Уважаеми потребители,

Поздравления за покупката на машина от най-бързо развиващата се марка за електрически,

бензинови и пневматични машини - RAIDER. При правилно инсталиране и експлоатация, RAIDER

са сигурни и надеждни машини и работата с тях ще Ви достави истинско удоволствие. За Вашето

удобство е изградена и отлична сервизна мрежа с 45 сервиза в цялата страна.

Преди да използвате тази машина, моля, внимателно се запознайте с настоящата

“Инструкция за употреба”.

В интерес на Вашата безопасност и с цел осигуряване на правилната й употреба, прочетете

настоящите инструкции внимателно, включително препоръките и предупрежденията в тях. За

избягване на ненужни грешки и инциденти, важно е тези инструкции да останат на разположение

за бъдещи справки на всички, които ще ползват машината. Ако я продадете на нов собственик то

“Инструкцията за употреба” трябва да се предаде заедно с него, за да може новия ползвател да се

запознае със съответните мерки за безопасност и инструкциите за работа.

Общи указания за безопасна работа.

Прочетете внимателно всички указания. Неспазването на приведените по-долу указания може да доведе до токов

удар, пожар и/или тежки травми. Съхранявайте тези указания на сигурно място.

1. Безопасност на работното място.

1.1. Поддържайте работното си място чисто и добре осветено. Безпорядъкът и недостатъчното осветление могат да

спомогнат за възникването на трудова злополука.

1.2. Не работете с прободния трион в среда с повишена опасност от възникване на експлозия, в близост до лесно

запалими течности, газове или прахообразни материали. По време на работа от прободните триони се отделят искри,

които могат да възпламенят прахообразни материали или пари.

1.3. Дръжте деца и странични лица на безопасно разстояние, докато работите с прободния трион. Ако вниманието

Ви бъде отклонено, може да загубите контрола над прободния трион.

2. Безопасност при работа с електрически ток.

2.1. Щепселът на прободния трион трябва да е подходящ за използвания контакт. В никакъв случай не се допуска

изменяне на конструкцията на щепсела. Когато работите със занулени електроуреди, не използвайте адаптери за

щепсела. Ползването на оригинални щепсели и контакти намалява риска от възникване на токов удар.

2.2. Избягвайте допира на тялото Ви до заземени тела, напр. тръби, отоплителни уреди, печки и хладилници. Когато

тялото Ви е заземено, рискът от възникване на токов удар е по-голям. Предпазвайте прободния трион от дъжд и влага.

Проникването на вода в прободния трион повишава опасността от токов удар.

2.3. Не използвайте захранващия кабел за цели, за които той не е предвиден, напр. за да носите прободния трион

за кабела или да извадите щепсела от контакта. Предпазвайте кабела от нагряване, омасляване, допир до остри ръбове

или до подвижни звена на машини. Повредените или усукани кабели увеличават риска от възникване на токов удар.

2.4. Когато работите с прободен трион навън, включвайте машината само в инсталации оборудвани с електрически

прекъсвач Fi ( прекъсвач за защитно изключване с дефектнотокова защита), а токът на утечка, при който се задейства

ДТЗ трябва да е не повече от 30 mA, съгласно “Наредба 3 за устройство на електрическите уредби и електропроводните

линии“. Използвайте само удължители, подходящи за работа на открито. Използването на удължител, предназначен за

работа на открито, намалява риска от възникване на токов удар.

2.5. Ако се налага използването на прободния трион във влажна среда, включвайте машината само в инсталации

оборудвани с електрически прекъсвач Fi. Използването на такъв предпазен прекъсвач за утечни токове намалява

опасността от възникване на токов удар.

3. Безопасен начин на работа.

3.1. Бъдете концентрирани, следете внимателно действията си и постъпвайте предпазливо и разумно. Не използвайте

прободния трион, когато сте уморени или под влиянието на наркотични вещества, алкохол или упойващи лекарства.

Един миг разсеяност при работа с прободен трион може да има за последствие изключително тежки наранявания.

3.2. Работете с предпазващо работно облекло и винаги с предпазни очила.

Носенето на подходящи за ползвания прободен трион и извършваната дейност лични предпазни средства, като

дихателна маска, здрави плътно затворени обувки със стабилен грайфер, защитна каска и шумозаглушители (антифони),

намалява риска от възникване на трудова злополука.

3.3. Избягвайте опасността от включване на прободния трион по невнимание. Преди да включите щепсела в

захранващата мрежа, се уверете, че пусковият прекъсвач е в положение «изключено». Ако, когато носите прободния

трион, държите пръста си върху пусковия прекъсвач, или ако подавате захранващо напрежение на прободния трион,

когато е включен, съществува опасност от възникване на трудова злополука.

3.4. Преди да включите прободния трион, се уверявайте, че сте отстранили от него всички помощни инструменти.

Помощен инструмент, забравен на движещо се звено, може да причини травми.

3.5. Избягвайте неестествените положения на тялото. Работете в стабилно положение на тялото и във всеки момент

поддържайте равновесие. Така ще можете да контролирате прободния трион по-добре и по-безопасно, ако възникне

неочаквана ситуация.

3.6. Работете с подходящо облекло. Не работете с широки дрехи или украшения. Дръжте косата си, дрехите и

ръкавици на безопасно разстояние от въртящи се звена на прободния трион. Широките дрехи, украшенията, дългите

коси могат да бъдат захванати и увлечени от въртящи се или движещи се звена.

3.7. Ако е възможно използването на външна аспирационна система, се уверете, че тя е включена и функционира

изправно. Използването на аспирационна система намалява рисковете, дължащи се на отделящата се при работа прах.

