviced properly

and in accordance with the Hilti Operating Instructions, and the

technical system is maintained. This means that only original Hilti

consumables, components and spare parts may be used in the

tool.

This warranty provides the free-of-charge repair or replacement

of defective parts only over the entire lifespan of the tool. Parts

requiring repair or replacement as a result of normal wear and

tear are not covered by this warranty.

Additional claims are excluded, unless stringent national rules

prohibit such exclusion. In particular, Hilti is not obligated for

direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, losses

or expenses in connection with, or by reason of, the use of, or

inability to use the tool for any purpose. Implied warranties of

merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are specif-

ically excluded.

For repair or replacement, send tool or related parts immediate-

ly upon discovery of the defect to the address of the local Hilti

marketing organization provided.

This constitutes Hilti's entire obligation with regard to warranty

and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous comments and oral

or written agreements concerning warranties.

1. Indications générales de sécurité pour les

appareils électriques

a) AVERTISSEMENT ! Lire et comprendre

toutes les consignes de sécurité et instruc-

tions. Le nonrespect des consignes de sécurité

et instructions indiquées ci-après peut entraîner

un choc électrique, un incendie et / ou de graves

blessures sur les personnes. Les consignes de

sécurité et instructions doivent être intégra-

lement conservées pour les utilisations

futures. La notion d’« outil électroportatif » men-

tionnée dans les consignes de sécurité se rap-

porte à des outils électriques raccordés au sec-

teur (avec câble de raccordement) et à des outils

électriques à batterie (sans câble de raccorde-

ment).

1.1 Sécurité sur le lieu de travail

a) Maintenez l’endroit de travail propre et bien

éclairé. Un lieu de travail en désordre ou mal

éclairé augmente le risque d’accidents.

b) N'utilisez pas l'outil électroportatif dans un

1.2 Sécurité relative au système électrique

a) La fiche de secteur de l’outil électroportatif

doit être appropriée à la prise de courant. Ne

modifiez en aucun cas la fiche. N'utilisez pas

de fiches d’adaptateur avec des outils élec-

troportatifs avec mise à la terre. Les fiches non

modifiées et les prises de courant appropriées

réduisent le risque de choc électrique.

b) Évitez le contact physique avec des surfaces

mises à la terre tels que tuyaux, radiateurs,

cuisinières et réfrigérateurs. Il y a un risque éle-

vé de choc électrique au cas où votre corps serait

relié à la terre.

c) N'exposez pas les outils électroportatifs à la

pluie ou à l’humidité. La pénétration d’eau dans

un outil électroportatif augmente le risque d’un

choc électrique.

d) N'utilisez pas le câble à d’autres fins que

celles prévues, n'utilisez pas le câble pour

f) Si l'utilisation de l'outil électroportatif dans un

environnement humide ne peut pas être évi-

tée, un interrupteur de protection contre les

courants de court-circuit doit être utilisé. L'uti-

lisation d'un tel interrupteur de protection réduit

le risque d'une décharge électrique.

1.3 Sécurité des personnes

a) Restez vigilant, surveillez ce que vous faites.

Faites preuve de bon sens en utilisant l’outil

électroportatif. N'utilisez pas l'outil électro-

portatif lorsque vous êtes fatigué ou après

avoir consommé de l’alcool, des drogues ou

avoir pris des médicaments. Un moment d’in-

attention lors de l’utilisation de l'outil électropor-

tatif peut entraîner de graves blessures sur les

personnes.

b) Portez des équipements de protection. Por-

tez toujours des lunettes de protection. Le fait

de porter des équipements de protection per-

sonnels tels que masque anti-poussière, chaus-

sures de sécurité antidérapantes, casque de pro-

tection ou protection acoustique suivant le travail

à effectuer, réduit le risque de blessures.

c) Évitez une mise en service par mégarde. S'as-

surer que l'outil électroportatif est arrêté avant

de le brancher à la source de courant et/ou au

blocaccu, de le prendre ou de le porter. Le fait

de porter l'outil électroportatif avec le doigt sur l’in-

terrupteur ou de brancher l’appareil sur la sour-

ce de courant lorsque l’interrupteur est en posi-

tion de fonctionnement, peut entraîner des acci-

dents.

