2. BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSER GEBRAUCH

Zweckbestimmung

Der „beurer HealthManager Pro“ ist ein System für ein digitales Gesundheits-Monitoring.

Mit dem „beurer HealthManager Pro“ können Gesundheitsdaten von Messgeräten wie z.B. Blutdruck- oder

Blutzuckermessgeräten u.a. überwacht, verwaltet, bearbeitet und exportiert werden. Verlaufsgraﬁken, Ta-

bellen und die individuellen Kommentare ermöglichen eine schnelle und komfortable Gesamtübersicht aller

Werte. Zudem ermittelt die Applikation weitere medizinische Gesundheitsdaten aus den übertragenen Mess-

werten, wie z.B. den mittleren arteriellen Blutdruck oder die EKG Kurve. Ebenso können Geräteparameter

über die Applikation eingestellt werden. Die Applikation stellt kein System zur Diagnose der Krankheiten dar

und macht keine Therapievorschläge.

Zielgruppe

Die Zielgruppe sind Anwender, die Gesundheitsdaten von Heimmedizingeräten mithilfe einer Applikation auf

elektronische Endgeräte, wie Mobiltelefone, Tabletts oder Heimcomputer übertragen wollen.

Indikation / Klinischer Nutzen

Mit dem „beurer HealthManager Pro“ können Gesundheitsdaten von Messgeräten wie z.B. Blutdruck- oder

Blutzuckermessgeräten u.a. überwacht, verwaltet, bearbeitet und exportiert werden. Verlaufsgraﬁken, Ta-

bellen und die individuellen Kommentare ermöglichen eine schnelle und komfortable Gesamtübersicht aller

Werte. Die zugrundeliegenden Daten dienen der Informationsübermittlung bei Krankheiten wie z.B Hypertonie

oder Diabetes oder der Prävention dieser Krankheiten.

3. WARN- UND SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

Empfohlene Updates

Um die sichere und optimale Verwendung der „beurer HealthManager Pro“ App sicherzustellen, ist

es angeraten Software-Updates zu installieren, sobald sie zur Verfügung stehen. Die Web-Version

der App benutzt automatisch die neueste Version.

Kontraindikationen

• Personen mit eingeschränkten physischen, sensorischen oder geistigen Fähigkeiten sollten

durch eine für Deine Sicherheit zuständige Person beaufsichtigt werden und von dieser An-

weisungen darüber erhalten, wie die App zu benutzen ist.

• Vor der Nutzung der App unter Vorliegen eines der folgenden Zustände ist eine Abstimmung mit

dem Arzt zwingend erforderlich: Herzrhythmusstörungen, Durchblutungsstörungen, Diabetes,

Schwangerschaft, Präeklampsie, Hypotonie, Schüttelfrost, Zittern.

Allgemeine Warnhinweise

• Die von Dir selbst ermittelten Messwerte können nur zu Deiner Information dienen – sie ersetzen

keine ärztliche Untersuchung! Besprich Deine gemessenen Werte mit dem Arzt und begründe

daraus auf keinen Fall eigene medizinische Entscheidungen (z.B. hinsichtlich der Dosierung von

Medikation)!

• Die App ist nur für den in dieser Gebrauchsanweisung beschriebenen Zweck vorgesehen. Der

Hersteller haftet nicht für Schäden, die durch unsachgemäßen oder falschen Gebrauch ver-

ursacht wurden.

4. APP BESCHREIBUNG

4.1 Installation

iOS:

1. Öne auf Deinem iPhone / iPad den Apple App Store (iOS).

2. Suche die App „beurer HealthManager Pro“ im Apple App Store (iOS) .

3. Folge den Anweisungen und lade die App herunter. Die Installation startet automatisch.

4. Sobald der Installationsvorgang abgeschlossen ist, kannst Du die App auf Deinem iPhone / iPad starten.

AndroidTM:

1. Öne Google Play (AndroidTM) auf Deinem AndroidTM-Smartphone / Tablet.

2. Suche die App „beurer HealthManager Pro“ in Google Play (AndroidTM) .

3. Folge den Anweisungen und lade die App herunter. Die Installation startet automatisch.

Sobald der Installationsvorgang abgeschlossen ist, kannst Du die App auf Deinem Android-Smartphone / Ta-

blet starten.