4. Грижливо отношение към прободния трион.

4.1. Не претоварвайте прободния трион. Използвайте прободните триони само съобразно тяхното предназначение.

Ще работите по-добре и по-безопасно, когато използвате подходящия прободен трион в зададения от производителя

диапазон на натоварване.

4.2. Не използвайте прободен трион, чийто пусков прекъсвач е повреден. Прободен трион, който не може да бъде

изключван и включван по предвидения от производителя начин, е опасен и трябва да бъде ремонтиран.

4.3. Преди да променяте настройките на прободния трион, да заменяте работни инструменти и допълнителни

приспособления, както и когато продължително време няма да използвате прободния трион, изключвайте щепсела от

захранващата мрежа. Тази мярка премахва опасността от задействане на прободния трион по невнимание.

4.4. Съхранявайте прободните триони на места, където не могат да бъдат достигнати от деца. Не допускайте те да

бъдат използвани от лица, които не са запознати с начина на работа с тях и не са прочели тези инструкции. Когато са в

ръцете на неопитни потребители, прободните триони могат да бъдат изключително опасни.

4.5. Поддържайте прободния си трион грижливо. Проверявайте дали подвижните звена функционират безукорно,

дали не заклинват, дали има счупени или повредени детайли, които нарушават или изменят функциите на прободния

трион. Преди да използвате прободния трион, се погрижете повредените детайли да бъдат ремонтирани. Много от

трудовите злополуки се дължат на недобре поддържани електроинструменти и уреди.

4.6. Поддържайте режещите инструменти винаги добре заточени и чисти. Добре поддържаните режещи инструменти

с остри ръбове оказват по-малко съпротивление и с тях се работи по-леко.

4.7. Използвайте прободните триони, допълнителните приспособления, работните инструменти и т.н., съобразно

инструкциите на производителя. При това се съобразявайте и с конкретните работни условия и операции, които трябва

да изпълните. Използването на прободни триони за различни от предвидените от производителя приложения повишава

опасността от възникване на трудови злополуки.

5. Поддържане.

Ремонтът на Вашите електроинструменти е най-добре да се извършва само от квалифицираните специалисти

на сервизите на RAIDER, където се използват само оригинални резервни части. По този начин се гарантира тяхната

безопасна работа.

6. Указания за безопасна работа с прободни триони.

6.1. Когато съществува опасност по време на работа работният инструмент да засегне скрити под повърхността

проводници под напрежение или захранващия кабел, допирайте електроинструмента само до изолираните ръкохватки.

При контакт с проводник под напрежение то се предава на металните детайли на електроинструмента и това може да

предизвика токов удар.

6.2. Дръжте ръцете си на разстояние от зоната на рязане. Не пипайте под обработвания детайл. Съществува опасност

да се нараните, ако допрете режещия лист.

6.3. Допрете електро-инструмента до обработвания детайл, след като предварително сте го включили. В противен

случай съществува опасност от възникване на откат, ако режещият лист се заклини в обработвания детайл.

6.4. По време на рязане внимавайте основната плоча (5) да контактува с обработвания детайл стабилно по цялата си

повърхност. Ако режещият лист се заклини, това може да предизвика откат или счупване на режещия лист.

6.5. След завършване на рязането първо изчакайте прободния трион да спре. След това го махнете от мястото

на среза. Така избягвате опасността от възникване на откат и можете безопасно да оставите електроинструмента на

работната повърхност.

6.6. Използвайте само режещи листове в безукорно състояние. Огънати или затъпени режещи дискове могат да се

счупят или да предизвикат обратен откат.

6.7. След изключване на прободния трион не спирайте режещия лист принудително, като го притискате. Режещият

лист може да бъде повреден, да се счупи или да предизвика обратен откат.

6.8. Използвайте подходящи прибори, за да откриете евентуално скрити под повърхността тръбопроводи, или се

обърнете към съответното местно снабдително дружество. Влизането в съприкосновение с проводници под напрежение

може да предизвика пожар и токов удар. Увреждането на газопровод може да доведе до експлозия. Повреждането на

водопровод има за последствие големи материални щети и може да предизвика токов удар.

6.9. Осигурявайте обработвания детайл. Детайл, захванат с подходящи приспособления или стяги, е застопорен по-

здраво и сигурно, отколкото, ако го държите с ръка.

6.10. Преди да оставите прободния трион, изчаквайте въртенето да спре напълно. В противен случай използваният

работен инструмент може да допре друг предмет и да предизвика неконтролирано преместване на електроинструмента.

Не използвайте прободния трион, когато захранващият кабел е повреден. Ако по време на работа кабелът бъде повреден,

не го допирайте. Незабавно изключете щепсела от контакта. Повредени захранващи кабели увеличават риска от токов

удар.

7. Предназначение на прободния трион. Прободния трион е ръчен електроинструмент с изолация втори клас.

Задвижван е с помощта на еднофазен колекторен двигател. Този тип електроинструменти е широко използван за рязане

на дървесина, дървесноподобни материали, както и на синтетични материали и метали. Областите на употреба са

извършването на ремонтно-строителни и дърводелски работи.

8. Технически данни

За да стартирате инструмента, просто издърпайте спусъка на превключвателя. Скоростта на инструмента се

увеличава с увеличаване на налягането върху спусъка на превключвателя Освободете спусъка на превключвателя

за спиране. За непрекъсната работа, издърпайте спусъка на превключвателя, натиснете бутона за заключване и след

това освободете спусъка на превключвателя. За да спрете инструмента от заключено положение, дръпнете спусъка на

превключвателя напълно, след което го освободете.

