Gesundheitsschäden und Unfälle vermeiden

Ihr Sennheiser HD 660S

Der HD 660S besitzt alle Tugenden des legendären Vorgängers HD 650, geht

jedoch technologisch entscheidende Schritte weiter. Dank moderner Simula-

tionsmöglichkeiten konnten unsere Ingenieure das Magnetsystem sowie die

Membranform weiter optimieren. Die neuen Wandler werden für jeden Kopfhörer

penibel ausgemessen und paarweise handselektiert. Klanglich setzt der HD 660S

so einen neuen Maßstab in seiner Klasse. Spielerisch meistert er den Spagat zwi-

schen perfekter Kontrolle und faszinierender Musikalität. Mit kraftvollen Bässen,

verführerischen Klangfarben und einer atemberaubenden Klarheit entfesselt der

HD 660S die pure Freude an Musik. Der Sennheiser HD 660S wird Sie begeistern.

Hörer anschließen*

▷ Wählen Sie die passende Anschlussleitung und ggf. einen Adapter für Ihre

Audioquelle, an die Sie den Hörer anschließen möchten, und wechseln Sie die

Anschlussleitung wie im Abschnitt C beschrieben:

• 6,35-mm-Stereoklinke, unsymmetrisch (auch anschließbar an eine 3,5-mm-

Stereoklinkenbuchse über den mitgelieferten Adapter)

• 4,4-mm-Stereoklinke, symmetrisch

• XLR-4, symmetrisch (Sennheiser CH 650 S, optionales Zubehör)

▷ Schließen Sie den Kopfhörer an Ihre Audioquelle an.

Hörer aufsetzen und verwenden*

▷ Setzen Sie Ihren Hörer auf und ziehen Sie die Hörermuscheln so weit herunter,

dass sie angenehm über den Ohren liegen. Beachten Sie die Markierungen „R“

rechts und „L“ links an den Hörermuschelbügeln für die korrekte Ausrichtung.

▷ Für optimale Klangqualität dürfen die Kapseln nicht bedeckt sein.

Anschlussleitung wechseln*

▷ Achten Sie auf die Zuordnung „R“ rechts und „L“ links der Anschluss stecker mit

der jeweiligen Hörermuschel. Die Beschriftung der Stecker muss nach außen

zeigen.

▷ Stecken Sie den Stecker ein, bis er hörbar einrastet.

Ohrpolster austauschen*

Aus hygienischen Gründen sollten Sie die Ohrpolster von Zeit zu Zeit austau-

schen. Ersatzteile erhalten Sie bei Ihrem Sennheiser Partner. Den Partner Ihres

Landes ﬁnden Sie auf www.sennheiser.com.

▷ Greifen Sie unter die Ohrpolster und ziehen Sie sie ab.

▷ Legen Sie die neuen Ohrpolster auf die Hörermuscheln und drücken Sie sie

rundherum fest an.

Das Kopfband-Polster können Sie über den Reparaturservice austauschen

lassen. Wenden Sie sich dazu an Ihren Sennheiser Partner.

Hörer reinigen und aufbewahren*

▷ Reinigen Sie das Produkt ausschließlich mit einem trockenen und weichen

Tuch.

▷ Bewahren Sie das Produkt an einem sauberen, staubfreien Ort auf, z. B. in der

Aufbewahrungsbox.

Preventing damage to health and accidents

▷ Protect your hearing from high volume levels. Permanent hearing

damage may occur when headphones are used at high volume levels

for long periods of time. Sennheiser headphones sound exceptionally good at

low and medium volume levels.

3 The product generates stronger permanent magnetic ﬁelds that

could cause interference to cardiac pacemakers, implanted deﬁbril-

lators (ICDs) and other implants. Always maintain a distance of at

least 3.94” (10 cm) between the product component containing the magnet and

the cardiac pacemaker, implanted deﬁbrillator or other implant.

3 Keep the product, accessories and packaging parts out of reach of children and

pets to prevent accidents. Swallowing and choking hazard.