d) Enlevez tout outil de réglage ou toute clé

avant de mettre l'outil électroportatif en fonc-

tionnement. Une clé ou un outil se trouvant sur

une partie en rotation peut causer des blessures.

e) Adoptez une bonne posture. Veillez à garder

toujours une position stable et équilibrée. Ceci

vous permet de mieux contrôler l'outil électro-

portatif dans des situations inattendues.

f) Portez des vêtements appropriés. Ne portez

pas de vêtements amples ni de bijoux. Main-

tenez cheveux, vêtements et gants éloignés

des parties de l’appareil en rotation. Des vête-

ments amples, des bijoux ou des cheveux longs

peuvent être happés par des pièces en mouve-

ment.

g) Si des dispositifs servant à aspirer ou à

recueillir les poussières doivent être utilisés,

vérifiez que ceux-ci sont effectivement rac-

cordés et qu’ils sont correctement utilisés.

L'utilisation d'un dispositif d'aspiration peut engen-

drer un risque à cause des poussières.

1.4 Utilisation et maniement de l'outil électro-

portatif

a) Ne surchargez pas l'appareil. Utilisez l’outil

électroportatif approprié au travail à effectuer.

Avec l'outil électroportatif approprié, vous tra-

vaillerez mieux et avec plus de sécurité à la vites-

se pour laquelle il est prévu.

b) N'utilisez pas un outil électroportatif dont l’in-

terrupteur est défectueux. Un outil électropor-

tatif qui ne peut plus être mis en ou hors fonc-

tionnement est dangereux et doit être réparé.

c) Retirez la fiche de la prise de courant et/ou le

bloc-accu avant d'effectuer des réglages sur

l'appareil, de changer les accessoires, ou de

ranger l'appareil. Cette mesure de précaution

empêche une mise en fonctionnement par

mégarde de l'outil électroportatif.

d) Gardez les outils électroportatifs non utilisés

hors de portée des enfants. Ne permettez pas

l’utilisation de l’appareil à des personnes qui

ne se sont pas familiarisées avec celui-ci ou

qui n’ont pas lu ces instructions. Les outils

électroportatifs sont dangereux lorsqu’ils sont uti-

lisés par des personnes non initiées.

e) Prenez soin des outils électroportatifs. Véri-

fiez que les parties en mouvement fonction-

nent correctement et qu’elles ne sont pas

coincées, et contrôlez si des parties sont cas-

sées ou endommagées de telle sorte que le

bon fonctionnement de l'outil électroportatif

s’en trouve entravé. Faites réparer les parties

endommagées avant d’utiliser l'outil électro-

portatif. De nombreux accidents sont dus à des

outils électroportatifs mal entretenus.

f) Maintenez les outils de coupe aiguisés et

propres. Des outils soigneusement entretenus

avec des bords tranchants bien aiguisés se coin-

cent moins souvent et peuvent être guidés plus

facilement.

g) L'outil électroportatif, les accessoires, les

outils à monter, etc. doivent être utilisés

conformément à ces instructions. Tenez

2. Consignes de sécurité spécifiques au

produit

2.1 Sécurité des personnes

a) Porter un casque antibruit. Le bruit peut

entraîner des pertes auditives.

b) Si elle est fournie, utiliser la poignée

supplémentaire. La perte de contrôle peut

entraîner des blessures.

c) Tenir fermement les appareils par les

poignées isolées, lors d'interventions

dans des zones où l'outil de coupe

risque d'entrer en contact avec des

câbles ou gaines électriques cachés, ou

son propre câble d'alimentation. En cas

de contact de l'outil de coupe avec un câble

conducteur, les pièces métalliques non iso-

lées sont mises sous tension et l'utilisateur

reçoit un choc électrique.

d)Toujours tenir l’appareil des deux mains

aux poignées prévues à cet effet. Toujours

bien nettoyer et sécher l’appareil ainsi que

ses poignées latérales, afin d’enlever toute

trace d’huile ou de graisse.