ВНИМАНИЕ: Винаги почиствайте всички чипове или чужди тела, прилепнали към ножовката и / или държача на

ВНИМАНИЕ: Не докосвайте ламелите на инструмента или детайла веднага след работа. Те могат да бъдат

изключително горещи и да изгорят кожата ви.

ВНИМАНИЕ: Винаги фиксирайте твърдия диск. Недостатъчна затягане на острието може да доведе до счупване на

острието или тежки телесни повреди.

ВНИМАНИЕ: Използвайте ножчета Raider за прободен трион “Т“.захват Използването на различни от този вид ножове

предизвиква недостатъчно затягане на острието, което води до сериозни наранявания.

Информация за излъчван шум и вибрации.

Стойностите са измерени съгласно EN 60745. Равнището А на генерирания шум обикновено е: равнище на звуковото

налягане LpA 85 dB(A); мощност на звука LwA 96 dB(A). Неопределеност K=3 dB. Работете с шумозаглушители! Пълната

стойност на вибрациите (векторната сума по трите направления) е определена съгласно EN 60745: Рязане на дърво:

генерирани вибрации ah=6.60 m/s2, неопределеност K=1,5 m/s2, Рязане на метал: генерирани вибрации ah=5.35 m/s2,

неопределеност K=1,5 m/s2. Посоченото ниво на генерираните вибрации е представително за най-често срещаните

приложения на електроинструмента. Все пак, ако прободния трион се използва за други дейности, с други работни

инструменти или ако не бъде поддържан, както е предписано, равнището на генерираните вибрации може да се промени.

Това би могло да увеличи значително сумарното натоварване от вибрации в процеса на работа.

9. Монтиране на режещия нож.

За да стартирате, просто натиснете бутона за включване

скоростта се увеличава чрез увеличаване на натиска върху прекъсвача.Отпуснете прекъсвача за спиране.

За продължителна работа, натиснете прекъсвача, натиснете бутона за блокиране и след това отпуснете прекъсвача.

За да спрете инструмента от заключена позиция, натиснете изцяло прекъсвача, след това го освободете.

9.1. Избор на режещия нож.

Използвайте само ножчета с Т-образна опашка. Режещият лист не трябва да е по-дълъг от необходимото за

изпълнение на среза. При рязане по дъги с малък радиус използвайте тесни режещи ножчета.

9.2. Поставяне и смяна на режещия нож. Преди извършване на каквито и да е дейности по прободния трион

изключвайте щепсела от захранващата мрежа. При монтиране на режещия нож работете с предпазни ръкавици.

Съществува опасност да се нараните при допир до режещите ръбове на ножа. Преди поставяне почистете опашката

на режещия нож. Замърсена опашка не може да бъде захваната сигурно. Вкарайте режещия нож, до упор в гнездото за

захващане със зъбите, обърнати в посоката на рязане. При поставяне на режещия нож внимавайте задният му ръб да

попадне в жлеба на водещата ролка (6). Прецизни срезове са възможни само ако водещата ролка (6) опира плътно, но

не прекалено стегнато в гърба на режещия нож.

Ножовете за триони могат да бъдат закрепени в държача без използване на инструменти, което осигурява бързо и

безопасно фиксиране за всички ножчета с Т- захват.

10. Система за прахоулавяне.

Прахове, отделящи се при обработването на материали като съдържащи олово бои, някои видове дървесина,

минерали и метали могат да бъдат опасни за здравето. Контактът до кожата или вдишването на такива прахове могат

да предизвикат алергични реакции и/или заболявания на дихателните пътища на работещия с електроинструмента

или намиращи се наблизо лица. Определени прахове, например отделящите се при обработване на бук и дъб, се

считат за канцерогенни, особено в комбинация с химикали за третиране на дървесина (хромат, консерванти и др.). По

възможност използвайте система за прахоулавяне. Осигурявайте добро проветряване на работното място. Препоръчва

се използването на дихателна маска с филтър от клас P2.

10.1. Включване на аспирационна система.

Поставете шланга на аспирационна система в щуцера (3). Свържете шланга (3) с аспирационна система или

прахосмукачка (някои модели имат допълнителен адаптер за прахосмукачка). Използваната прахосмукачка трябва

да е пригодна за работа с обработвания материал. Ако при работа се отделя особено вреден за здравето прах или

канцерогенен прах, използвайте специализирана прахосмукачка.

11. Работа с електроинструмента.

Преди извършване на каквито и да е дейности по електроинструмента изключвайте щепсела от захранващата мрежа.

11.1. Регулиране на ъгъла на рязане.

За изработване на срезове под наклон основната плоча (5) може да бъде наклонена надясно или наляво до 45°.

Развийте винтовете и преместете леко основната плоча (5). За установяване на точни наклони на среза основната плоча

се фиксира при ъгли 0°, 22,5° и 45° наляво и надясно. Наклонете основната плоча (5) до желания ъгъл. Произволни

наклони могат да бъдат настроени с помощта на транспортир. След това отново затегнете винтовете

Охлаждащо-смазваща течност. За да предотвратите прегряване при разрязване на метали, трябва да нанесете

охлаждащо-смазваща течност по продължение на линията на рязане. Скоростта на въртене на двигателя на триона

се регулира чрез завъртване и настройване на регулатора на скоростта в желаното положение. Това позволява да се

избере най-подходящата скорост на работата в зависимост от свойствата на обработвания материал. Колкото по-голяма

е стойността означена на регулатора, толкова по-високи са оборотите на двигателя на триона. За по-бърза работа

прободния трион е снабден с пенделообразно (махово) движение на ножа.