4.2 Dashboard

Das Dashboard ist die Einstiegsseite der App. Hier ﬁndet der Nutzer die übersicht-

liche Darstellung seiner aktiven Kategorien und eingebundenen Geräte. Mit einem

Klick auf die Kategoriekachel gelangt der Nutzer auf die Messungsdetail-Seite der

jeweiligen Kategorie. Über die Gerätekachel erreicht der Nutzer den Einstellungsbe-

reich des eingebundenen Geräts.

Außerdem erreicht man vom Dashboard aus, über einen Klick auf die drei Striche

links oben, das Menü. Die Zieleinstellungen und die Chronik werden durch Klick auf

ihre Symbol-Kacheln aufgerufen. Neue Geräte und manuelle Messungen können

über das +, rechts oben hinzugefügt, werden.

4.3 Menü

Das Menü wird vom Dashboard aus aufgerufen, durch einen Klick auf die drei Striche

links oben.

Das Schließen des Menüs erfolgt durch das Klicken auf den Dashboard-Bereich am

rechten Bildschirmrand.

Von hier können folgende Bereiche der App aufgerufen werden: Einstellungen, Ser-

vices, Hilfe und Rechtliches. Außerdem kann zwischen verschiedenen Proﬁlen ge-

wechselt werden, sofern die Multi-User-Funktion verwendet wird.

Hinweis: Die Multi-User-Funktion ist nur für Nutzer mit einem Online-Account mög-

lich.

4.4 Gerät hinzufügen

Über das +-Symbol rechts oben auf dem Dashboard, gelangt man in den Bereich

„Gerät hinzufügen“.

Hier kann der Nutzer auswählen, aus welcher Kategorie er ein Gerät hinzufügen

möchte. Nach Klick auf die entsprechende Kategorie, önet sich die Auswahl der

jeweiligen Geräte. Der Nutzer muss hieraus nun sein Gerät auswählen, welches er

hinzufügen möchte. Bereits verbundene Geräte werden hier ausgegraut dargestellt

und können nicht erneut gewählt werden.

Von hier aus startet die geführte Einbindung des jeweiligen Geräts.

4.5 Manuelle Messung hinzufügen

Über die Messung hinzufügen – Funktion können in jeder Kategorie manuelle Mes-

sungen erfasst werden.

Hierfür werden pro Kategorie der Zeitpunkt und der jeweilige Messwert erfasst.

Ebenso kann hier direkt ein Kommentar und eine Medikation eingetragen werden.

Durch Klich auf den Speichern-Button wird der gesamte Eintrag gespeichert und

der jeweiligen Kategorie hinzugefügt.

4.6 Messungsdetail Seite

Auf jeder Messungsdetail Seite beﬁndet sich prominent der aktuelle Messwert.

Dieser Messwert wird entweder nach international anerkannten Richtlinien oder

persönlichen Zielen bewertet. Diese Bewertung erfolgt durch den Farbkreis um

den Messwert. Bei Klick auf den Messwert-Kreis önet sich die Information zu den

Referenzwerten oder dem persönlichen Ziel. Optional werden zusätzlich relevante

Informationen, zum Messwert, dargestellt. Diese können ebenfalls angeklickt wer-

den, um die jeweilige Bedeutung nachzulesen.

Das Navigieren zu einem anderen Messwert, derselben Kategorie, erfolgt durch das

Wischen durch die Datums- und Uhrzeitauswahl im oberen Bildschirmbereich. Über

das Mehr-Symbol (drei Punkte rechts oben) können Messungen bearbeitet, hinzu-

gefügt und gelöscht werden. Kommentare und Medikation können zur jeweiligen

Messung ergänzt werden. Außerdem kann die ausgewählte Messung geteilt wer-

den. In der Blutdruck-Kategorie kann über das Mehr-Symbol zusätzlich eine ge-

führte Dreifachmessung gestartet werden. Die Zielekachel dient in jeder Kategorie

zur übersichtlichen Darstellung der individuell gesetzten Ziele, wenn diese aktiviert

wurden. Manche Kategorien erfordern ein individuelles Ziel. Dieses kann dann nicht

deaktiviert werden.

