Уважаеми потребители,

Поздравления за покупката на машина от най-бързо развиващата се марка за електрически,

бензинови и пневматични машини - RAIDER. При правилно инсталиране и експлоатация, RAIDER

са сигурни и надеждни машини и работата с тях ще Ви достави истинско удоволствие. За Вашето

удобство е изградена и отлична сервизна мрежа с 45 сервиза в цялата страна.

Преди да използвате тази машина, моля, внимателно се запознайте с настоящата

“Инструкция за употреба”.

В интерес на Вашата безопасност и с цел осигуряване на правилната й употреба, прочетете

настоящите инструкции внимателно, включително препоръките и предупрежденията в тях. За

избягване на ненужни грешки и инциденти, важно е тези инструкции да останат на разположение

за бъдещи справки на всички, които ще ползват машината. Ако я продадете на нов собственик то

“Инструкцията за употреба” трябва да се предаде заедно с него, за да може новия ползвател да се

запознае със съответните мерки за безопасност и инструкциите за работа.

1. БЕЗОПАСНОСТ НА РАБОТНОТО МЯСТО

a) Пазете работната зона чиста и добре осветена. Неразчистените и неосветени зони може да

2. УКАЗАНИЯ ЗА ЕЛЕКТРИЧЕСКА БЕЗОПАСНОСТ

a) Щепселите на електроинструментите трябва да съответстват на контактите. Никога не

променяйте щепсела по какъвто и да било начин. Не използвайте каквито и да са адаптерни

щепсели за електроинструменти със защитно заземяване. Употребата на непроменени щепсели и

съответстващите им контакти намалява риска за поражение от електрически ток.

b) Избягвайте допир на тялото до земя или

до заземени повърхности, такива като тръби,

радиатори, кухненски печки и хладилници. Ако

тялото ви е заземено, съществува повишен риск

от поражение от електрически ток.

c) Не излагайте електроинструментите на дъжд

или във влажна среда. Проникването на вода в

електроинструмента повишава риска от поражение

от електрически ток.

d) Използвайте шнура по предназначение.

Никога не използвайте шнура за носене на

електроинструмента, опъване или изваждане на

щепсела от контактното гнездо.

Дръжте шнура далече от топлина, масло,

остри ръбове или движещи се части. Увредени или

оплетени шнурове повишават ри-

ска за поражение от електрически ток.

e) При работа с електроинструмента на открито,

използвайте удължител, подходящ за работа на

открито. Използването на удължител, подходящ за

работа на открито, намалява риска от поражение

от електрически ток.

f) Ако работата с електроинструмента във

влажна среда е неизбежна, използвайте предпазно

устройство, задействано от остатъчен ток, за

прекъсване на захранването. Използването

на предпазно устройство намалява риска от

поражение от електрически ток.

3. ЛИЧНА БЕЗОПАСНОСТ

a) Бъдете бдителни, работете с повишено

внимание и проявявайте благоразумие,

когато работите с електроинструмент. Не

използвайте електроинструмента, когато сте

уморени или под влияние на наркотици, алкохол

или медикаменти. Момент на невнимание при

работа с електроинструмент може да предизвика

сериозна трудова злополука.

b) Използвайте лични предпазни средства.

Носете винаги средства за защита на очите.

Лични предпазни средства, като маска против

прах, неплъзгащи се безопасни обувки, защитен

шлем или средства за защита на слуха,

използвани при конкретните условия,

намаляват риска от трудови злополуки.

c) Избягвайте неволно пускане. Убедете се, че

прекъсвачът е в изключено положение преди

включване към източник на захранване и/или

акумулаторна батерия, преди да го вземете или

пренасяте. Носенето на електроинструмент с

пръст върху прекъсвача или свързването към

източник на захранване на електроинструмент

с прекъсвач във включено положение е

предпоставка за трудова злополука.

d) Отстранете всеки ключ за затягане или гаечен

ключ преди включване на електроинструмента.

Ключ за затягане или гаечен ключ, прикрепен

към въртяща се част на електроинструмента,

e) Не се пресягайте. Поддържайте правилен

4. ИЗПОЛЗВАНЕ И ГРИЖИ ЗА

ЕЛЕКТРОИНСТРУМЕНТИТЕ

a) Не претоварвайте електроинструмента.