13. Поддържане и сервиз.

13.1. Поддържане и почистване.

Преди извършване на каквито и да е дейности по прободния трион изключвайте щепсела от захранващата мрежа.

За да работите качествено и безопасно, поддържайте електроинструмента и вентилационните отвори чисти. Редовно

почиствайте гнездото за захващане на режещите листове. За целта демонтирайте режещия лист и изтръскайте

полепналите стружки чрез леко почукване върху стабилна основа. Силното замърсяване на прободния трион може да

доведе до нарушения на функционирането му. Затова не разрязвайте отдолу или в таванна позиция материали, които

отделят голямо количество стружки и прах.

13.2. При екстремно тежки работни условия при разрязване на метали по вътрешните повърхности на корпуса може

да се отложи токопровеждащ прах. Това може да наруши защитната изолация на прободния трион. В такива случаи

се препоръчва използването на стационарна аспирационна система, честото продухване на вентилационните отвори.

Периодично смазвайте водещата ролка (6) с една капка машинно масло. Редовно проверявайте водещата ролка (6). Ако

е износена, тя трябва да бъде заменена в оторизиран сервиз на RAIDER.

14. Опазване на околната среда.

С оглед опазване на околната среда електроинструментът, допълнителните приспособления

и опаковката трябва да бъдат подложени на подходяща преработка за повторното използване на

съдържащите се в тях суровини. Не изхвърляйте електроинструменти при битовите отпадъци! Съгласно Директивата на

ЕС 2012/19/EC относно излезли от употреба електрически и електронни устройства и утвърждаването й като национален

закон електроинструментите, които не могат да се използват повече, трябва да се събират отделно и да бъдат подлагани

на подходяща преработка за оползотворяване на съдържащите се в тях ценни вторични суровини.

Read all instructions carefully. Failure to follow the instructions below may result in electric shock, re and / or serious injury.

Keep these instructions in a safe place.

1. Safety at work.

1.1. Keep your workplace clean and well lit. Crash and inadequate lighting can contribute to the occurrence of an accident

at work.

1.2. Do not operate the drilling saw in environments with an increased risk of explosion, near ammable liquids, gases or

powders. During operation, the spatter saws sparks out, which can ignite dust or vapors.

1.3. Keep children and side faces at a safe distance while working with the punch. If your attention is diverted, you may lose

control of the punch.

2. Electricity safety.

2.1. The plug of the punch must be suitable for the contact used. Under no circumstances will the design of the plug be

twisted cables increase the risk of electric shock.

2.4. When working with a sawing machine outdoors, only switch on the machine with Fi (earth leakage protective circuit

breaker) and the leakage current at which the DTZ is triggered must be no more than 30 mA according to “Regulation 3 for the

layout of electrical systems and power lines “. Only use extensions suitable for outdoor work. The use of an extension designed

to work outdoors reduces the risk of electric shock.

2.5. If the saw is to be used in a damp environment, only connect the machine to Fi-equipped installations. Using such a

leakage current circuit breaker reduces the risk of electric shock.

3. Safe operation.

3.1. Stay focused, keep a close eye on your actions and act cautiously and reasonably. Do not use the punch when you are

tired or under the inuence of narcotics, alcohol, or drugs. A moment of distraction when working with a piercing saw can result in

extremely severe injuries.

3.2. Work with protective clothing and always with safety glasses.

Wearing a suitable wearing saw and the work done by personal protective equipment, such as a breathing mask, strong tightly

closed shoes with a stable grapple, protective helmet and silencers, reduce the risk of an accident at work.

3.3. Avoid the risk of inadvertently plugging the punch. Before connecting the plug to the power supply, make sure that the

power switch is set to “off”. If, when carrying the punch, you hold your nger on the breaker or if you feed the drilling pin when it is

plugged in, there is a risk of an accident.

3.4. Before turning on a punch, make sure you remove all the tools from it. A helper forgotten on a moving unit can cause

injuries.

3.5. Avoid the unnatural positions of the body. Work in a stable position of the body and at any moment maintain balance. This

will allow you to control the punch better and safer if an unexpected situation arises.

3.6. Work with appropriate clothing. Do not work with wide clothing or jewelery. Keep your hair, clothes and gloves at a safe

distance from the rotating units of the punch. Wide clothes, ornaments, long hair can be captured and dragged by rotating or moving

units.

3.7. If it is possible to use an external aspiration system, make sure it is turned on and functioning properly. The use of an

aspiration system reduces the risks due to the dust released.

4. Careful attitude towards the punch.

4.1. Do not overload the punch. Use the saw blades only according to their intended purpose. You will work better and safer

when using the proper punch in the load range specied by the manufacturer.

4.2. Do not use a piercing saw whose breaker is damaged. A piercing saw that can not be shut off and plugged in as intended

by the manufacturer is dangerous and needs to be repaired

4.3. Before changing the punch settings, replacing work tools and accessories as well as when not using the punch for a long

time, disconnect the plug from the power supply. This measure removes the risk of inadvertent punching.

4.4. Keep saw blades in places where they can not be reached by children. Do not allow them to be used by people who are

unfamiliar with the way they work and have not read these instructions. When in the hands of inexperienced users, punching saws

can be extremely dangerous.

4.5. Keep your pruning saw carefully. Verify that the movable units function awlessly, do not clamp, have broken or damaged

parts that violate or change the function of the punch. Before using the jig saw, make sure the damaged parts are repaired. Many

4.6. Keep the cutting tools always well sharpened and clean. Well-maintained cutting tools with sharp edges have less

resistance and are easier to work with.