Auf jeder Messungsdetail Seite beﬁndet sich der Messungsverlauf. Hier werden alle

bisherigen Messwerte graphisch dargestellt. Pro Kategorie können verschiedene

Einstellungen vorgenommen werden, z.B. kann der Zeitraum gewählt werden. Durch

Klicken auf die einzelnen Messpunkte erscheinen die relevanten Informationen zum

jeweiligen Messwert.

Durch seitliches Wischen kann in der graphischen Darstellung zeitlich navigiert wer-

den.

Durch Klicken auf das Kalender-Symbol am unteren linken Rand des Messungsver-

laufs wird der Kalender aufgerufen. Hier kann nun gezielt ein bestimmter Zeitpunkt

angewählt werden, wenn dieser Messwerte enthält.

Durch Klicken auf „Alle Messungen anzeigen“ gelangt man in die Chronik, die alle

Messwerte auﬂistet, jeweils nach der entsprechenden Kategorie geﬁltert.

4.7 Chronik

In der Chronik werden alle bisher erfassten Messwerte, Kommentare und Medika-

tionen chronologisch aufgelistet.

Über das Kalender-Symbol oben links, kann ein bestimmter Zeitpunkt angewählt

werden.

Über das Filter-Symbol oben rechts, können bestimmte Kategorien an- oder ab-

gewählt werden.

Über das Mehr-Symbol (drei Punkte oben rechts) können Messungen, Kommentare

und Medikation hinzugefügt werden. Außerdem können Messungen, Kommentare

und Medikation gelöscht werden über „Chronik bearbeiten“.

Über die Exportfunktion können alle vorhandenen Werte exportiert werden. Man

kann den gewünschten Zeitraum und die Kategorien auswählen, sowie zwischen

den Datenformaten PDF und CSV wählen. Anschließend wird der Exportbericht er-

stellt und kann über die Teilen-Funktion des Smartphone-Betriebssystems z.B. als

Email oder Nachricht versendet werden.

4.8 Ziel

Im Ziele-Bereich der App kann für jede Kategorie ein individuelles Ziel gewählt

werden. Standardmäßig sind hier Referenzwerte hinterlegt, die allerdings an die

eigenen Bedürfnisse angepasst werden können. Die eingestellten Ziele können hier

ebenfalls angepasst oder deaktiviert werden, sofern sie nicht zur korrekten Darstel-

lung der Kategorie benötigt werden.

4.9 Geräteeinstellungen

In den Geräteeinstellungen können zu jedem eingebundenen Gerät speziﬁsche In-

formationen angezeigt und Einstellungen vorgenommen werden.

4.10 Exportfunktion

Über die Exportfunktion können alle vorhandenen Werte exportiert werden. Man

kann den gewünschten Zeitraum und die Kategorien auswählen, sowie zwischen

den Datenformaten PDF und CSV wählen. Anschließend wird der Exportbericht er-

stellt und kann über die Teilen-Funktion des Smartphone-Betriebssystems z.B. als

Email oder Nachricht versendet werden.

4.11 Medikation

Über die Medikationsfunktion können Medikamente angelegt und die Einnahme

dokumentiert werden. Medikationen können zu Messungen zugehörig oder eigen-

ständig angelegt und gespeichert werden.

4.12 Kommentarfunktion

Durch die Kommentarfunktion können Freitext-Kommentare separat oder zu einer

bestimmten Messung zugehörig erfasst werden.

5. WAS TUN BEI PROBLEMEN?

Problem Problembehebung

Meine App reagiert nicht mehr oder

stürzt ab. App komplett schließen und neu starten.

Die App wird auf meinem Smart-

phone fehlerhaft dargestellt. Prüfe, ob dein Smartphone auf der Liste der kompatiblen Geräten vor-

handen ist. Ist dies nicht der Fall, können wir leider nicht garantieren,

dass die App auf deinem Smartphone korrekt funktioniert.

In der Chronik werden nicht alle

Messwerte dargestellt. Prüfe, über das Filter-Symbol rechts oben, ob die Filterfunktion aktiviert

ist.

Ich bin bereits „beurer HealthMana-

ger Pro“ Kunde und möchte meine

bisher gesammelten Daten in die

neue App übertragen.

Wir arbeiten derzeit an der Möglichkeit zur Datenmigration. Sobald die-

se Funktion verfügbar ist, werden alle „beurer HealthManager Pro“-Kun-

den, die die einen Online-Account nutzen und den Newsletter abonniert

haben, informiert.

