Charging

The best environmental temperature for charging is between 15 °C and 35 °C.

Do not expose the appliance to temperatures higher than 50 °C for extended

periods of time.

• Using the special cord set (6), connect the appliance to an electrical outlet

with the motor switched off.

• When charging for the first time or when the appliance is not used for

a few months, leave the appliance to charge continuously for at least

8 hours.

• Once the appliance is completely charged, discharge it (until empty)

through normal use. Then recharge to full capacity. Maximum capacity

will only be reached after several charging/discharging cycles.

• A full charge provides at least 40 minutes of cordless operating time.

This may vary depending on the hair you are trimming.

• If the rechargeable batteries are discharged, you may also use the

appliance by connecting to an electrical outlet via the special cord set.

Charge indicator

The charge indicator integrated in the on/off switch (4) shows the charging

status of the batteries. During charging the symbol in the on/off switch

lights up permanently green. When the battery is fully charged, the charge

indicator turns off.

General hair cutting information

• The hair should be clean, well combed, tangle-free and dry.

• If you are not used to clipping hair, begin with a higher setting and then

reduce the setting to avoid cutting more hair than desired.

• Use a slow and controlled movement. Do not force the clipper through

the hair faster than the clipper can cut it.

• In between, shake or blow off the hair from the clipper. If too much hair is

caught in the distance comb, remove it.

• To control your progress during clipping, regularly comb the hair in the

style desired.

Hair cutting

Hair cutting with hair clipping comb

• Place the hair clipping comb (1a/1b) on the appliance with the appliance

turned off.

• Press the length selector (3) and slide the hair comb up to your desired

hair length. Possible length settings (mm):

Long hair clipping comb (1a) = 14 / 17 / 20 / 23 / 26 / 29 / 32 / 35

Short hair clipping comb (1b) = 3 / 6 / 9 / 12 / 15 / 18 / 21 / 24

• Turn the appliance on by pressing the on/off switch (4) and cut hair to the

desired length.

Hair cutting without hair clipping comb

• Remove the clipping comb.

• To start clipping, turn the appliance on by pressing the on/off switch (4).

• Move the cutting system only in a parallel position to the skin (A, cutting

hair). Slowly and carefully move the appliance against the direction of hair

growth.

• Only when trimming contours the cutting system should be positioned

vertically (B, trimming).

• Make sure you do not tilt the appliance while it is touching the skin (C).

• Avoid jerky movements while cutting.

Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures better trimming performance.

Cleaning with the brush

• Switch off the appliance. Open the cutting system by pressing with the

thumb against the trimmer from the front side. It opens by ca. 45°.

• Using the brush clean the trimmers and the space behind the trimmer

(inside the housing).

Cleaning with water

• Switch off the appliance and rinse the head and the trimmer under warm

running water until all residues have been removed. You can also rinse the

opened cutting system.

Keeping your appliance in top shape

To keep the cutting system working properly, oil it with light machine oil (D)

after each use, especially when cleaning under running water.

Preserving the batteries

In order to maintain the optimum capacity of the rechargeable batteries,

the appliance has to be fully discharged (by operating) every 6 months

approximately. Then recharge the appliance to full capacity.

Environmental notice

Product contains batteries and/or recyclable electric waste. For

environment protection do not dispose of in household waste, but

for recycling take to electric waste collection points provided in your

country.

Mise en charge de l’appareil

La température environnante optimale pour la mise en charge de l’appareil

se situe entre 15 et 35 °C. Ne pas exposer l’appareil à des températures

supérieures à 50 °C trop longtemps.

• A l’aide du cordon d’alimentation (6), branchez l’appareil en position arrêt

sur une prise de courant.

• Lors de la première mise en charge ou lorsque l’appareil n’a pas été

utilisé pendant plusieurs mois, laissez l’appareil charger en continu

pendant au moins 8 heures.

• Une fois que l’appareil est complètement chargé, utilisez-le normalement

jusqu’à ce qu’il soit complètement déchargé. Puis le recharger complè-

tement. La capacité maximum de la batterie ne sera atteinte qu’après

plusieurs cycles de charge/décharge.

• Après une charge complète, l’autonomie de l’appareil est de 40 minutes

minimum. Cette autonomie varie toutefois selon les poils que vous

souhaitez tondre.

• Si les batteries rechargeables sont déchargées, vous pouvez aussi

utiliser l’appareil en le branchant à une prise électrique via le cordon

d’alimentation.