4.7. Use the saw blades, accessories, tools, etc., according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Also keep in mind the specic

working conditions and operations you must complete. The use of saw blades for applications other than those specied by the

manufacturer increases the risk of accidents at work.

5. Keeping up.

Repairs to your power tools should only be performed by qualied RAIDER workshop specialists, where only original spare

parts are used. This ensures their safe operation.

6. Instructions for safe work with saw blades.

6.1. When there is a danger that the working tool may damage the underlying live conductors or the power cord during operation,

touch the power tool only with the insulated handles. When in contact with a live conductor, it is transmitted to the metal parts of the

power tool, and this may cause an electric shock.

6.2. Keep your hands off the cutting area. Do not touch the workpiece. There is a risk of injury if you touch the cutting sheet.

6.3. Touch the power tool to the workpiece after you have turned it on. Otherwise, there is a risk of a kickback occurring if the

blade is curled into the workpiece.

6.4. During cutting, be careful that the base plate (5) contacts the workpiece steadily over its entire surface. If the cutting edge

curls, it may cause the cutting blade to break or break.

6.5. When the cutting is completed, wait for the punch to stop. Then remove it from the cut. This avoids the risk of kickback and

you can safely leave the power tool on the work surface.

6.6. Only use blades in awless condition. Bent or blunted cutting discs may break or cause a kickback.

6.7. Once the punch is switched off, do not stop the cutting blade by compressing it. The cutting sheet may be damaged, broken

or cause a kickback.

6.8. Use suitable utensils to nd any hidden under-pipe pipelines or contact your local supply company. Contact with live wires

may cause re and electric shock. Damage to a gas pipeline may lead to an explosion. Damage to the water mains results in major

material damage and may cause electric shock.

6.9. Provide the machined detail. A detail gripped with suitable ttings or clamps is locked more rmly and secure than if you

hold it by hand.

6.10. Before leaving the punch, wait for the rotation to stop completely. Otherwise, the working tool used may touch another

object and cause uncontrolled movement of the power tool. Do not use the punch when the power cord is damaged. If the cable is

damaged during operation, do not touch it. Immediately disconnect the plug from the socket. Damaged power cords increase the

risk of electric shock.

7. Purpose of the punch. The punch is a hand-held second-class power tool. Powered by a one-phase collector engine. This

type of power tools is widely used for cutting wood, wood-like materials, as well as synthetic materials and metals. Areas of use

include repair, construction, carpentry and any other work related to independent amateur activity.

8. Technical data

To start the tool, just pull the trigger on the switch. The tool speed increases with increasing the pressure on the switch trigger

determined according to EN 60745: Cutting of wood: generated vibrations ah = 6.60 m / s2, uncertainty K = 1.5 m / s2, Cutting of

metal: / s2, uncertainty K = 1,5 m / s2. The specied vibration level is representative of the most common power tool applications.

However, if the punch is used for other activities, with other work tools or if it is not maintained as prescribed, the level of vibration

generated may change. This could signicantly increase the cumulative vibration load in the process.

9. Installing the cutting knife.

9.1. Selection of the cutting knife.

Only use T-shaped blades. The cutting sheet must not be longer than necessary to perform the cut. When cutting with small

radii, use narrow cutting blades.

9.2. Placing and Replacing the Cutting Sheet. Before performing any drilling operations, disconnect the plug from the power

supply. When installing the cutting sheet, work with protective gloves. There is a risk of injury to the cutting edges of the sheet.

Before installing, clean the tail of the cutting sheet. A dirty tail can not be locked securely. Insert the cutting sheet until it stops in

the clamping slot with the teeth facing in the direction of cutting. When inserting the cutting blade, be careful that its rear edge

enters the groove of the guide roller (6). Precision cuts are only possible if the guide roller (6) rests rmly but not too tightly on

the back of the cutting sheet.

Saw blades can be clamped into the tool holder without tools which provides a quick and safe xation for all saw blades with

T-shafts.

10. Dust collection system.

Powders released during the processing of materials such as lead paints, certain types of wood, minerals and metals may be

hazardous to health. Skin contact or inhalation of such powders may cause allergic reactions and / or respiratory tract illnesses of

the operator or persons in the vicinity. Certain powders, such as those extracted from beech and oak processing, are considered

to be carcinogenic, especially in combination with wood treatment chemicals (chromate, preservatives, etc.). If possible, use a

dust extraction system. Ensure good ventilation in the workplace. It is recommended to use a breathing mask with Class P2 lter.

10.1. Turn on an aspiration system.

Place the hose of the aspiration system into the nozzle (3). Connect the hose (3) with an aspiration system or a vacuum

cleaner (some models have an extra vacuum cleaner adapter). The vacuum cleaner used must be suitable for handling the

treated material. If dust is particularly harmful to health or carcinogenic

dust, use a specialized vacuum cleaner.

11. Operating the power tool.

Before carrying out any work on the power tool, disconnect the plug from the power supply.

11.1. Adjusting the cutting angle.

For sloping cuts, the base plate (5) can be tilted to the right or left to 45 °. Unscrew the screws and move the base plate (5) slightly.

To x accurate slopes, the base plate is xed at 0 °, 22.5 °, and 45 ° to the left and right. Tilt the base plate (5) to the desired angle.