Използвайте правилно избрания

електроинструмент според приложението.

Правилно избраният електроинструмент

работи по-добре и по-безопасно при

обявения режим на работа, за който е

проектиран.

b) Не използвайте електроинструмента,

ако прекъсвачът не превключва във

включено и изключено положение. Всеки

електроинструмент, който не може да бъде

управляван с прекъсвач, е опасен и трябва да

бъде ремонтиран.

c) Разединете щепсела от захранващата

мрежа преди да извършите всякакви

настройки, преди замяна на принадлежности

или преди да приберете електроинструмента

за съхранение. Тези предпазни мерки за

безопасност намаляват риска от неволно

пускане на електроинструмента.

d) Съхранявайте неизползваните

електроинструменти на места, недостъпни за

деца и не позволявайте на обслужващи лица,

които не познават електроинструмента или

не са запознати с тези инструкции, да работят

с него. Електроинструментите са опасни в

ръцете на необучени потребители.

e) Поддържайте електроинструментите.

Проверявайте движещите се части дали

функционират нормално и се движат

свободно,целостта и изправността

на частите, както и за всякакво друго

обстоятелство, което може неблагоприятно да

повлияе на работата на електроинструмента.

Ако е повреден, електроинструментът трябва

да бъде ремонтиран преди по-нататъшно

използване. Много злополуки са причинени от

лошо поддържани електроинструменти.

f) Поддържайте режещите инструменти остри

и чисти. Правилно поддържаните режещи

инструменти с остри режещи ръбове е по-

малко вероятно да блокират и са по-лесни за

управление.

g) Използвайте електроинструмента, при-

надлежностите и частите на инструмента

и т.н. в съответствие с тези инструкции

и по начин, предвиден за конкретния тип

5. ДОПЪЛНИТЕЛНИ ПРАВИЛА ЗА

БЕЗОПАСНОСТ

Поддържайте вашия електроинструмент

при квалифициран специалист по ремонта,

като използвате само оригиналните резервни

части. Това осигурява запазването

на безопасността на електроинструмента.

Работата с необезопасен детайл и допирът

до движещи се части на електроинструмента,

могат да предизвикат тежки физически травми,

а шумът при продължителна работа – слухови

увреждания, ако не се спазват инструкциите за

безопасност и долу изброените правила.

▪ Дръжте електроинструмента само за

изолираните повърхности за захващане

когато извършвате операция, при която

режещата принадлежност може да

допре до скрита ел.инсталация или до

собствения шнур. Допирът на режещата

принадлежност до проводник под напрежение

ще постави откритите метални части на

електроинструмента под напрежение и

операторът ще получи токов удар.▪ Закрепете

обработвания детайл към стабил-

подходящ начин. Ако държите детайла в ръка

бъде нестабилен, което може да предизвика

▪ Винаги изключвайте електроинструмента

и изваждайте щепсела от контакта преди

извършване на всякаква настройка,

обслужване или поддръжка.

▪ Не включвайте шлайфа под товар.

▪ Дръжте захранващия кабел извън обсега на

действие на шлайфа.

▪ За да се предотврати евентуално прегряване,

винаги развивайте докрай кабела от удължител

с кабелен барабан.

▪ Когато се налага използването на

удължител, убедете се, че сечението му

отговаря на номиналния ток на използвания

електроинструмент, както и в изправността на

удължителя.

▪ След продължителна работа външните

метални части и принадлежности на шлайфа

може да се загреят.

▪ Внимателно боравете с фрезерите, те могат да

бъдат извънредно остри.

▪ Преди започване на работа внимателно

проверявайте фрезерите за признаци на

повреда или пукнатини. Веднага подменете

напуканите или повредени фрезери.

▪ Да се използват само фрезери с подходящ

диаметър на опашката и съответстващи на

скоростта на въртене на електроинструмента

▪ Преди започване на работа отстранете от об-

работвания детайл всички гвоздеи, винтове и

други тела. При врязване в гвоздей или друго

метално тяло можете да повредите фрезера и

електроинструмента, което е предпоставка за

трудова злополука.

▪ Винаги водете шлайфа, като използвате и

двете ръкохватки и се уверете, че държите

машината здраво, преди да започнете някаква

операция.

▪ Пазете ръцете си от въртящия се фрезер.

▪ Преди да включите машината се убедете, че

фрезерът не допира обработваната повърхност.