Témoin lumineux de charge

Le témoin lumineux intégré dans le bouton marche/arrêt (4) indique l’état

de charge de la batterie. Lorsque l’appareil est en charge, le symbole vert

sur le bouton marche/arrêt s’éclaire en permanence. Lorsque la batterie est

complètement chargée, le témoin lumineux s’éteint.

Information générale sur la coupe de cheveux

• Les cheveux doivent être propres, bien peignés, démêlés et secs.

• Si vous n’êtes pas habitué à couper vos cheveux, commencez par un

réglage de la plus haute coupe, puis diminuez-le ensuite pour éviter de

couper plus que ce que vous ne le souhaiteriez.

• Adoptez un mouvement lent et contrôlé. Ne forcez pas l’appareil à couper

plus vite que ce qu’il ne lui est possible de faire.

• De temps en temps, secouez ou soufflez sur le sabot pour évacuer les

cheveux. Si trop de cheveux s’accumulent dans le sabot, retirez-le et

videz-le.

• Pour contrôler votre avancée dans la coupe, peigner régulièrement vos

cheveux selon le style désiré.

• Positionnez le sabot (1a/1b) sur l’appareil lorsque celui-ci est éteint.

• Appuyez sur le sélecteur de longueur (3) et glissez le sabot en fonction

de la longueur de cheveux désirée. Longueurs réglables possibles (mm):

• Allumez l’appareil en appuyant sur le bouton marche/arrêt (4) et coupez

selon la longueur désirée.

Coupe de cheveux sans sabot spécial

• Enlevez le sabot.

• Pour commencer à tondre, allumez l’appareil en appuyant sur le bouton

marche/arrêt (4).

• Déplacez le bloc de coupe dans un mouvement parallèle à la peau

uniquement (A, coupe des cheveux). Déplacez lentement et précaution-

neusement l’appareil dans le sens inverse de la direction de pousse du

cheveux.

• Le bloc de coupe doit être positionné verticalement lors de la tonte des

contours seulement (B, tonte).

• Assurez-vous que vous n’inclinez pas l’appareil lorsque celui-ci touche

• Evitez les mouvements saccadés pendant la coupe.

Nettoyage

Un nettoyage régulier garantit une performance de rasage optimale.

Nettoyage à la brosse

• Arrêtez l’appareil. Repoussez avec votre pouce le bloc de coupe pour le

dégrafer. Il s’ouvre à environ 45°.

• Utilisez la brosse pour nettoyer les lames de la tondeuse ainsi que

l’arrière du bloc de coupe (et l’espace entre le boîtier).

Nettoyage à l’eau

• Arrêtez l’appareil puis rincez la tête et les lames de la tondeuse à l’eau

chaude courante jusqu’à enlever tous les résidus. Vous pouvez

également rincer le bloc de coupe lorsqu’il est ouvert.

Gardez votre appareil en bon état

Pour que le bloc de coupe continue à fonctionner correctement, huilez-le

avec de l’huile de machine légère (D) après chaque utilisation, tout

particulièrement lorsque vous le nettoyez a l’eau courante.

Entretien des batteries

Afin de conserver la capacité maximum des batteries rechargeables,

l’appareil doit être complètement déchargé en opération tous les 6 mois

environ. Puis rechargez-le à sa pleine capacité.

Respect de l’environnement

Ce produit contient des batteries rechargeables et/ou des déchets

électriques recyclables. Afin de protéger l’environnement, ne jetez

jamais l’appareil dans les ordures ménagères a la fin de sa durée de

vie. Remettez-le à votre centre service agréé Braun ou déposez-le

dans des sites de récupération appropriés conformément aux réglementa-

tions locales ou nationales en vigueur.

Ładowanie

Najlepsza temperatura otoczenia do ładowania urządzenia wynosi od 15 °C

do 35 °C. Nie wolno przez dłuższy czas narażać urządzenia na działanie

temperatur wyższych niż 50 °C.

• Urządzenie należy podłączać do gniazda sieci elektrycznej za pomocą

specjalnego zestawu przewodów (6), przy wyłączonym silniku.

• Przy pierwszym ładowaniu lub w przypadku, gdy urządzenie nie było

użytkowane przez kilka miesięcy, należy ładować je w sposób ciągły

przez co najmniej 8 godzin.

• Po pełnym naładowaniu urządzenie należy całkowicie wyładować

poprzez normalne użytkowanie. Następnie należy je w pełni naładować.

Moc maksymalna zostanie osiągnięta dopiero po kilku cyklach ładowania

i rozładowania urządzenia.