Random slopes can be set using a carrier. Then tighten the screws again

12 Operating instructions.

Cooling-lubricating uid. To prevent overheating when cutting metals, you must apply a coolant-lubricating uid along the cutting

line. The speed of rotation of the saw engine is adjusted by turning and adjusting the speed governor to the desired position. This

allows you to choose the most suitable work rate depending on the properties of the material to be treated. The higher the value

indicated on the regulator, the higher the engine speed of the saw. For faster operation, the punch is equipped with a pendulous

(ywheel) movement of the knife.

13. Maintenance and service.

13.1. Maintenance and cleaning.

Before performing any drilling operations, disconnect the plug from the power supply. To work well and safely, keep the power

tool and ventilation holes clean. Regularly clean the blade attachment blade. To do this, remove the cutting sheet and shake the

adhering chips by gently tapping on a stable base. Strong contamination of the chain saw may cause malfunctions. Therefore, do

not cut materials that release a large amount of chips and dust from the bottom or ceiling.

13.2. In extremely heavy working conditions when cutting metals on the inside surfaces of the casing, a current-carrying powder

can be deposited. This may interfere with the protective insulation of the punch. In such cases it is recommended to use a

stationary aspiration system, frequent blowing of the ventilation openings. Periodically lubricate the guide roller (6) with one drop

of machine oil. Regularly check the guide roller (6). If it is worn, it must be replaced by an authorized RAIDER service center.

14. Environmental protection.

In order to protect the environment, the power tool, accessories and packaging must be suitably processed for the reuse of the

raw materials contained therein. Do not dispose of power tools in household waste! According to the EU Directive 2012/19 / EC

on end-of-life electrical and electronic devices and its validation as a national law, power tools that can no longer be used must be

separately collected and subjected to appropriate processing to recover the contents in them valuable secondary raw materials.

Instrucțiuni generale pentru o funcționare sigură.

Citiți cu atenție toate instrucțiunile. Nerespectarea instrucțiunilor de mai jos poate provoca șocuri electrice, incendii și / sau

vătămări grave. Păstrați aceste instrucțiuni într-un loc sigur.

1. Siguranța la locul de muncă.

1.1. Păstrați locul de muncă curat și bine iluminat. Dezordinea si Iumina slaba pot contribui la apariția unor accidente de

muncă.

1.2. Nu utilizați ferăstrăul pendular în medii cu risc crescut de explozie, lângă lichide inamabile, gaze sau pulberi. În timpul

funcţionării erastraul potoate genera scântei care pot aprinde pulberile sau vaporii

1.3. Ţineţi copiii şi persoanele din jur la o distanţă de siguranţă în timp ce lucrati cu erastraul pendular.

2. Securitatea electrică.

2.1. Ștecherul trebuie să e adecvat pentru contactul utilizat. În nici un caz nu se va schimba designul șei. Când lucrați cu

aparate electrice rupte, nu folosiți adaptoare de priză. Utilizarea stecherul original reduce riscul de electrocutare.

2.2. Evitați să vă atingeți corpul de corpurile împământate, de ex. tevi, încălzitoare, sobe și frigidere. Când corpul dvs. este

legat la pământ, riscul unui șoc electric este mai mare. Protejați ferăstrăul de ploaie și umiditate. Pătrunderea apei în acesta crește

3. Operare sigură.

3.1. Rămâneti concentrat la acțiunile dv. și acționați cu prudență și în mod rezonabil. Nu utilizați unealta când sunteți obosit

sau sub inuența medicamentelor, alcoolului sau drogurilor. Un moment de distragere a atenției atunci când lucrați cu un ferăstrău

pendular poate duce la vătămări extrem de grave.

3.2. Lucrați cu îmbrăcăminte de protecție și întotdeauna cu ochelari de protecție.

Purtarea unui echipament adecvat și a muncii efectuate cu echipamentul individual de protecție, cum ar  o mască de respirație,

încălțăminte puternice bine închise, cu un graier stabil, casca de protecție și amortizoarele de zgomot, reduc riscul unui accident

de muncă.

3.3. Evitați riscul de pornire accidentală a erastraului. Înainte de a conecta șa la sursa de alimentare, asigurați-vă că

comutatorul de alimentare este setat la “oprit”. Dacă, atunci când transportați erastraul, țineți degetul pe întrerupător, există riscul

unui accident.

3.4. Înainte de a opri erastraul, asigurați-vă că eliminați toate accesoriile din el. Un accesoriu uitat pe o unitate mobilă

poate cauza răniri.

3.5. Evitați pozițiile nenaturale ale corpului. Lucrați într-o poziție stabilă a corpului și mențineți echilibrul în orice moment.

Acest lucru vă va permite să controlați unealta mai bine și mai sigur dacă apare o situație neașteptată.

3.6. Lucrați cu haine adecvate. Nu lucrați cu îmbrăcăminte largă sau bijuterii. Păstrați-vă părul, hainele și mănușile la o

Utilizarea unui sistem de aspirație reduce riscurile datorate prafului eliberat.

4. Folosirea corecta a erastraului pendular

4.1. Nu supraîncărcați erastraul. Utilizați lamele de ferăstrău numai în funcție de scopul dorit. Veți lucra mai bine și mai

sigur atunci când utilizați scula potrivita în intervalul de sarcină specicat de producător.

4.2. Nu utilizați un erăstrău pendular a cărui defectare este deteriorată. Un erăstrău care nu poate  oprit și conectat

conform intenției producătorului este periculos și trebuie reparat

4.3. Înainte de a schimba setările erastraului, înlocuirea uneltelor de lucru și a accesoriilor, precum și atunci când nu

utilizați erastraul pentru o perioadă lungă de timp, deconectați-l de la sursa de alimentare. Această măsură elimină riscul de

perforare accidentală.