▪ Преди да започнете работа с машината, първо

я включете и оставете да поработи на празен

ход.

Бъдете нащрек за вибрации или биене, което

може да бъде признак за неправилно поставен

фрезер.

▪ Обръщайте внимание на посоката на въртене

на фрезера и на посоката на подаване.

▪ Не оставяйте машината да работи без контрол.

Работете с електроинструмента само ако го

държите здраво с двете ръкохватки.

▪ Винаги изключвайте електроинструмента и

изчакайте до пълното спиране на въртене на

фрезера, преди да отдръпнете машината от

обработвания детайл.

▪ Не докосвайте фрезера веднага след преуста-

новяване на работа с него. Фрезерът може да

бъде много горещ и да получите изгаряне на

кожата.

▪ В работната област не се допуска наличие на

парцали, кърпи, кълчища, канап, шнурове и др.

Електроинструментът трябва да се използва

само по предназначение. Всякаква друга

употреба, различаваща се от описаната в

тази инструкция, ще се счита за неправилна

употреба. Отговорността за всякаква повреда

или нараняване, произтичащи от неправилна

употреба, ще се носи от потребителя, а не от

производителя.

Производителят не носи отговорност за

извършени от потребителя промени върху

електроинструмента или за повреди,

предизвикани от подобни промени.

Дори когато електроинструментът се

използва по предназначение, е невъзможно

да се елиминират всички остатъчни рискови

фактори. Изброените по-долу опасности могат

да възникнат във връзка с конструктивните

особености и дизайна на електроинструмента:

▪ Увреждане на слуха ако не се носят ефикасни

антифони.

▪ Отделяне на вреден за здравето прах, когато

машината се използва в затворени помещения.

Винаги използвайте допълнително прахоотвеж-

дане.

Предупреждение: често срещани

опасности при шлифоване, шлайфане

или абразивно рязане:

▪ Tози електрически инструмент е подходящ

за шлайфане, четкане или полиране.

Прочетете всички предупреждения,

инструкции, илюстрации и спецификации,

предоставени към този електроинструмент.

Неспазването на всички указания може да

доведе до токов удар, пожар и / или тежки

травми.

▪ Не се препоръчва да се извършват

операции като шлифоване или рязане

с карбофлексови шайби с този

електроинструмент. Извършване на

операции, за които електроинструмента не е

проектиран може да създаде опасност и да

причини наранявания.

▪ Не използвайте аксесоари, които не са

специално предназначени или препоръчани

от производителя. Само защото аксесоарът

може да бъде свързан към електрическия

инструмент, не гарантира безопасна

експлоатация.

▪ Номиналната скорост на аксесоара

трябва да бъде най-малко равна на

максималната скорост, маркирана на

електрически инструмент. Аксесоари,

работещи по-бързо, отколкото тяхната

номинална честота на въртене, могат да се

счупят и разлетят.

▪ Външният диаметър и дебелината на

аксесоара трябва да бъде в рамките на

допустимото за Вашия електроинструмент.

Аксесоари с неподходящи размери не могат да

бъдат адекватно предпазени или

контролирани.

▪ Размера на дисковете, фланците,

подложката на диска или всеки друг

аксесоар трябва правилно да се побира на

шпиндела на електроинструмента.

Аксесоари с отвори, които не съответстват на

монтажната рамка на електроинструмента, ще

се дисбалансират/ вибрират интензивно и

могат да доведат до загуба на контрол.

▪ Не използвайте повреден аксесоар.

Преди всяка употреба проверете

аксесоарите като абразивни дискове за

отчупвания и пукнатини, подложката на

диска за пукнатини или износване,

телената четка за разхлабени или

напукани телчици. Ако един електрически

инструмент или аксесоар е изпускан,

проверете за щети или монтирайте

невредим аксесоар. След проверка и

монтаж на нов аксесоар, позиционирйте

себе си и страничните лица на безопасно

разстояние от равнината на въъъртене на

диска. Задействайте инструмента и го

оставете да работи при максимална

мощност на празен ход за една минута.

Обикновено повредените аксесоари ще се

разпаднат за това време.

▪ Носете лични предпазни средства. В

зависимост от приложението, използвайте

маска за лице или предпазни очила. При

необходимост, носете маска за прах,

антифони, ръкавици и работна престилка

подходяща за спиране на малки абразивни

фрагменти или фрагменти от детайла.

