Die „SensorSecure”-Funktion lässt das

Bügeleisen nur dann aufheizen, wenn der Griff

angefasst wird. Die Hitzeerzeugung stoppt,

wenn sich die Hand vom Griff löst. Damit wird

die Sicherheit erhöht und Energie gespart.





Position und füllen Sie den Wassertank

(11) mit Wasser.

Stellen Sie den Temperaturregler (12) auf die

„max“-Position und stecken Sie den

Netzstecker des Bügeleisens ein.

Nach der notwendigen Aufwärmzeit erlischt

die Lampe. Anschließend wieder den

Netzstecker ziehen (sehr wichtig!).

Dampfregler auf die „max“-Position stellen.

Bügeleisen über ein Waschbecken halten.

Die „clean“-Taste (10) drücken und das

Bügeleisen schwenken, bis ca. ein Drittel des

Wassers im Tank verdampft ist. Kochendes

Wasser und Wasserdampf entweichen mit

eventuell vorhandenem Kalkstein und

Ablagerungen.

Die „clean“-Taste loslassen und das

Bügeleisen einige Minuten lang schwenken.

Schritte 5 und 6 wiederholen, bis der Tank

leer ist.

Anschließend das Bügeleisen wieder

anschließen, bis das restliche Wasser

verdampft ist.

Netzstecker ziehen und die Bügelsohle (7)

abkühlen lassen. Bügelsohle nur mit einem

feuchten Tuch abwischen.

C „Calc’nClean“ mit Entkalkerüssigkeit *

Für eine gründliche Entkalkung wird die speziell

von Bosch entwickelt Entkalkerüssigkeit

empfohlen. Dieser Vorgang sollte alle drei

Monate durchgeführt werden.

1. Wassertank (11) mit einer Mischung aus

Leitungswasser und einer Maßeinheit (25 ml)

Entkalkerlösung (17 *) füllen.

2. Anschließend den weiter oben im Abschnitt

„Calc’nClean“ beschriebenen Vorgang

befolgen (Schritte 2 bis 9).

Die Entkalkerüssigkeit ist bei unserem

Kundendienst oder im Fachhandel erhältlich.

D anti-calc

Die „anti-calc“-Patrone dient dazu,

Kalkablagerungen während des Dampfbügelns

zu reduzieren und damit die Lebensdauer Ihres

Bügeleisens zu verlängern. Die „anti-calc“-

Patrone (Antikalk) kann jedoch den natürlichen

Prozess der Kalkablagerung nicht vollständig

verhindern.

Sie das „Bügeltrocken„-Programm des

Trockners ein.

4. Wenn die Stoffe feucht genug sind, stellen Sie

den Dampfregler (3) ganz ab.

5. Stellen Sie das Bügeleisen in Pausen in

senkrechter Position ab. Waagrechtes

Abstellen bei eingeschaltetem Dampfregler

führt zu Dampfverschwendung.

Reinigung und Pege



Achtung! Verbrennungsgefahr!

Ziehen Sie immer den Stecker des

Gerätes aus der Steckdose, bevor Sie

es reinigen oder warten.

1. Wenn das Bügeleisen nur leicht verschmutzt

ist, ziehen Sie den Stecker und lassen Sie die

Bügelsohle (7) abkühlen. Wischen Sie das

Gehäuse und die Bügelsohle nur mit einem

feuchten Tuch ab.

2. Wenn Synthetikstoff aufgrund einer zu hohen

Temperatur der Bügelsohle schmilzt, schalten

Sie den Dampf ab und reiben Sie die Reste

sofort mit einem dick zusammengefalteten,

trockenen Baumwolltuch ab.

3. Damit die Bügelsohle glatt bleibt, sollten Sie

den Kontakt mit scharfen Metallgegenständen

vermeiden. Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung der

Bügelsohle niemals einen Topfreiniger oder

Chemikalien.

A self-clean

Jedesmal, wenn Sie den Dampfregler (3)

verwenden, reinigt das „self-clean“-

Selbstreinigungssystem den Mechanismus von

Kalkablagerungen.

B Calc’nClean

Die „Calc’nClean”-Funktion trägt dazu bei,

Kalkpartikel aus der Dampfkammer zu entfernen.

Wenn das Wasser in Ihrem Gebiet sehr hart ist,

nutzen Sie diese Funktion etwa alle 2 Wochen.

Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker des Bügeleisens,

stellen Sie den Dampfregler (3) auf die

TextileProtect









Der Textilschutz (16 *) dient dazu,

empndliche Kleidungsstücke bei maximaler

Temperatur mit Dampffunktion bügeln zu

können, ohne dass sie beschädigt werden.







StoreProtect



Das „StoreProtect“-Zubehör (18 *) ermöglicht

eine sofortige, sichere Aufbewahrung des

Bügeleisens, selbst mit heißer Bügelsohle (7).









2. If the cloth is synthetic, it may melt due to the

high temperature on the soleplate, switch off

the steam and rub off any residue immediately

with a thickly folded, dry cotton cloth.

3. To keep the soleplate smooth, you should

avoid hard contact with metal objects. Never

use a scouring pad, or chemicals to clean the

soleplate.



A self-clean

Each time you use the steam regulator (3), the

“self-clean” system cleans the mechanism of

scale deposits.

B Calc’nClean

The “Calc’nClean” function helps to remove

scale particles out of the steam chamber. Use

this function approximately every 2 weeks if the

water in your area is very hard.

Unplug the iron from the mains socket, set

the steam regulator (3) to the

position and

ll the water tank (11) with water.

Set the temperature control (12) to the “max”

position and plug in the iron.

After the necessary warm-up period, the lamp

goes out. Then, unplug the iron (very

important!).

Set steam regulator to the “max” position.

Hold the iron over a sink. Press the “clean”

button (10) and shake the iron until

approximately one third of the water capacity

of the tank is evaporated. Boiling water and

steam will come out, carrying scale or

deposits that might be there.

Release the “clean” button, and gently shake

the iron for some seconds.

Repeat the steps 5 and 6 three times until the

tank is empty.

Then plug the iron in and heat it up again until

the remaining water has evaporated.

Unplug the iron and let the soleplate (7) cool

down. Wipe the soleplate with a damp cotton

cloth only.

C “Calc’nClean” with descaling liquid *

For deep descaling, it is recommended to use

the descaling liquid especially developed by

Bosch. This procedure should be carried out

every 3 months.

1. Fill the water tank (11) with tap water mixed

with a measure (25 ml) of the descaling uid

(17 *).

2. Then follow the procedure described above in

section “Calc’nClean” (steps 2 to 9).

The descaling liquid may be purchased from our

after-sales service or specialist shops.

D anti-calc

The “anti-calc” cartridge has been designed to

reduce the build-up of scale produced during

steam ironing, helping to extend the useful life of

your iron. Nevertheless the “anti-calc” cartridge

cannot remove all of the scale that is produced

naturally over time.

steam-ironing delicate garments at maximum

temperature without damaging them.