4.4. Țineți lamele de ferăstrău în locuri unde nu pot  atinse de copii. Nu le permiteți să e folosite de persoane care nu

cunosc modul în care lucrează și nu au citit aceste instrucțiuni. Când sunt în mâinile unor utilizatori neexperimentați, ferăstraiele

pendulare pot 

extrem de periculoase.

4.5. Țineți ferăstrăul cu grijă. Vericați dacă partile mobile funcționează fără probleme,si nu prezinta părți deteriorate

care încalcă sau modică funcția erastraului. Înainte de a utiliza ferăstrăul, asigurați-vă că piesele deteriorate sunt reparate.

Multe accidente la locul de muncă sunt cauzate de unelte și aparate electrice necorespunzătoare.

4.6. Mențineți întotdeauna bine ascuțite și curate instrumentele de tăiere. Instrumentele de tăiere bine întreținute, cu muchii

ascuțite, au o rezistență mai mică și sunt mai ușor de utilizat.

4.7. Folosiți lamele, accesoriile, sculele etc., conform instrucțiunilor producătorului. De asemenea, aveți în vedere condițiile

specice de lucru și operațiunile pe care trebuie să le nalizați. Utilizarea lamelor de ferăstrău pentru alte aplicații decât cele

specicate de producător crește riscul accidentelor la locul de muncă.

Reparațiile sculelor electrice trebuie efectuate numai de către specialiști calicați ai atelierului RAIDER, în care sunt folosite

numai piese de schimb originale. Aceasta asigură o funcționare sigură a acestora.

5. Instrucțiuni de lucru în condiții de siguranță cu lamele de ferăstrău.

5.1. Când există pericolul ca instrumentul de lucru să deterioreze conductorii sub tensiune sau cablul de alimentare în

timpul funcționării, atingeți mașina electrică numai cu mânerele izolate. Când este în contact cu un conductor viu, acesta este

transmis către piesele metalice ale sculei electrice, ceea ce poate cauza un șoc electric.

5.2. Țineți mâinile pe zona de tăiere. Nu atingeți piesa de prelucrat. Există riscul rănirii dacă atingeți foaia de tăiere.

5.3. Atingeți scula electrică pe piesa de prelucrat după ce ați pornit-o. În caz contrar, există riscul apariției unui recul dacă

lama este curbată în piesa de prelucrat.

5.4. În timpul tăierii, aveți grijă ca placa de bază (5) să atingă piesa de prelucrat în mod constant pe întreaga suprafață.

Dacă muchia de tăiere se îndoaie, aceasta poate provoca întreruperea sau ruperea lamei de tăiere.

5.10. Înainte de a lasa erastraul, așteptați ca rotația să se oprească complet. În caz contrar, unealta de lucru utilizată poate

atinge un alt obiect și poate provoca o mișcare necontrolată a sculei electrice. Nu utilizați erastraul când cablul de alimentare este

deteriorat. Dacă cablul este deteriorat în timpul funcționării, nu-l atingeți. Deconectați imediat ștecherul de la priză. Cablurile de

comutator, apăsați butonul de blocare, apoi eliberați declanșatorul comutatorului. Pentru a opri instrumentul din poziția blocată,

trageți complet declanșatorul de la comutator, apoi eliberați-l.

ATENȚIE: Curățați întotdeauna toate așchiile sau corpurile străine atașate la lamă și / sau suportul lamei. Nerespectarea

acestei cerințe poate duce la blocarea insucientă a lamelor, ceea ce duce la vătămări grave.

ATENȚIE: Nu atingeți scula sau piesele de prelucrat imediat după lucru. Acestea pot  foarte calde și pot arde pielea.

AVERTISMENT: Fixați întotdeauna unitatea HDD. Strângerea insucientă a lamei poate duce la ruperea lamei sau la vătămarea

corporală gravă.

AVERTISMENT:Utilizați paletele Raider pentru un ferăstrău “T”. Folosirea altor lame decât acest tip cauzează o strângere

insucientă a lamei, ceea ce duce la vătămări grave.

Valorile sunt măsurate în conformitate cu EN 60745. Nivelul de zgomot A este de obicei: nivelul presiunii acustice LpA 85 dB

(A); puterea sonoră LwA 96 dB (A). Incertitudinea K = 3 dB. Lucrați cu amortizoare de zgomot! Valoarea totală a vibrațiilor (suma

vectorilor în cele trei direcții) este determinată conform EN 60745: tăierea lemnului: vibrații generate ah = 6,60 m / s2, incertitudinea

K = 1,5 m / s2, tăierea metalului: / s2, incertitudinea K = 1,5 m / s2. Nivelul specicat de vibrații este reprezentativ pentru cele mai

comune aplicații ale sculelor electrice. Cu toate acestea, dacă pumnul este utilizat pentru alte activități, cu alte unelte de lucru sau

dacă nu este menținut așa cum este prescris, nivelul vibrațiilor generate se poate schimba. Acest lucru poate duce la o creștere

semnicativă a încărcării cumulate a vibrațiilor în timpul procesului.

8. Instalarea cuțitului de tăiere.

Pentru a începe, trebuie doar să apăsați butonul de alimentare

viteza este mărită prin creșterea presiunii pe întrerupător. Eliberați comutatorul de oprire.

9.1. Selectarea cuțitului de tăiere.

Utilizați numai lamele în formă de T. Foaia de tăiere nu trebuie să depășească durata necesară tăierii. Atunci când tăiați cu raze

mici, utilizați lame înguste de tăiere.

9.2. Plasarea și înlocuirea foii de tăiere. Înainte de a efectua orice operațiuni de forare, deconectați ștecherul de la sursa

de alimentare. Când instalați foaia de tăiere, lucrați cu mănuși de protecție. Există riscul de rănire a marginilor de tăiere ale foii.

Înainte de instalare, curățați coada tăvii de tăiere. O coadă murdară nu poate  blocată în siguranță. Deplasați bucșa de prindere a

lamei (7) astfel încât să aveți acces la șuruburile hexagonale. Introduceți foaia de tăiere până când se oprește în oriciul de prindere

cu dinții îndreptați în direcția tăierii. La introducerea lamei de tăiere, aveți grijă ca marginea din spate să pătrundă în canelura rolei

de ghidare (6). Decupările de precizie sunt posibile numai dacă rola de ghidare (6) se sprijină ferm, dar nu prea strâns pe partea din

spate a foii de tăiere. Lamele de ferăstrău pot  xate în suportul de scule fără unelte care asigură o xare rapidă și sigură pentru

toate lamelele cu arbori T.

10. Sistem de colectare a prafului.

Pulberile eliberate în timpul procesării materialelor, cum ar  vopselele din plumb, anumite tipuri de lemn, minerale și metale pot

 periculoase pentru sănătate. Contactul cu pielea sau inhalarea unor astfel de pulberi pot provoca reacții alergice și / sau boli ale

tractului respirator ale operatorului sau persoanelor din vecinătate. Anumite pulberi, cum ar  cele extrase din prelucrarea fagului

și a stejarului, sunt considerate a  cancerigene, în special în combinație cu substanțe chimice de tratare a lemnului (cromați,

conservanți etc.). Dacă este posibil, utilizați un sistem de extragere a prafului. Asigurați o ventilație bună la locul de muncă. Se

recomandă utilizarea unei măști de respirație cu ltru de clasă P2.

10.1. Porniți un sistem de aspirație.

Așezați furtunul sistemului de aspirație în duză (3). Conectați furtunul (3) cu un sistem de aspirație sau un aspirator (unele

modele au un adaptor suplimentar de aspirator). Aspiratorul utilizat trebuie să e adecvat pentru manipularea materialului tratat.

Dacă praful este deosebit de dăunător pentru sănătate sau carcinogen

praf, utilizați un aspirator specializat.

11. Utilizarea sculei electrice.

Înainte de a efectua orice lucrare cu mașina de scule electrice, deconectați ștecherul de la sursa de alimentare.

11.1. Reglarea unghiului de tăiere.

Pentru tăieturile înclinate, placa de bază (5) poate  înclinată spre dreapta sau spre stânga la 45 °. Deșurubați șuruburile și

mișcați ușor placa de bază (5). Pentru a xa versanții exacți, placa de bază este xată la 0 °, 22,5 ° și 45 ° spre stânga și spre

dreapta. Înclinați placa de bază (5) la unghiul dorit. Pante aleatorii pot  setate folosind un transportator. Apoi strângeți șuruburile

din nou

12 Instrucțiuni de utilizare.

Lichid de răcire-lubriere. Pentru a preveni supraîncălzirea la tăierea metalelor, trebuie să aplicați un lichid de lubriere

a lichidului de răcire de-a lungul liniei de tăiere. Viteza de rotație a motorului ferăstrăului este reglată prin rotirea și reglarea

regulatorului de viteză în poziția dorită. Acest lucru vă permite să alegeți rata de lucru cea mai potrivită, în funcție de proprietățile

materialului care trebuie tratat. Cu cât este mai mare valoarea indicată pe regulator, cu atât este mai mare viteza motorului

ferăstrăului. Pentru o funcționare mai rapidă, pumnul este echipat cu o mișcare pendulă (volant) a cuțitului.

13. Întreținere și service.

13.1. Întreținerea și curățarea.

Înainte de a efectua orice operațiuni de forare, deconectați ștecherul de la sursa de alimentare. Pentru a lucra bine și în condiții

de siguranță, țineți scula electrică și oriciile de ventilație curățate. Curățați curând lama de xare a lamei. Pentru a face acest

lucru, scoateți foaia de tăiere și agitați așchii aderenți atingând ușor o bază stabilă. O contaminare puternică a ferăstrăului cu lanț

poate cauza defecțiuni. Prin urmare, nu tăiați materialele care eliberează o cantitate mare de așchii și praf din partea inferioară

sau din tavan.

13.2. În condiții de lucru extrem de grele la tăierea metalelor pe suprafețele interioare ale carcasei, se poate depune o

pulbere purtătoare de curent. Acest lucru poate interfera cu izolația de protecție a pumnului. În astfel de cazuri se recomandă

utilizarea unui sistem staționar de aspirație, suare frecventă a oriciilor de ventilație. Lubriați periodic rola de ghidare (6) cu o

singură picătură de ulei de mașină. Vericați în mod regulat rola de ghidare (6). Dacă este uzat, acesta trebuie înlocuit de un centru

de service autorizat RAIDER..

14. Protecția mediului.

Pentru a proteja mediul, sculele electrice, accesoriile și ambalajele trebuie să e prelucrate în mod corespunzător pentru

reutilizarea materiilor prime conținute în acestea. Nu aruncați sculele electrice în deșeurile menajere! În conformitate cu Directiva

UE 2012/19/ CE privind dispozitivele electrice și electronice scoase din uz și validarea acesteia ca legislație națională, sculele

electrice care nu mai pot  folosite trebuie să e colectate separat și supuse unei prelucrări corespunzătoare pentru a recupera

conținutul materiale secundare valoroase.