Защитните очила трябва да са в състояние да

спрат летящи отломки, генерирани от

различни операции. Дихателната маска или

респиратор трябва да може да филтрира

повлече по повърхността, ако не е спрял да се

върти окончателно и електроинструмента да

излезе извън контрол.

▪ Не пренасяйте електроинструмента, докато

работи. Вашето облекло може да бъде

захванатоот въртящия се работен инструмент

и инструментът да се забие в тялото ви.

▪ Почиствайте редовно вентилационните

отвори на електроинструмента. Вентилаторът

на машината всмуква прах в корпуса, а

Откатът е внезапната реакция на притиснат

диска,четка или друг аксесоар. Притискането

или заклинването причиняват бързо

спиране на въртящия се диск, който от

своя страна запраща неконтролируемият

електроинструмент в посока,

обратна на въртенето на аксесоара.

Например, ако един абразивен диск е

блокирал в

детайла, ръбът на диска при точката на

притискане, може да се вкопае в повърхността

на материала и да се счупи или предизвика

откат.

Той може да се насочи към или встрани от

оператора, в зависимост от посоката на

движение на диска.

При това дискът може и да се счупи.

Откатът е резултат от неправилно употребяван

електрически инструмент и / или неправилни

оперативни процедури, които могат да бъдат

избегнати, като се вземат подходящи

предпазни мерки, както е посочено по-долу.

▪ Поддържайте здрав захват върху

електроинструмента и позиционирайте

областта на ъгли, остри ръбове и др.

Избягвайте отскачането или заклинването на

работния инструмент. Въртящият се

е в близост до ъгли, остри ръбове или когато

▪ Не изполвайте диск с верига за трион или

циркулярен диск. Такива инструменти често

▪ Специални мерки за безопасност при

работа с шкурка:

▪ Не използвайте по-големи шлифовъчни

материали, а спазвайте данните на

производителя за размерите на шкурките.

Шлифовъчни дискове, които излизат извън

шлифовъчната тарелка, могат да предизвикат

разкъсване на шкурката или откат.

▪ Специални мерки за безопасност при

полиране:

Не работете с разкъсани полиращи тарелки

или такива със скъсани закрепващи конци.

Скрийте или скъсете закрепващите

конци. Свободните закрепващи конци

могат да се увият около пръстите ви или

около обработвания детайл.

▪ Специални мерки за безопасност при

работа с телени четки:

▪ Имайте предвид, че телените четки,

дори и при нормална работа, отделят

парчета от телчетата. Не претоварвайте

телчетата чрез твърде силен натиск.

Летящите парчета тел могат да преминат

много лесно през тънко облекло и да

прободат кожата ви.

▪ Ако се препоръчва използването на

предпазител, трябва да се погрижите

телената четка да не се допира до

предпазителя. Дисковите и чашковидните

четки могат да увеличат диаметъра си

вследствие на натиска и центробежните

сили.

6. ФУНКЦИОНАЛНО ОПИСАНИЕ И

ПРЕДНАЗНАЧЕНИЕ

Машината за полиране е подходяща

• за полиране, матиране, текстуриране и

шлайфане,

• за полиране и изглаждане,

• за шлайфане на следните материали:

метал, дърво, пластмаси и други подобни.

Потребителят носи пълна отговорност за

всички вреди,причинени от неправилна

употреба.

Общоприетите правила за предотвратяване

на аварии и приложената информация за

безопасност трябва да се спазват.

7.УПОТРЕБА

Работа с шкурка, полиране, работа с телени

четки:

Натиснете леко машината и я водете насам –

натам по повърхността.

Преди да извършвате техническо обслужване:

извадете щепсела от контакта. По време на

работа различни частици могат

да се натрупат във вътрешността на

машината. Това затруднява охлаждането на

електроинструмента. Токопроводящите

отлагания могат да нарушат защитната

изолация на електроинструмента и да

предизвикат опасност от токов удар.

Изсмуквайте с прахосмукачка или издухвайте

с обезмаслен въздух редовно и основно

машината през всички предни и задни

вентилационни отвори.

8. ПРЕДУПРЕЖДЕНИЯ, СВЪРЗАНИ С ОТКАТ:

Откатът е внезапна реакция вследствие на

блокирал инструмент, като шлифовъчен диск,

подложна шайба, телена четка и др.