e)En cas d’utilisation de l’appareil sans le

module dépoussiéreur, il est nécessaire

de porter un masque respiratoire léger

pour effectuer des travaux produisant de

la poussière.

f) Faire régulièrement des pauses et des

exercices de relaxation et de massage des

doigts pour favoriser l'irrigation sanguine

dans les doigts.

g Pour éviter tout risque de chute, toujours

tenir le cordon d'alimentation, le câble de

rallonge et le tuyau flexible d'aspiration

vers l'arrière de l'appareil.

h)L'appareil n'est pas destiné à être utilisé

par des enfants ou des personnes affai-

blies sans encadrement.

i) Avertir les enfants et veiller à ce qu'ils ne

jouent pas avec l'appareil.

j) Les poussières de matériaux telles que des

poussières de peinture au plomb, de cer-

tains types de bois, minéraux et métaux,

peuvent être nocives pour la santé. Le

contact ou l'aspiration des poussières peut

provoquer des réactions allergiques et/ou

des maladies respiratoires de l'utilisateur

ou de toute personne se trouvant à proxi-

mité. Certaines poussières, telles que des

poussières de chêne ou de hêtre, sont

considérées comme cancérigènes, en par-

ticulier lorsqu'elles sont combinées à des

additifs destinés au traitement du bois

(chromate, produit de protection du bois).

Les matériaux contenant de l'amiante doi-

vent seulement être manipulés par un per-

sonnel spécialisé. Un dispositif d'aspira-

tion doit être utilisé dans la mesure du

possible. Pour une aspiration optimale de

la poussière, utiliser de préférence l'as-

pirateur mobile approprié pour bois et/ou

poussières minérales recommandé par

Hilti, qui est spécialement étudié pour cet

outil électroportatif. Veiller à ce que la pla-

ce de travail soit bien ventilée. Il est

recommandé de porter un masque anti-

poussière de la classe de filtre P2. Res-

pecter les prescriptions locales en vigueur

qui s'appliquent aux matériaux travaillés.

2.2 Sécurité relative au système électrique

a) Avant de commencer, vérifier que l’espa-

ce de travail ne comporte pas de câbles ou

gaines électriques, conduites de gaz ou

d'eau cachés, par exemple à l'aide d'un

détecteur de métaux. Toute pièce métal-

lique extérieure à l'appareil peut devenir

conductrice, par exemple si un câble élec-

trique est endommagé par inadvertance.

Ceci représente un danger sérieux d’élec-

trocution.

b)Contrôler régulièrement les câbles de rac-

cordement de l'appareil et les faire rem-

placer par un spécialiste s'ils sont endom-

magés. Contrôler régulièrement les câbles

de rallonge et les remplacer s'ils sont

endommagés.Si le cordon d'alimentation

ou le câble de rallonge est endommagé

pendant le travail, ne pas le toucher.

Débrancher la prise. Les câbles de rac-

cordement et les câbles de rallonge endom-

magés représentent un risque d’électrocu-

tion.

c)Si vous travaillez souvent sur des maté-

riaux conducteurs, faites contrôler les

appareils encrassés à intervalles réguliers

par le S.A.V. Hilti. Ne jamais faire fonc-

tionner l'appareil s'il est encrassé ou

mouillé. Dans de mauvaises conditions

d'utilisation, la poussière collée à la surfa-

ce de l'appareil, surtout la poussière de

matériaux conducteurs, ou l'humidité, peut

entraîner une électrocution.

2.3 Utilisation et emploi soigneux de l'outil

électroportatif

a)Vérifier que les outils sont bien munis du

système d'emmanchement adapté à l'ap-

pareil et qu'ils sont toujours correctement

verrouillés dans le mandrin.

Le niveaudevibrations mentionnédans ces instructions a étémesuréconformément à unprocédé

de mesure normalisé selon EN 60745 et peut être utilisé comme base de comparaison entre

outils électroportatifs. Il permet également de procéder à une évaluation préalable des sollicita-

tions vibratoires. Le niveau de vibrations mentionné correspond aux principales applications de

l'outil électroportatif. Ce niveau peut néanmoins différer si l'outil électroportatif est utilisé pour

d'autres applications, avec des outils à monter différents ou que l'entretien s'avère insuffisant.

