NOTICE
The surface of the HIT-Z / HAS-D anchor rod must not be altered in any way.
The thread of HIT-Z must stay free from dirt and dust during the installation procedure and its cones must be fully embedded
into mortar (especially at minimum embedment). Torque moment must always be applied on HIT-Z nut and washer installed
above a solid baseplate laying on concrete.

must be used in conjunction with a properly maintained Hilti vacuum cleaner with model and suction capacity (volumetric
ow rate) as specied in the accessory table. | The boreholes must be free of debris, dust, water, ice, oil, grease and other
contaminants prior to adhesive injection. | For blowing out the borehole – blow out with oil free air until return air stream is free
of noticeable dust. | For ushing the borehole – ush with water line pressure until water runs clear. | For brushing the borehole
– only use specied wire brush. The brush must resist insertion into the borehole – if not the brush is too small and must be

Ensure that boreholes are lled from the back of the borehole without forming air voids. If necessary use the accessories / exten-

eigenschaften sowie Spezialanwendungen können Zuverlässigkeit und Leistung der Befestigungen beeinträchtigen.
HINWEIS
Die Oberäche der HIT-Z / HAS-D Ankerstange darf nicht verändert werden.
Während der Installation muss das Gewinde der HIT-Z Ankerstange frei von Schmutz und Staub bleiben und die Konen
müssen vollständig in den Mörtel eingebettet sein (speziell bei minimaler Einbindetiefe). Das Drehmoment muss immer
über die HIT-Z Mutter und die Unterlegscheibe aufgebracht werden, die über einer auf Beton liegenden, steifen Grundplatte
installiert sind.
Bei unsachgemäßer Handhabung ist Spritzen des Mörtels möglich. Bei der Arbeit eine Schutzbrille, Schutzhandschuhe und
Arbeitskleidung tragen! | Nie ohne aufgeschraubten Mischer mit dem Auspressen beginnen! | Vor dem Auspressen eines
neuen Foliengebindes einen neuen Mischer aufschrauben. Auf festen Sitz achten. | Ausschließlich den mit dem Mörtel

gelieferten Mischertyp (HIT-RE-M) verwenden. Den Mischer unter keinen Umständen verändern. | Niemals beschädigte
Foliengebinde und / oder beschädigte oder verschmutzte Kassetten verwenden.
Schlechte Haltewerte / Versagen der Befestigung durch unzureichende Bohrlochreinigung. Die Hilti Hohlbohrer TE-CD und
TE-YD müssen in Verbindung mit einem fachgerecht gewarteten Hilti Staubsauger eingesetzt werden. Angaben zu geeig-
neten Modellen und zur Saugleistung (Volumenstrom) entnehmen Sie der Zubehörtabelle. | Vor der Injektion müssen die
Bohrlöcher frei sein von Bohrklein, Staub, Wasser, Eis, Öl, Fett oder anderen Verunreinigungen. | Ausblasen des Bohrlochs
- mit ölfreier Luft, bis die rückströmende Luft staubfrei ist. | Ausspülen des Bohrlochs - mit Wasserschlauch bei normalem
Leitungsdruck, bis klares Wasser abießt. | Ausbürsten des Bohrlochs – nur mit passender Stahlbürste. Beim Ausbürsten
des Bohrlochs soll an der Bürste ein Widerstand zu spüren sein – falls nicht, ist die Bürste zu klein und muss ausgetauscht
werden. | Wichtig! Vor dem Verfüllen mit Mörtel das Wasser aus dem Bohrloch entfernen & mit ölfreier Druckluft ausblasen,

La surface de la tige d’ancrage HIT-Z / HAS-D ne doit en aucun cas être modiée ou altérée .
Le letage de la HIT-Z doit être propre et sans poussière lors de la pose et les cônes doivent être complètement ancrés dans
la résine de scellement (en particulier à la profondeur minimale d’ancrage). Le couple de serrage doit toujours être appliqué
sur l’écrou et la rondelle de la HIT-Z qui sont montés au-dessus de la platine posée sur le béton
En cas de maniement non conforme, il y a risque de projection du mortier. Lors du travail, porter une protection des yeux, des
gants et des vêtements de protection! | Ne jamais commencer l‘extrusion si la buse mélangeuse n‘est pas vissée! | Avant de
commencer l‘extrusion d‘une nouvelle cartouche souple, visser une nouvelle buse mélangeuse. Vérier qu‘elle est bien en

exempt de déblais de perçage, poussières, eau, glace, huile, graisse ou autres contaminants. | Soufage du trou foré – avec de l‘air

La supercie delle barre HIT-Z / HAS-D non deve essere alterata in alcun modo.
La lettatura di HIT-Z deve rimanere libera da sporco e polvere durante la procedura d'installazione e I suoi coni devono
essere completamente immersi nella resina (soprattutto alla minima profondità di ssaggio). La coppia di serraggio deve
sempre essere applicata su dado e rondella di HIT-Z al di sopra di una solida piastra posata sul calcestruzzo.
Un utilizzo improprio può comportare la fuoriuscita della resina.