Wskaźnik poziomu naładowania

Wskaźnik poziomu naładowania zintegrowany z przełącznikiem zasilania (4)

pokazuje stan naładowania baterii akumulatorowych. Podczas ładowania

symbol na przełączniku zasilania świeci się stale na zielono. Gdy bateria

zostanie w pełni naładowana, kontrolka wskaźnika poziomu ładowania zgaśnie.

Informacje ogólne dotyczące strzyżenia włosów

• Włosy powinny być czyste, dobrze rozczesane, niesplątane i suche.

• W przypadku braku doświadczenia w strzyżeniu włosów należy rozpocząć

od ustawienia urządzenia na większą długość cięcia, a następnie ją

redukować w celu uniknięcia ostrzyżenia włosów zbyt krótko.

• Włosy należy strzyc używając wolnych i opanowanych ruchów. Nie należy

przesuwać maszynki przez włosy szybciej, niż urządzenie jest w stanie

ścinać włosy.

• Od czasu do czasu należy strząsać lub zdmuchiwać ścięte włosy z urzą-

dzenia. Jeśli w nakładce grzebieniowej utkwi zbyt wiele włosów, nakładkę

należy zdjąć z urządzenia.

• Aby kontrolować postępy w ścinaniu włosów, zaleca się regularne modelo-

wanie fryzury w żądany sposób.

Strzyżenie włosów

Strzyżenie włosów z zastosowaniem nakładki grzebieniowej

• Zamontuj nakładkę grzebieniową (1 a/1 b) na wyłączonym urządzeniu.

• Naciśnij przycisk wyboru długości (3) i przesuń nakładkę grzebieniową

do pozycji odpowiadającej żądanej długości włosów. Możliwe ustawienia

• Włącz urządzenie naciskając przycisk zasilania (4) i strzyż włosy na

żądaną długość.

Strzyżenie włosów bez nakładki grzebieniowej

• Zdejmij nakładkę grzebieniową.

• Aby rozpocząć strzyżenie, włącz urządzenie naciskając przycisk zasilania

(4).

• System tnący należy przesuwać tylko równolegle do skóry (A, strzyżenie

włosów). Powoli i ostrożnie przesuwaj urządzenie w kierunku pod włos.

• Tylko podczas przycinania boków fryzury system może być ustawiony

pionowo (B, przycinanie).

• Należy pamiętać, aby nie przechylać urządzenia, gdy dotyka ono skóry (C).

• Podczas strzyżenia należy unikać nagłych ruchów.

Czyszczenie

Regularne czyszczenie gwarantuje lepsze efekty strzyżenia.

Czyszczenie za pomocą szczoteczki

• Wyłącz urządzenie. Otwórz system tnący naciskając kciukiem przednią

część urządzenia. Urządzenie otwiera się pod kątem ok. 45°.

• Przy pomocy szczoteczki oczyść ostrza i przestrzeń za nimi (wewnątrz

obudowy).

Mycie wodą

• Wyłącz urządzenie i przepłucz głowicę i ostrze ciepłą, bieżącą wodą.

Można również przepłukać otwarty system tnący.

Utrzymywanie urządzenia w dobrym stanie

W celu zachowania właściwego działania systemu tnącego należy go oliwić

przy pomocy lekkiego oleju maszynowego (D) po każdym użyciu, szczególnie

po czyszczeniu pod bieżącą wodą.

Konserwacja baterii akumulatorowych

W celu zachowania optymalnej mocy baterii akumulatorowych urządzenie

należy całkowicie wyładowywać (poprzez użytkowanie) co ok. 6 miesięcy.

Następnie należy je w pełni naładować.

Warunki gwarancji

1. Procter & Gamble International Operations SA z siedzibą w Route de

St-Georges 47, 1213 Petit Lancy 1 w Szwajcarii, gwarantuje sprawne

działanie sprzętu w okresie 24 miesięcy od daty jego wydania

Kupującemu. Ujawnione w tym okresie wady będą usuwane bezpłatnie,

przez autoryzowany punkt serwisowy, w terminie 14 dni od daty

dostarczenia sprzętu do autoryzowanego punktu serwisowego.

2. Kupujący może wysłać sprzęt do naprawy do najbliżej znajdującego się

autoryzowanego punktu serwisowego lub skorzystać z pośrednictwa

sklepu, w którym dokonał zakupu sprzętu. W takim wypadku termin

naprawy ulegnie wydłużeniu o czas niezbędny do dostarczenia i odbioru

sprzętu.

3. Kupujący powinien dostarczyć sprzęt w opakowaniu należycie

zabezpieczonym przed uszkodzeniem. Uszkodzenia spowodowane

niedostatecznym zabezpieczeniem sprzętu nie podlegają naprawom

gwarancyjnym. Naprawom gwarancyjnym nie podlegają także inne

uszkodzenia powstałe w następstwie okoliczności, za które Gwarant nie

ponosi odpowiedzialności, w szczególności zawinione przez Pocztę

Polską lub firmy kurierskie.

4. Niniejsza gwarancja jest ważna jedynie z dokumentem zakupu

i obowiązuje wyłącznie na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej.

5. Okres gwarancji przedłuża się o czas od zgłoszenia wady lub

uszkodzenia do naprawy sprzętu i zwrotnego postawienia go do

dyspozycji Kupującego.

6. Naprawa gwarancyjna nie obejmuje czynności przewidzianych

w instrukcji, do wykonania, których Kupujący zobowiązany jest we

własnym zakresie i na własny koszt.

7. Ewentualne oczyszczenie sprzętu dokonywane jest na koszt Kupującego

według cennika danego autoryzowanego punktu serwisowego i nie

będzie traktowane jako naprawa gwarancyjna, chyba, że oczyszczenie

jest niezbędne do usunięcia wady w ramach świadczeń objętych

niniejszą gwarancją i nie stanowi czynności, o których mowa w p. 6.

8. Gwarancją nie są objęte:

a) mechaniczne uszkodzenia sprzętu spowodowane w czasie jego

użytkowania lub w czasie dostarczania sprzętu do naprawy;

b) uszkodzenia i wady wynikłe na skutek:

– używania sprzętu do celów innych niż osobisty użytek;

– niewłaściwego lub niezgodnego z instrukcją użytkowania,

konserwacji, przechowywania lub instalacji;

– używania niewłaściwych materiałów eksploatacyjnych;

– napraw dokonywanych przez nieuprawnione osoby; stwierdzenie

faktu takiej naprawy lub samowolnego otwarcia plomb lub innych

zabezpieczeń sprzętu powoduje utratę gwarancji;

– przeróbek, zmian konstrukcyjnych lub używania do napraw

nieoryginalnych części zamiennych;

c) części szklane, żarówki, oświetlenia;

d) ostrza i folie do golarek oraz materiały eksploatacyjne.

9. Bez nazwy, modelu sprzętu i daty jego zakupu potwierdzonej pieczątką i

podpisem sprzedawcy albo paragonu lub faktury zakupu z nazwą i

modelem sprzętu, karta gwarancyjna jest nieważna.

10. Niniejsza gwarancja na sprzedany towar konsumpcyjny nie wyłącza,

nie ogranicza ani nie zawiesza uprawnień Kupującego wynikających

z niezgodności towaru z umową.

Nabíjení

Nejvhodnější okolní teplota pro nabíjení se pohybuje mezi 15 a 35 °C.

Nevystavujte přístroj po delší dobu teplotám vyšším než 50 °C.

• Po vypnutí motorku připojte zařízení pomocí zvláštní napájecí šňůry (6) do

elektrické zásuvky.

• Při prvním nabíjení nebo pokud přístroj nebyl používán po dobu několika

měsíců, nechte přístroj nepřetržitě nabíjet alespoň 8 hodin.

• Jakmile je přístroj zcela nabitý, vybíjejte ho (dokud není zcela vybitý)

běžným používáním. Poté ho dobijte na plnou kapacitu. Maximální kapacity

bude dosaženo po několika cyklech nabíjení a vybíjení.

• Plně nabitý přístroj lze po odpojení šňůry používat minimálně 40 minut.

Tato hodnota se může lišit v závislosti na stříhaných vlasech.

• Pokud jsou dobíjecí baterie vybité, můžete přístroj také používat po

připojení do elektrické sítě pomocí zvláštní napájecí šňůry.

Indikátor nabíjení

Indikátor nabíjení je začleněn do vypínače (4) a signalizuje stav nabíjení

baterií. Během nabíjení svítí symbol na vypínači zeleně. Pokud je baterie

zcela nabitá, indikátor nabíjení se vypne.

Obecné informace o zastřihávání vlasů

• Vlasy by měly být čisté, dobře učesané, nezamotané a suché.

• Pokud nemáte se zastřiháváním vlasů zkušenosti, začněte s vyšším

nastavením a poté nastavení snižte, aby se zabránilo zastřižení většího

než požadovaného množství vlasů.

• Přístrojem pohybujte pomalu a kontrolovaně. Nesnažte se zastřihávat

rychleji, než zastřihovač zvládá vlasy stříhat.