Fonctionnement du burineur

électropneumatique TE 805

Avant de mettre en marche cet appareil,

lire attentivement la notice de sécurité!

Ne l’utiliser que pour les applications pré-

vues: burinage, bouchardage, damage,

pilonnage, bêchage, piquage de matériaux

de construction minéraux comme le béton,

la maçonnerie, l’asphalte, etc. Le burineur

électropneumatique TE 805 ne convient

pas sur les surfaces métalliques.

Avant de l’utiliser, vérifier qu’il est bien en

état de marche (poignées latérales bien vis-

sées et bloquées dans la bonne position,

burin parfaitement verrouillé dans le por-

te-outil). Vérifier que la tension du secteur

correspond bien à celle indiquée sur la pla-

quette signalétique.

La machine étant isolée, elle n’a pas

besoin de prise de terre.

L’entraîneur porte-outil n’est pas lubrifié

par le système de lubrification de la machi-

ne. Nettoyer donc régulièrement l’em-

manchement des outils en le graissant

avec de la graisse Hilti. Utiliser le capuchon

pare-poussière du burin.

Temps de démarrage si la température

extérieure est basse:

Réduire le temps de démarrage de la

machine en appuyant une fois brièvement

l’outil contre le matériau pendant le démar-

rage.

Mise en marche:

Pour travailler, tenir l’appareil des deux

mains par les poignées prévues et toujours

bien rester en équilibre. Ne jamais monter

p. ex. sur une échelle qui n’offre pas une

position de travail stable et sur laquelle

vous risquez de vous blesser. Eviter d’ap-

puyer exagérement la machine contre le

matériau. Son rendement en démolition

n’en est pas amélioré. Placer simplement

la machine contre le matériau et la guider.

Introduire le burin dans la position désirée

en comprimant le ressort jusqu’à ce que

l’outil se verrouille automatiquement. Pour

ouvrir: ramener la douille de verrouillage

en arrière et enlever le burin.

Placer la poignée dans la position voulue

et la bloquer.

Pour commencer à travailler:

matériau. Pas besoin d’appuyer constam-

ment avec le doigt sur l’interrupteur (inter-

rupteur marche/arrêt à bascule).

Maintenance

Ce burineur electopneumatique est muni

d’un charbon autodéclenchant qui inter-

rompt le circuit électrique et signale à l’uti-

lisateur qu’il est temps de porter réviser

son appareil chez Hilti. S’il ne s’y confor-

me pas, il peut s’ensuivre des dommages

coûteux.

Les outils électriques doivent être

conformes aux réglements de sécurité en

vigueur. C’est pourquoi seul un électricien

qualifié est habilité à effectuer l’entretien

et la révision de la machine. L’utilisation de

pièces d’origine Hilti garantit une sécurité

optimale à l’utilisateur.

Nettoyage de l'appareil

-ATTENTION-

Tenir l'appareil, en particulier les surfaces

de préhension, sec, propre et exempt

d'huile et de graisse. Ne pas utiliser de

nettoyants à base de silicone.

La coque extérieure du boîtier de l'appareil

est fabriquée

en plastique résilient. La partie préhensile

est en élastomère.

Ne jamais faire fonctionner l'appareil si ses

ouïes d'aération sont bouchées! Les net-

toyer avec précaution au moyen d'une bros-

se sèche. Éviter toute pénétration de corps

étrangers à l'intérieur de l'appareil. Nettoyer

régulièrement l'extérieur de l'appareil avec

un chiffon légèrement humide. Ne pas uti-

liser d'appareil diffuseur, d'appareil à jet de

vapeur ou d'eau courante pour le nettoya-

ge afin de garantir sa sûreté électrique!

Réparation et maintenance

des burins

Les burins ne doivent être réparés que

par des spécialistes qualifiés!

Réaffûtage de burins spatule, de burins

pointus et de burins plats lorsque leur tran-

chant est faiblement usé: attention de ne

pas trop échauffeur le burin en surface (Il

ne doit pas se décolorer!).

Reforgeage de burins pointus et de burins

plats:réchauffer le burin sur une longueur

d’environ 80 mm à partir de la pointe, jus-

qu’à une température de 1000 à 1100° C

(rouge orangé clair à jaune), puis le for-

ger. Après forgeage, laisser refroidir le

burin lentement à l’air jusqu’à températu-

re ambiante (éviter tout courant d’air).

Après, ne pas le soumettre à la trempe, ni

à un revenu.

1. Общи указания за безопасност за електро-

инструменти

a) ПРЕДУПРЕЖДЕНИЕ! Запознайте се с

всички указания за безопасност и инструк-

ции. Неспазването на приведените по-долу

указания за безопасност и инструкции може

да доведе до токов удар, пожар и/или тежки

травми. Съхранявайте всички указания за

безопасност и инструкции за бъдещи справ-

ки. Използваното в указанията за безопасност

понятие "електроинструмент" се отнася до

1.1 Безопасност на работното място

a) Поддържайте работното си място чисто и

добре осветено. Безпорядъкът или недоста-

тъчното осветление могат да доведат до зло-

полуки.

b) Не използвайте електроинструмента във

взривоопасна среда или на места, където

има горими течности, газове или прах. По

време на работа в електроинструментите се

отделят искри, които могат да възпламенят

прахообразни материали или пари.

1.2 Безопасност при работа с електроинстру-

менти

чай не се допуска изменяне на конструк-

цията на щепсела. Когато работите със зану-

лени електринструменти, не използвайте

адаптори за щепсела. Ползването на ориги-

нални щепсели и контакти намалява риска от

токов удар.

b) Избягвайте допира на тялото Ви до зазе-

мени тела, например тръби, отоплителни

уреди, пещи и хладилници. Рискът от елек-

трически удар се увеличава, когато тялото ви

е заземено.

c) Предпазвайте електроинструментие от дъжд

и влага. Проникването на вода в електроин-

струмента повишава опасността от токов удар.

d) Не използвайте кабела за цели, за които не

е предназначен, например за носене на елек-

троуреда, за окачване или за издърпване

на щепсела от контакта. Предпазвайте кабе-

ла от нагряване, масла, остри ръбове или

1.3 Безопасен начин на работа

a) Бъдете концентрирани, следете внимателно

действията си и постъпвайте предпазли-

во и разумно. Не използвайте електроин-

струмента, когато сте уморени или под влия-

нието на наркотични вещества, алкохол или

упойващи лекарства. Един миг разсеяност

при работа с електроинструмента може да

доведе до изключително тежки наранявания.

b) Работете със защитно работно облекло и

винаги с предпазни очила. Носенето на лич-

ни предпазни средства, като дихателна мас-

ка, здрави плътно затворени обувки със ста-

билен грайфер, защитна каска или шумоза-

глушители (антифони) – според вида и упот-

ребата на електроинструмента – намалява

риска от злополука.

c) Внимавайте да не включите електроинстру-

мента случайно. Уверете се, че електроу-

редът е изключен, преди да го свържете

към електрозахранването и/или акумула-

тора, преди да го вдигнете или пренасяте.

Ако при носене на електроинструмента дър-

жите пръста си върху пусковия прекъсвач или

ако при включено положение свържете елек-

троинструмента към електрозахранването,

съществува опасност от злополука.

d) Преди да включите електроинструмента,

се уверете, че сте отстранили от него всич-

ки помощни инструменти или гаечни клю-

чове. Помощен инструмент, забравен на вър-

тящо се звено, може да причини травми.

e) Избягвайте неудобните положения на тяло-

то. Работете в стабилно положение на тяло-

то и във всеки един момент поддържайте

равновесие. Така ще можете да контролира-

те електроинструмента по-добре и по-без-

опасно, ако възникне неочаквана ситуация.

f) Работете с подходящо облекло. Не рабо-

тете с широки дрехи или украшения. Дръж-

те косата си, дрехите си и ръкавиците си

на безопасно разстояние от въртящите се

звена на електроинструментите. Широките

дрехи, украшенията и дългите коси могат да

бъдат захванати и увлечени от въртящите се

звена.

g) Ако е възможно използването на външна

аспирационна система, се уверете, че тя е

включена и функционира изправно. Изпол-

зването на прахоуловител може да намали

породените от прахове опасности.

1.4 Използване и третиране на електроин-

струмента

a) Не претоварвайте уреда. Използвайте елек-

троинструментите само съобразно тяхно-

то предназначение. Ще работите по-добре и

по-безопасно, когато използвате подходящия

електроинструмент в зададения от произво-

дителя диапазон на натоварване.

b) Не използвайте електроинструмент, чийто

ключ е повреден. Електроинструмент, който

не може да бъде изключван и включван по

предвидения от производителя начин, е опа-

сен и трябва да бъде ремонтиран.

c) Извадете щепсела от контакта и/или аку-

мулатора, преди да предприемете действия

по настройка на уреда или смяна на при-

надлежностите, или преди да приберете

уреда. Тази мярка премахва опасността от

задействане на електроинструмента по нев-

нимание.

d) Съхранявайте електроинструментите на

места, където не могат да бъдат достигна-

ти от деца. Не допускайте уредът да бъде

използван от лица, които не са запознати

с него или не са прочели тези инструкции.

Когато са в ръцете на неопитни потребители,

електроинструментите могат да бъдат изклю-

чително опасни.

e) Отнасяйте се към електроинструментите

грижливо. Проверявайте дали подвижни-

те елементи функционират безупречно,

дали не заклинват, дали има счупени или

повредени детайли, които нарушават или

изменят функциите на електроинструмен-

та. Преди да използвате електроинстру-

мента, се погрижете повредените детайли

да бъдат ремонтирани. Много от злополуки-

те се дължат на недобре поддържани елек-

троинструменти.

f) Поддържайте режещите инструменти вина-

ги добре заточени и чисти. Добре поддър-

жаните режещи инструменти с остри ръбове

оказват по-малко съпротивление, не заклин-

ват и се водят по-леко.

2. Специфични за уреда указания за без-

опасност

2.1 Безопасен начин на работа

a) Носете антифони. Шумът може да дове-

де до загуба на слуха.

b) Ползвайте допълнителните ръкохватки,

ако са доставени. Загубата на контрол

може да доведе до наранявания.

c) Дръжте уредите за изолираните час-

ти на ръкохватките, когато извършвате

работи, при които режещият инстру-

мент може да влезе в допир със скри-

ти електрически кабели или със собст-

вения захранващ кабел. Допирът на

режещия инструмент до тоководещ кабел

може да предизвика поява на напреже-

ние на откритите метални части и пот-

ребителят може да получи електричес-

ки удар.

d) Дръжте уреда винаги с двете ръце за

предвидените ръкохватки.Поддържайте

уреда, особено ръкохватките, в сухо и чисто

състояние, без масло и мазнини.

e) Ако използвате уреда без прахоулови-

телния модул, по време на работа сло-

жете респиратор.

f) Правете почивки и гимнастика на пръс-

тите за подобря ване на кръвообраще-

нието в тях.

g) За да избегнете евентуално препъва-

не, винаги водете захранващия кабел,

кабелния удължител и маркуча на пра-

хоуловителя зад уреда.

h) Уредът не е предназначен за употреба

от деца или хора с крехка физика, кои-

то не са инструк-тирани.

i) Децата трябва да са инструктирани, че

не бива да си играят с уреда.

Прахове от материали, като съдържаща оло-

во боя, някои видове дървесина и метали,

могат да са вредни за здравето. При допир

или вдишване на праховете могат да възник-

нат алергични реакции и/или заболявания на

дихателните пътища на ра-ботещия и на нами-

ращите се в близост лица. Някои прахове, като

прах от дъб и бук, се считат за ра-кообраз-

уващи, особено в комбинация с добавки за

дървообработка (хромат, средства за дър-

весна защита). Съдържащ азбест материал

трябва да се обработва само от специалисти.

Използвайте по възможност прахоуло-

вител. За да постигнете висока степен

на прахоулавяне, използвайте подхо-

дящ, препоръчан от Хилти преносим

пра- хоуловител за дървесни и/или мине-

рални пра-хове, който е подходящ за

дадения електро- инструмент. Осигу-

рете добро проветряване на работното

място. Препоръчва се носенето на пра-

хозащитна маска с филтър клас P2. Спаз-

вайте местните разпоредби за обра-

ботваните материали.

2.2 Безопасност при работа с електро -

инструменти

a) Преди работа проверявайте работната

област за скрити електро-, газо- и водо-

проводи, например с металотърсач.

Вън-

шните метални части на уреда може да ста-

нат токопроводими, ако например по невни-

мание сте повредили електрически кабел. В

този случай съществува сериозна опасност

от електрически удар.

b) Проверявайте редовно изправността на

електрическия кабел и при повреда дай-

те уреда за поправка в спец иализиран

сервиз. Проверявайте редовно удъл жи-

тел ните кабели и ги подменяйте, ако те

са повредени. Ако по време на работа

захранващият или удължителният кабел

се повредят, не трябва да ги докосва-

те. Извадете щепсела от контакта.

Пов-

редени електропроводи и електрически кабе-

ли създават опасност от електрически удар.

c) Поради това регулярно давайте замър-

сени уреди на проверка в сервизите на

Хилти, особено ако често се работи с

електро проводими материали.

Прахта

по повърхността на уреда (най-вече от про-

водими материали) или влагата при неблаго-

приятни условия могат да предизвикат елек-

трически удар.

2.3 Грижливо отношение към електро -

инструментите

a) Убедете се, че инструментите съот-

ветстват на системата за захващане на

уреда и са добре закрепени в патрон -

ника.

b) При прекъсване на токозахранването:

Изключете уреда и извадете щепсела

от контакта.

По този начин се предотвратя-

ва неволното включване на уреда при въз-

становяване на захранването.

2.4 Работно място

a) сигурете добро осветление на работ-

ната площадка.

b) Осигурете добро проветряване на работ-

ното място.

Повишено запрашване на работ-

ното място поради недостатъчна вентилация

може да доведе до увреждане на здравето.

2.5 Средства за персонална защита

Ползвателят и намиращите се в близост до него

лица трябва да носят по време на работа с уре-

да подходящи защитни очила, защитна каска,

антифони и защитни ръкавици. Ако не ползва-

те прахоуловител, ползвайте респиратор.

Общите указания за безопасност на електроу-

редите съдържат всички специфични за про-

дукта указания за описаните в настоящото ръко-

водство за експлоатация уреди. Указанията под

точка (1.3 c, d, f, g) не се отнасят за тези уре-

ди.

g) Работете с елестроинструменти, принад-

лежности, сменяеми инструменти и т.н.

съобразно настоящите инструкции. Съоб-

разявайте се и с конкретните работни усло-

вия, както и с дейностите, които трябва да

бъдат извършени. Използването на елек-

троинструменти за цели, различни от предви-

дените от производителя, повишава опасността

от злополука.

a) Ремонтът на електроинструментите тряб-

ва да се извършва само от квалифицира-

вни части. По този начин се гарантира съх-

Къртачът има самоизключващи четки, които

при достигане на заложения срок за работа

прекъсват токовия кръг за да се извърши

ремонт. Aко това не се спази се стига до

скъпи понататъшни ремонти.

Eлектроуредите трябва да отговарят на

предписанията за сигурност. Обслуж ването

да се извършва само от правоспособен

електротехник. Изпол-зването на оригинални

части от Хилти гарантира оптимална

сигурност.

Обслужване на машината

Поддържайте уреда и най вече

повърхностите за хващане сухи, чисти

и почистени от масла и смазки. Не

използвайте почистващи средства,

съдържащи силикон.

Външният корпус на уреда е направен от

удароустойчива пластмаса. Ръкохватките са

от еластомерен материал.

Никога не работете с уреда при запушени

вентилационни отвори! Почиствайте ги

внимателно със суха четка. Не допускайте

попадането на чужди тела във вътрешността

на уреда. Редовно почиствайте уреда с леко

навлажнена кърпа. Не използвайте пръскачки,

пароструйки или течаща вода при почистване!