Non iniziare mai a pompare il prodotto se il miscelatore non è avvitato!

Prima di utilizzare una nuova
cartuccia avvitare un nuovo miscelatore. Accertarsi che il miscelatore sia inserito saldamente.

Carichi insufcient / potenziale cedimento dell‘ancoraggio causato da una pulizia del foro non sufciente. Le punte per perfo-
ratori Hilti TE-CD, TE-YD devono essere utilizzate in combinazione con un aspiratore Hilti correttamente mantenuto, con modello e
capacità di aspirazione (portata volumetrica) come specicato nella tabella degli accessori. | Prima di iniettare il prodotto, i fori devono
essere pulitu da polvere, umidità, acqua, ghiaccio, olio/grasso o altre impurità. | Pulizia ad aria - Effettuare la pulizia del foro insufando
aria priva di olio nchè il usso d‘aria non è privo di qualsiasi impurità. | Risciacquo del foro - sciacquare con acqua in pressione

handleiding zijn beschreven of die buiten de specicaties liggen, contact opnemen met Hilti. Niet volledig opgebruikte folie-
patronen moeten in de cassette blijven en binnen vier weken worden gebruikt. De mengtuit opgeschroefd laten en de patroon
volgens voorschrift in de cassette opslaan. Bij verder gebruik een nieuwe mengtuit opschroeven en de voorloopmortel afvoeren.
Als deze montage-instructies niet worden aangehouden, als ankers van een ander merk dan Hilti worden gebruikt, bij een
slechte of twijfelachtige toestand van het beton of bij een uniek gebruik kan de betrouwbaarheid of de sterkte van de verbinding
negatief worden beïnvloed.
LET OP
Het oppervlak van de HIT-Z / HAS-D ankerstang mag op geen enkele wijze worden bewerkt.
De schroefdraad van de HIT-Z ankerstang moet tijdens het plaatsen schoon blijven van vuil en stof, de helix moet volledig in de
mortel worden ingepland (vooral bij minimale inplanting). De HIT-Z dient te allen tijde met het juiste aandraaimoment te worden
gemonteerd.
Ondeskundig gebruik kan mortelspatten veroorzaken. Tijdens het werk een veiligheidsbril, werkhandschoenen en werkkleding
dragen! | Nooit zonder aangebrachte mengtuit met het uitpersen van de mortel beginnen! | Bij gebruik van een nieuwe folie-
patroon een nieuwe mengtuit aanbrengen. Op een correcte montage letten. Uitsluitend de met de mortel geleverde mengtuit
(HIT-RE-M) gebruiken. De mengtuit onder geen enkele omstandigheid veranderen. | Nooit beschadigde foliepatronen en/of
beschadigde of sterk vervuilde patroonhouders gebruiken.
Slechte bevestigingswaarden/falen van de bevestiging door ontoereikende reiniging van het boorgat. Hilti TE-CD en TE-YD
holle boren moeten worden gebruikt met een goed onderhouden Hilti-stofzuiger van het model en met het zuigvermogen
(debiet) zoals omschreven in de accessoiretabel. | Voor het injecteren moeten de boorgaten vrij zijn van boorafval, stof, water,
ijs, olie, vet of andere verontreinigingen. | Uitblazen van het boorgat – met olievrije lucht, tot de terugstromende lucht stofvrij
is. | Uitspoelen van het boorgat – met een waterslang en normale leidingdruk, tot er helder water uitstroomt. | Uitborstelen
van het boorgat – alleen met een passende staalborstel. Bij het uitborstelen van het boorgat moet aan de borstel een lichte

hormigón y/o aplicaciones inadecuadas pueden afectar la abilidad y respuesta de las jaciones.

La rosca de HIT-Z debe permanecer libre de suciedad y polvo durante la instalación y los conos deben estar completamente
incrustados en la resina (especialmente en profundidad mínima). Tuerca y arandela de HIT-Z deben ser siempre ajustados

con el torque correspondiente, jando la placa base al concreto
La resina puede salpicar si se utiliza incorrectamente. Lleve gafas protectoras, guantes de protección y ropa de trabajo
durante el trabajo. | No comience a inyectar si no se ha roscado el mezclador. | Enrosque un nuevo mezclador antes de
trabajar con un cartucho nuevo. Asegúrese de que el mezclador está unido rmemente. | Utilice exclusivamente el modelo
de mezclador (HIT-RE-M) suministrado con la resina. | No modique el mezclador en ningún caso. No utilice cartuchos en
mal estado y/o portacartuchos dañados o sucios.
Valores de sujeción decientes/fallo de la jación debido a limpieza insuciente del taladro. Las brocas huecas TE-CD, TE-YD

(tasa de ujo volumétrico) que se especican en la tabla de accesorios. | Antes de inyectar la resina, los taladros deben estar
libres de restos de perforación, polvo, agua, hielo, aceite, grasa o cualquier otro agente contaminante. | Soplado del taladro
con aire sin aceite hasta que el aire que reuye esté libre de polvo. | Lavado del taladro: lave con una manguera de agua
con la presión normal de la red hasta que salga agua limpia. | Limpieza del taladro: realícese sólo con un cepillo metálico de
tamaño apropiado. Al cepillar el taladro, se notará cierta resistencia en el cepillo. Si no es este el caso, el cepillo es demasiado
pequeño y debe cambiarse. | ¡Atención! Antes de añadir la resina es necesario extraer el agua del taladro y limpiar el taladro
con aire a presión sin aceite hasta que quede completamente seco. | A la hora de raspar el taladro, no superar el tiempo de
raspado.
Vericar que el relleno del taladro se produce desde el fondo del taladro para que no se formen burbujas de aire. Si es

preconizadas. Quando/se reutilizados, utilize um misturador novo e não utilize novamente a resina inicial.
O não cumprimento destas instruções de colocação, a utilização de ancoragens que não sejam da Hilti, as condições fracas
ou duvidosas do betão, ou aplicações fora do comum podem afectar a segurança ou a ecácia das xações.

A superfície dos varões roscados HIT-Z / HAS-D não pode ser alterada de forma alguma
A rosca do varão HIT-Z deve estar livre de sujidade ou poeira durante o processo de instalação e as suas extremidades
devem estar totalmente imbuídas de ancoragem quimica (especialmente o embebimento minimo). O momento de torque deve
ser sempre aplicado na porca do HIT-Z e a anilha instalada sobre a placa de base de ancoragem sobre o betão.
No caso de manuseamento incorrecto, é possível que seja injectada resina. Durante a realização de trabalhos, use óculos de
protecção, luvas de protecção e roupa de trabalho! | Nunca comece a aplicação sem que o misturador esteja enroscado! |
Antes da aplicação de um novo cartucho, enrosque um misturador novo. Certique-se de que está bem apertado. | Utilizar
apenas o tipo de misturador (HIT-RE-M) fornecido com a resina. Não modique o misturador de forma alguma. | Nunca
utilize cartuchos danicados e/ou suportes danicados ou sujos.
Valores de retenção decientes/falha da xação devido a limpeza insuciente do furo. A brocas de perfuração ocas Hilti
TE-CD e TE-YD têm de ser usadas em conjunto com um aspirador Hilti em boas condições de funcionamento e com o
modelo e capacidade de aspiração (débito volumétrico) especicados na tabela dos acessórios. | Antes da injecção, os
furos têm de estar isentos de material de perfuração, pó, água, gelo, óleo, gordura ou outras impurezas. | Limpar o furo
por sopro com ar isento de óleo, até que o ar saia sem pó. | Lavar o furo – com uma mangueira com pressão normal, até
sair água limpa. | Escovar o furo – apenas com uma escova de aço adequada. Ao escovar o furo deverá ser perceptível uma
resistência na escova – se não for o caso, a escova é demasiado pequena e deverá ser substituída. | Importante! Antes de
preencher com resina, retire a água do furo e sopre com ar isento de óleo até estar totalmente seco. | Ao tornar a furação
áspera, não ultrapassar o tempo de rugosidade!
Assegure que o enchimento do furo é efectuado a partir do fundo, para que não se formem bolhas de ar. Se necessário, utilize
os prolongadores para alcançar o fundo do furo. | No caso de aplicações em suspensão, utilize o acessório HIT-SZ e preste
especial atenção ao inserir o elemento de xação. Pode sair resina em excesso do furo. Certique-se de que não pinga resina
sobre o utilizador. | Em betão saturado de água, é necessário colocar a âncora imediatamente após a limpeza do furo!
A não observação das instruções pode conduzir à falha da xação!