Ich habe ein Problem, das sich mit

6. DEINSTALLATION

iOS:

1.

Halte das „HealthManager Pro“ App Icon solange mit dem Finger gedrückt, bis es anfängt sich zu bewegen.

2. Tippe auf das kleine „x“, welches in der oberen Ecke des Bildschirms erscheint.

3. Auf dem Bildschirm erscheint eine Frage, ob Du die App löschen möchtest. Tippe hier auf „Löschen“. Die

App ist nun deinstalliert.

Android:

1. Öne die „Einstellungen“ Deines Android-Smartphone / Tablet.

2. Tippe auf „Apps“

3. Tippe auf die App „HealthManager Pro“.

4. Tippe auf „Deinstallieren“. Nach Bestätigung wird die App gelöscht.

2. INTENDED USE

Intended use

The “beurer HealthManager Pro” is a system for digitally monitoring your health.

Using the “beurer HealthManager Pro”, health-related data from measuring devices such as blood pressure

or blood glucose monitors can be monitored, managed, edited and exported, for example. Progress graphs,

tables and individual comments provide you with a quick and convenient overview of all your values. In

addition, the application calculates further medical health-related data from the transmitted measurements,

such as the mean arterial blood pressure or the ECG curve. Device parameters can also be set using the

application. The application is not a system for diagnosing illnesses and does not make any therapeutic

suggestions.

Target group

The target group is users who want to transfer health-related data from home medical devices to electronic

devices such as mobile phones, tablets or home computers using an application.

Indication/clinical beneﬁts

Using the “beurer HealthManager Pro”, health-related data from measuring devices such as blood pressure

or blood glucose monitors can be monitored, managed, edited and exported, for example. Progress graphs,

tables and individual comments provide you with a quick and convenient overview of all your values. The

underlying data is used to transmit information in the event of illnesses such as hypertension or diabetes, or

to prevent these illnesses.

3. WARNINGS AND SAFETY NOTES

Recommended updates

To ensure safe and optimal use of the “beurer HealthManager Pro” app, it is advisable to install

software updates as soon as they are available. The web version of the app automatically uses the

latest version.

Contraindications

• People with restricted physical, sensory or mental skills should be supervised by a person

responsible for their safety and receive instructions from this person on how to use the app.

• If you have any of the following conditions, it is essential you consult your doctor before

using the app: Cardiac arrhythmia, circulatory problems, diabetes, pregnancy, pre-eclampsia,

hypotension, chills, shaking.

General warnings

• The measurements taken by you are for your information only – they are no substitute for a

medical examination! Discuss the measured values with your doctor and never make your own

medical decisions based on them (e.g. regarding dosages of medicines).

• The app is only intended for the purpose described in these instructions for use. The

manufacturer is not liable for damage resulting from improper or incorrect use.

4. APP DESCRIPTION

4.1 Installation

iOS:

1. Open the Apple App Store (iOS) on your iPhone/iPad.

2. Search for the “beurer HealthManager Pro” app in the Apple App Store (iOS) .

3. Follow the instructions and download the app. The installation starts automatically.

4. As soon as the installation process is complete, you can launch the app on your iPhone/iPad.

AndroidTM:

1. Open Google Play (AndroidTM) on your AndroidTM smartphone/tablet.

2. Search for the “beurer HealthManager Pro” app in Google Play (AndroidTM) .

3. Follow the instructions and download the app. The installation starts automatically.

As soon as the installation process is complete, you can launch the app on your Android smartphone/tablet.

4.2 Dashboard

The dashboard is the app’s home page. Here the user can ﬁnd a clear display of their

active categories and connected devices. Clicking on the category tile takes the user

to the measurement detail page of the respective category. Using the device tile, the

user can access the settings area of the connected device.

You can also access the menu from the dashboard by clicking on the three dashes

at the top left. The goal settings and the history are called up by clicking on their

symbol tiles. New devices and manual measurements can be added using the + in

the top right corner.

4.3 Menu

The menu is accessed from the dashboard by clicking on the three dashes at the

top left.

The menu can be closed by clicking on the dashboard area on the right-hand side

of the screen.

The following areas of the app can be accessed from here: Settings, Services, Help

and Legal information. It is also possible to switch between dierent proﬁles if the

multi-user function is used.

Note: The multi-user function is only possible for users with an online account.

4.4 Add device

The + symbol at the top right of the dashboard takes the user to the “Add device”

area.

Here they can select the category from which they want to add a device. After

clicking on the relevant category, the selection of applicable devices opens. The

user must now select the device they want to add from here. Devices that are

already connected are greyed out here and cannot be reselected.

The guided integration of the respective device starts from here.

4.5 Add manual measurement

Manual measurements can be recorded in each category using the Add a

measurement function.

Here, the time and the respective measurement are recorded per category. A

comment and medication can also be entered here directly.

Clicking the Save button saves the entire entry and adds it to the respective

category.

4.6 Measurement detail page

The current measurement is displayed prominently on each measurement detail

page. This measurement is evaluated according to either internationally accepted

guidelines or personal goals. This evaluation is represented by the coloured circle

around the measurement. Clicking on the measurement circle opens information

regarding the reference values or your personal goal. Optionally, relevant information

regarding the measurement is also shown. The user can also click on this to read

about the relevant meaning.

The user can navigate to another measurement in the same category by swiping

through the date and time selection at the top of the screen. Measurements can

be edited, added and deleted using the more symbol (three dots in the top right

corner). Comments and medication can be added to the respective measurement.

In addition, the selected measurement can be shared. In the blood pressure

category, a guided triple measurement can also be started via the more symbol.

The goal tile is used in each category to clearly display the individually set goals if

they have been activated. Some categories require an individual goal. This cannot

then be deactivated.

The course of measurement is located on each measurement detail page. All

previous measurements are displayed graphically here. Dierent settings can be

conﬁgured for each category, e.g. the time period can be selected. By clicking

on the individual measuring points, the relevant information on the respective

measurement appears.

Swiping to the side allows the user to navigate through the graph in terms of time.

Clicking on the calendar symbol at the bottom left of the course of measurement

opens up the calendar. A speciﬁc time can now be selected here if it contains

measurements.

By clicking on “Show all measurements”, the user can access the history, which

lists all measurements ﬁltered according to the respective category.

4.7 History

All previously recorded measurements, comments and medications are listed

chronologically in the history.

A speciﬁc time can be selected using the calendar symbol at the top left.

Certain categories can be selected or deselected using the ﬁlter symbol at the top

right.

Measurements, comments and medication can be added using the more symbol

(three dots at the top right). In addition, measurements, comments and medication

can be deleted via “Edit history”.

All existing values can be exported via the export function. You can select the

desired time period and categories and choose between PDF and CSV data

formats. The export report is then created and can be sent via the Share function

In the goal area of the app, an individual goal can be selected for each category.

Reference values are stored here by default, but these can be adapted to your own

requirements. The set goals can also be adapted or deactivated here if they are not

required for the correct display of the category.

4.9 Device settings

In the device settings, speciﬁc information can be displayed for each connected

device and settings conﬁgured.

4.10 Export function

All existing values can be exported via the export function. You can select the

desired time period and categories and choose between PDF and CSV data

formats. The export report is then created and can be sent via the Share function of

the smartphone operating system, e.g. as an e-mail or message.

4.11 Medication

The medication function can be used to create a medication entry and document

your intake of it. Medication entries can be created and saved in conjunction with

measurements or independently.

The comment function allows free-text comments to be recorded separately or in

conjunction with a speciﬁc measurement.

6. UNINSTALLING THE APP

iOS:

1. Hold down the “HealthManager Pro” app icon with your ﬁnger until it starts to move.

2. Tap the small “x” that appears in the top corner of the screen.

3. A question will appear on the screen asking if you want to delete the app. Tap “Delete” here. The app is

now uninstalled.

Android:

1. Open the “Settings” of your Android smartphone/tablet.

2. Tap on “Apps”

3. Tap on the “HealthManager Pro” app.

4. Tap “Uninstall”. After conﬁrmation, the app is deleted.

Utilisation

«beurer HealthManagerPro» est un système de surveillance numérique de la santé.

«beurer HealthManagerPro» permet de surveiller, gérer, modiﬁer et exporter les données de santé des ap-

pareils de mesure tels que les tensiomètres ou les lecteurs de glycémie sanguine. Les graphiques d’évolution,

les tableaux et les commentaires fournissent un aperçu rapide et confortable de toutes les valeurs. En outre,

l’application détermine d’autres données de santé à partir des mesures transmises, telles que la pression

artérielle moyenne ou le tracé de l’ECG. Les paramètres de l’appareil peuvent également être conﬁgurés via

l’application. L’application ne constitue pas un système de diagnostic et ne fait pas de propositions théra-

peutiques.

Groupe cible

Le groupe cible est celui des utilisateurs qui souhaitent transférer les données de santé des appareils mé-

dicaux à domicile vers des appareils électroniques tels que des téléphones mobiles, des tablettes ou des

ordinateurs personnels à l’aide d’une application.

3. AVERTISSEMENTS ET MISES EN GARDE

Mises à jour recommandées

recommandé d’installer les mises à jour logicielles dès qu’elles sont disponibles. La version web

de l’application utilise automatiquement la version la plus récente.

Contre-indications

• Les personnes ayant des capacités physiques, sensorielles ou intellectuelles restreintes doi-

vent être surveillées par une personne responsable de leur sécurité, qui doit leur expliquer

comment utiliser l’application.

• Si l’une des conditions suivantes est présente, il est impératif de consulter un médecin avant

d’utiliser l’application: troubles du rythme cardiaque, troubles de la circulation sanguine, dia-

bète, grossesse, pré-éclampsie, hypotonie, frissons de ﬁèvre, tremblements.

Avertissements généraux

• Les mesures que tu as établies servent juste à te tenir informé de ton état, elles ne remplacent

pas un examen médical! Communique tes résultats à ton médecin. Tu ne dois prendre en au-

cun cas des décisions d’ordre médical sur la base de ces seules valeurs (par exemple, le choix

du dosage des médicaments)!

• L’application est prévue pour l’utilisation décrite dans ce mode d’emploi. Le fabricant ne peut

être tenu pour responsable des dommages causés par une utilisation inappropriée ou non

conforme.

4. DESCRIPTION DE L’APPLICATION

4.1 Installation

iOS:

1. Ouvre l’App Store (iOS) sur ton iPhone/iPad.

2. Recherche l’application «beurer HealthManagerPro» sur l’App Store (iOS) .

3. Suis les instructions et télécharge l’application. L’installation démarre automatiquement.

4. Dès que l’installation est terminée, tu peux lancer l’application sur ton iPhone/iPad.

AndroidTM:

1. Ouvre Google Play (AndroidTM) sur ton smartphone/ta tablette AndroidTM.

2. Recherche l’application «beurer HealthManager Pro» dans Google Play (AndroidTM) .

3. Suis les instructions et télécharge l’application. L’installation démarre automatiquement.

4. Dès que l’installation est terminée, tu peux lancer l’application sur ton smartphone/ta tablette Android.

4.2 Tableau de bord

Le tableau de bord est la page d’accueil de l’application. L’utilisateur y trouvera une

représentation claire des catégories actives et des appareils rattachés. En cliquant

sur la vignette de catégorie, l’utilisateur accède à la page des détails des mesures de

la catégorie correspondante. La vignette de l’appareil permet à l’utilisateur d’accéder

à la zone de conﬁguration de l’appareil rattaché.

Il est également possible d’accéder au menu depuis le tableau de bord en cliquant

sur les trois lignes du menu, en haut à gauche. Les paramètres de l’objectif et l’his-

torique sont accessibles en cliquant sur les vignettes des symboles. Les nouveaux

appareils et les mesures manuelles peuvent être ajoutés à l’aide du bouton +, en

haut à droite.

4.3 Menu

Le menu est accessible à partir du tableau de bord en cliquant sur les trois lignes du

menu en haut à gauche.

Pour fermer le menu, cliquez sur la zone Tableau de bord, sur la droite de l’écran.

Il est alors possible d’accéder aux zones suivantes de l’application: réglages, ser-

vices, aide et questions légales. En outre, il est possible de passer d’un proﬁl à l’autre

si la fonction multi-utilisateurs est utilisée.

Remarque : La fonction multi-utilisateurs n’est possible que pour les utilisateurs

disposant d’un compte en ligne.