Блокирането води до внезапно спиране на

въртящия се инструмент, което ще доведе

машината до обратно въртене на посоката на

приставката в точката на притискане.

Например, ако абразивен диск е заклинен или

блокирал в от обработвания детайл, върха на

диска, който влиза в точката на притискане,

може да изкочи от повърхността на материала

и да предизвика откат на диска. Дискът може

да изхвърчи в страни от оператора или към

него, в зависимост от посоката на въртене в

момента на отката. При тези условия

абразивните дискове могат и да се счупят.

Откатът е резултат от неправилната употреба

на машината или от неправилната работа с

нея и може да бъде избегнат като се взимат

подходящи предпазни мерки, като дадените

по-долу.

a) Дръжте здраво машината и застанете така,

че да можете да избягвате откат.

Винаги използвайте допълнителната

ръкохватка, ако има такава, за по-добър

контрол върху отката и реакционните сили при

стартиране.

b) Не поставяйте ръката си близо до

въртящата се приставка. Приставката може да

изхвърчи към ръката Ви.

c) Не заставайте на място, където машината

може да изхвърчи, ако се получи откат.

Откатът ще изтласка машината в посока,

противоположна на движението на диска.

d) Внимавайте, когато работите близо до ъгли,

остри ръбове и др. Да се избягва отскачане и

заклинване на работния инструмент.

Ъглите, острите ръбове и др. често се

предизвикват заклинване на инструмента,

като това води до загуба на контрол върху

машината и откат.

e) Не поставяйте дискове за дърво с верига

или дискове за циркуляр. Такива дискове

предизвикват чести откати и загуба на контрол.

9. СПЕЦИФИЧНИ ИНСТРУКЦИИ ЗА

БЕЗОПАСНОСТ ПРИ ШЛИФОВАНЕ И РЯЗАНЕ

С АБРАЗИВНИ ДИСКОВЕ

а) Използвайте абразиви, които са

предназначени за Вашата машина и специална

защита, проектирана за тях.

Абразиви, които не са направени специално

за машината не могат да бъдат правилно

защитени и не са безопасни.

b) Използвайте дисковете според

предназначението . Напр.: не шлифовайте с

диск за рязане. Абразивните дискове за рязане

са за повърхостно шлифоване, прилагането на

сила към такива

дискове може да им причини натрошаване.

c) Използвайте здрави дискови фланци с

правилния размер и форма за избрания

диск. Правилния фланец поддържа диска,

свалите режещия диск, докато е още в

движение, може да се получи откат.

Разгледайте и вземете правилно решение, за

да отстраните причината за блокирането.

d) Не включвайте инструмента докато е в

технически данни на електроинструмента.

▪ Проверете в какво положение се намира

прекъсвачът. Електроинструментът трябва да

се присъединява и отделя от захранващата

мрежа само при изключен прекъсвач.

Ако поставите щепсела в контакт докато

електроинструментът веднага ще се задейства,

което е предпоставка за злополука.

Congratulations for the purchase of burnishing machine from the successfully growing brands - RAIDER. As being

properly installed and operated, RAIDER are safe and reliable machines, and work with them will bring a real pleasure.

For your convenience has been built an excellent service network of 45 service stations across the country.

Before using this hammer drill please carefully acquaint to these “instructions for use”.

In interest of your safety and to ensure proper use, read these instructions carefully, including the recommendations

and warnings in them. To avoid unnecessary errors and accidents, it is important that these instructions must remain

available for future reference to all who will use the machine. If you sell it to a new owner “Instructions for Use” must

be submitted along with it, so that new owner can meet with the relevant safety measures and operating instructions.

1. WORK AREA SAFETY

a) Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents.

b) Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of ammable liquids,

gases or dust. Power tools create sparks which may ignite the dust or fumes.

c) Keep children and bystanders away while operating a power tool. Distractions can cause you to lose

control.

2. ELECTRICAL SAFETY

a) Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never modify the plug in any way. Do not use any adapter

plugs with earthed (grounded) power tools. Unmodied plugs and matching outlets will reduce risk of

electric shock.

b) Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces, such as pipes, radiators, ranges and

refrigerators. There is an increased risk of electric shock if your body is earthed or grounded.

c) Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions. Water entering a power tool will increase the risk

of electric shock.

d) Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord for carrying, pulling or unplugging the power tool.

Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges or moving parts. Damaged or entangled cords increase the

risk of electric shock.

e) When operating a power tool outdoors, use an extension cord suitable for outdoor use. Use of

a cord suitable for outdoor use reduces the risk of electric shock.

f) If operating a power tool in a damp location is unavoidable, use a residual current device

(RCD) protected supply. Use of an RCD reduces the risk of electric shock.

3. PERSONAL SAFETY

a) Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when operating a power tool.

.Do not use a power tool while you are tired

or under the inuence of drugs, alcohol or

medication.

to power source and/or battery pack, picking

up or carrying the tool. Carrying power tools with

d) Remove any adjusting key or wrench before

turning the power tool on. A wrench or a key left

attached to a rotating part of the power tool may

result in personal injury.

e) Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and

balance at all times. This enables better control of

the power tool in unexpected situations.

f) Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or

jewellery. Keep your hair, clothing and gloves

away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewellery

or long hair can be caught in moving parts.

g) If devices are provided for the connection of

dust extraction and collection facilities, ensure

these are connected and properly used.

Use of dust collection can reduce dust-related

hazards.

4. USE AND CARE OF

POWER TOOLS

a) Do not overload the power tool.

Use the correctly selected power tool according

to the application. Properly selected power tool

works better and safer in the announced operating

mode for which it is designed.

b) Do not use the power tool if the switch does not

switch to the on and off position. Any power tool

that cannot be operated with a circuit breaker is

dangerous and must be repaired.

c) Disconnect the mains plug before making any

adjustments, replacing accessories or storing the

power tool. These safety precautions reduce the

risk of unintentional starting of the power tool.

d) Keep unused power tools out of the reach of

children and do not allow service personnel to

who do not know the power tool or are not familiar

with these instructions, work with it. Power tools

are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.

e) Maintain power tools. Check the moving parts

for normal operation and free movement, the

integrity and serviceability of the parts, and any

other circumstances that may adversely affect the

operation of the power tool.

before further use. Many accidents are caused by

poorly maintained power tools.

f) Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly

maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting edges are

less likely to block and are easier to operate.

g) Use the power tool

5. ADDITIONAL SAFETY RULES

Working with an unsafe part and touching moving

parts of the power tool can cause severe physical

injuries, and noise during prolonged operation can

cause hearing damage if the safety instructions and

rules listed below are not followed.

▪ Only hold the power tool on insulated gripping

surfaces when performing an operation in which

the cutting accessory may touch a hidden electrical

installation or its own cord. The contact of the cutting

accessory with a live wire will place the exposed

metal parts of the power tool live and the operator

will receive an electric shock.

b) Do not place your hand near the rotating attach-

c) Do not stand in a place where the machine may

machine in the opposite direction to the movement of

the disc.

d) Be careful when working near corners, sharp

edges, etc. Avoid bouncing and jamming of the work

tool.

Corners, sharp edges, etc. tool jamming is often

e) Do not insert chainsaws or circular saws. Such

9. SPECIFIC SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR

GRINDING AND CUTTING WITH ABRASIVE DISCS

a) Use abrasives that are designed for your machine

and special protection designed for them.

Abrasives that are not made specically for the ma-

chine cannot be properly protected and are not safe.

b) Use the discs as intended. Eg: do not grind with

a cutting disc. Abrasive cutting discs are for surface

grinding, the application of force to such

discs can cause them to break.

c) Use sturdy disc anges with the correct size and

shape for the selected disc. The correct ange sup-

ports the disc, thus reducing the likelihood of break-

age. The anges of the cutting discs may be different

from those for grinding.

d) Do not use worn discs from more

large power tools. Disks from more

large power tools are not suitable

for higher speed small tools

and may break.

Additional safety instructions for cutting with abra-

sive discs:

a) Do not press on the disc or apply

too much pressure on him. Do not try to make

excessive incisions. The overvoltage of the disc

increases the load and susceptibility to torsion of

the disc when cutting and the likelihood of recoil or

breakage of the disc.

b) Do not stand on the turntable line

10. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS IN

GRINDING

a) Do not use too much sandpaper. Follow the

manufacturer’s recommendations when choosing

sandpaper. Larger sandpaper coming out of the

pad carries a risk of tearing and can cause the disc

to tear or roll back.