▷ Do not use the product in an environment that requires your special attention

Preventing damage to the product and malfunctions

The HD 660S retains all the virtues of its legendary predecessor, the HD 650, but

also represents a decisive step forward technology-wise. Thanks to advanced

simulation possibilities, our engineers were able to further optimize the magnet

system and the shape of the diaphragm. The new transducers are meticulously

measured for each headphones and are hand-selected in pairs. In terms of sound,

the HD 660S sets a new benchmark in its class and masters the balancing act

between perfect control and fascinating musicality in a playful way. With powerful

bass, seductive timbres and breathtaking clarity, the HD 660S lets you experience

Connecting the headphones*

▷ Select the suitable connection cable and, if necessary, an adapter for your

audio source to which you want to connect the headphones, and change the

connection cable as described in section C:

• 1/4" (6.35 mm) stereo jack plug, unbalanced (can also be connected to a

3.5 mm stereo jack socket by using the supplied adapter)

• 4.4 mm stereo jack plug, balanced

• XLR-4, balanced (Sennheiser CH 650 S, optional accessory)

▷ Connect the headphones to your audio source.

Putting on the headphones and using them*

▷ Put on your headphones and then pull the ear cups down until they rest

comfortably over the ears. Make sure you wear them the right way round by

observing the “R” (right) and “L” (left) markings on the ear cup bands.

▷ For optimum sound quality, ensure that the ear cups are not covered.

Changing the connection cable*

▷ Make sure the “R” (right) and “L” (left) markings on the connectors match the

markings on the ear cups. The marking on the connectors must point outward.

▷ Insert the connector until it locks into place with an audible click.

Replacing the ear pads*

For reasons of hygiene, you should replace the ear pads from time to time. Spare

parts are available from your Sennheiser partner. To ﬁnd a Sennheiser partner in

your country, search at www.sennheiser.com.

▷ Grasp behind the ear pads and pull them up and away from the ear cups.

▷ Place the new ear pads onto the ear cups and attach the ear pads by pressing

ﬁrmly around them.

The headband padding can be replaced by the Sennheiser repair service.

Cleaning and storing the headphones*

▷ Clean the product only with a dry and soft cloth.

▷ Store the product in a clean, dust-free place, e.g. in its storage box.

Prévenir des atteintes à la santé et des accidents

▷ Protégez votre ouïe des volumes sonores élevés. Évitez d’écouter à des

volumes sonores élevés pendant de longues périodes pour éviter des

dommages auditifs permanents. Les casques Sennheiser présentent aussi une

excellente qualité sonore à volume faible ou moyen.

3 Le produit génère des champs magnétiques permanents importants

qui peuvent interférer avec les stimulateurs cardiaques, les déﬁbrilla-

Votre HD 660S

Le HD 660S reprend toutes les qualités de son légendaire prédécesseur, le

HD 650, mais représente aussi un pas en avant décisif sur le plan technologique.

Grâce aux possibilités de simulation avancées, nos ingénieurs ont pu optimiser

davantage le système d’aimants et la forme du diaphragme. Les nouveaux trans-

ducteurs sont scrupuleusement mesurés pour chaque casque et sélectionnés

manuellement par paires. En termes de qualité sonore, le HD 660S établit une nou-

velle référence dans sa catégorie. Il réussit à faire le grand écart entre un contrôle

parfait et une musicalité fascinante d’une manière ludique. Avec des basses puis-

santes, des timbres séduisants et une clarté saisissante, le HD 660S vous permet

Raccorder le casque*

▷ Sélectionnez le câble de raccordement approprié et, si nécessaire, un adap-

tateur pour la source audio à laquelle vous souhaitez raccorder le casque et

changez le câble de raccordement comme décrit dans la section C :

• Jack stéréo 6,35 mm, asymétrique (peut également être raccordé à une prise

stéréo de 3,5 mm en utilisant l’adaptateur fourni)

• Jack stéréo 4,4 mm, symétrique

• XLR-4, symétrique (Sennheiser CH 650 S, accessoire optionnel)

▷ Raccordez le casque à votre source audio.

Mettre et utiliser le casque*

▷ Mettez le casque et tirez les écouteurs vers le bas, de sorte que les coussinets

d’oreille reposent confortablement sur vos oreilles. Respectez les marquages

« R » (droite) et « L » (gauche) sur les supports des écouteurs lorsque vous

mettez le casque.

▷ Pour obtenir la meilleure qualité sonore possible, vous ne devez pas couvrir les

écouteurs.

Changer le câble de raccordement*

▷ Respectez les marquages « R » (droite) et « L » (gauche) sur les connecteurs et

les écouteurs lorsque vous connectez le câble. Les marquages sur les connec-

teurs doivent faire face vers l’extérieur.

▷ Insérez le connecteur jusqu’à ce qu’il s’enclenche avec un clic audible.