4.6 Safety instructions for polishing

a) Loose parts on the polish washer,

especially tightening cords are not allowed. Wind

or shorten the clamping cord. Loose, rotating

clamps can become entangled in your ngers or

be dragged by the workpiece.

11. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS WHEN WORKING

WITH WIRE BRUSHES

a) Note that the wire bristles are constantly

detached from the brush, even during normal op-

eration. Do not overload the wires by applying too

much pressure to the brush. Wire hairs can easily

penetrate thin clothing or skin.

b) If you need to have protection at

work with wire brushes, do not allow

no contact between protective clothing

and the brush. The wire brush or disc can

expand as a result of the load

and centrifugal forces.

WARNING: Check if

the mains voltage corresponds to that indicated on

the rating plate of the power tool.

▪ Check the position of the switch. The power tool

must only be connected and disconnected from

the mains when the switch is switched off. If you

insert the plug while the switch is in the on posi-

tion, the power tool will operate immediately, which

1. SIGURANȚA ZONELOR DE MUNCĂ

a) Păstrați zona de lucru curată și bine luminată. Înfundat sau zonele întunecate invită accidente.

b) Nu folosiți scule electrice în atmosfere explozive, cum ar  în prezența lichidelor, gazelor sau prafului

inamabil. Instrumentele electrice creează scântei care pot aprinde praful sau vaporii.

c) Țineți copiii și persoanele din apropiere în timp ce acționați un instrument electric. Distracțiile vă pot

cauza pierderea controlului.

2. SIGURANȚĂ ELECTRICĂ

a) Mufele sculei electrice trebuie să corespundă prizei. Nu modică șa în orice fel. Nu folosiți niciunul

mufe adaptor cu putere legată la pământ

unelte. Mufele nemodicate și prizele potrivite vor reduce riscul de electrocutare.

b) Evitați contactul corporal cu împământare sau împământare suprafețe, cum ar  conducte, calorifere,

3. SIGURANȚA PERSONALĂ

4. UTILIZARE ȘI ÎNGRIJIRE

UNELTE ELECTRICE

a) Nu supraîncărcați scula electrică.

Utilizați instrumentul corect selectat în conformitate

cu aplicația. Instrumentul electric selectat

b) Nu folosiți scula electrică dacă întrerupătorul

c) Deconectați mufa de alimentare înainte de a

efectua ajustări, înlocuiți accesoriile sau depozitați

d) Nu lăsați uneltele electrice neutilizate la

îndemâna copiilor și nu permiteți personalului de

5. REGULI SUPLIMENTARE DE SIGURANȚĂ

Mențineți instrumentul electric

▪ Înainte de a începe lucrul, vericați cu atenție

tăietoarele dacă există semne de deteriorare

sau suri. Înlocuiți imediat tăieturile surate sau

deteriorate.

▪ Folosiți doar freze cu un diametru de coadă

adecvat și corespunzător vitezei de rotație a sculei

electrice.

▪ Înainte de a începe munca, scoateți din

piesa de prelucrat toate unghiile, șuruburile și

alte corpuri. Când tăiați într-o unghie sau alta

corpul metalic poate deteriora routerul și

unealtă electrică, care este o condiție necesară

pentru

accident de muncă.

▪ Ghidați întotdeauna șlefuitorul folosind ambele

mânere și asigurați-vă că țineți ferm mașina înainte

de a începe orice operație.

▪ Țineți-vă mâinile departe de freza rotativă.

▪ Înainte de a porni aparatul, asigurați-vă că

freza nu atinge suprafața prelucrată.

▪ Înainte de a începe lucrul la mașină, porniți-l mai

Fii atent la vibrații sau bătăi

Instrumentul electric trebuie utilizat numai în scopul

necorespunzătoare. Răspunderea pentru orice

prejudiciu sau vătămare care rezultă din utilizarea

necorespunzătoare va  suportată de utilizator și

6. DESCRIEREA FUNCȚIONALĂ ȘI SCOPUL

Mașina de lustruit este potrivită

metal, lemn, materiale plastice și altele asemenea.

Utilizatorul este pe deplin responsabil pentru

7. UTILIZARE

Lucrul cu șmirghel, lustruire, lucru cu sârmă

perii:
