Listening to the Radio
1. Slide the ON/OFF switch to ON position to turn on the radio.
2. Press BAND to select FM or MW band.
3. Press or to tune to your desired radio station.
4. Adjust the volume to desired level.
5. Slide the ON/OFF OFFe radio. The display will revert to current time.
To enhance radio reception ability:
FM: Extend the telescopic antenna.
MW: Rotate the unit horizontally for optimum reception.
Presetting radio stations
1. Tune to a station.

Gebruikershandleiding
Gelieve de instructies aandachtig te lezen alvorens het apparaat te gebruiken.

STROOMTOEVOER
Verwijder het klepje van het batterijvak door het te verschuiven in de richting van de pijl.
Plaats 3 LR03(AAA/UM4) 1.5V-batterijen in het batterijvak. Zorg ervoor dat hun polariteit (+/-) overeenkomt met de
markering in het batterijvak.
Plaats het klepje terug.
Opmerkingen i.v.m. de batterijen (niet meegeleverd)
Geen verschillende types batterijen gebruiken of oude en nieuwe batterijen door elkaar gebruiken.
De batterijen nooit heropladen, blootstellen aan hitte of uit elkaar halen.
De batterijen mogen niet blootgesteld worden aan extreme hitte zoals zonneschijn, vuur en dergelijke.
Batterijen nooit in het vuur gooien!
Houd rekening met de milieuvoorschriften voor het vernietigen van batterijen.
Vervang de batterijen wanneer het volume vermindert of het geluid vervormt tijdens het gebruik.
Om lekken te vermijden dienen de batterijen verwijderd te worden wanneer het apparaat voor langere tijd niet wordt
gebruikt.
. Consulteer uw dealer alvorens de batterijen weg te gooien. Deze kan de batterijen eventueel
terugnemen voor specifieke recyclage.
LET OP:
Er dreigt explosiegevaar indien de batterij verkeerd wordt vervangen. Vervang een batterij enkel door een batterij van
hetzelfde of een equivalent type.

1. Druk eenmaal op MEMO om de time setting-modus binnen te gaan. Op het display zal  beginnen te knipperen.
2. Druk opnieuw op MEMO. Op de display zal  beginnen te knipperen. Druk vervolgens op of om het 24-uur of
12-uur tijdsformaat te selecteren.
3. Druk nogmaals op MEMO om te bevestigen. Hierna beginnen de uurcijfers te knipperen.
4. Druk op of om het uur in te stellen. Druk op MEMO om te bevestigen. Hierna beginnen de minuutcijfers te
knipperen.
6. Druk op of om de minuten in te stellen en druk opnieuw op MEMO om te bevestigen.
GEBRUIK VAN DE RADIO
1. Zet de ON/OFF-schakelaar op ON om de radio aan te zetten.
2. Druk op BAND om FM- of MW-bereik te kiezen.
3. Druk op of om af te stemmen op het gewenste radiostation.
4. Pas het volume aan.
5. Zet de ON/OFF-schakelaar op OFFom de radio uit te zetten. Op het display zal terug de huidige tijd verschijnen.
Om de ontvangst van de radio te optimaliseren:
FM: Trek de telescopische antenne uit.
MW: Draai het apparaat in horizontale richting.
Radiostations programmeren
1. Stem af op een station.
2. Druk eenmaal op MEMO zodat op het display  begint te knipperen.
3. Druk op of om een presetnummer te kiezen.
4. Druk opnieuw op MEMO om het station te bewaren als geselecteerd presetnummer.
5. Door bovengenoemde stappen te herhalen kunt u tot 20 stations programmeren (10 MW /10 FM).
LUISTEREN MET OORTELEFOONS
Sluit oortelefoons (niet inbegrepen) aan op de oortelefoonaansluiting van het apparaat.
Voortdurend gebruik van oortelefoons op een hoog volume kan gehoorschade veroorzaken.
VEILIGHEIDSVOORSCHRIFTEN
BELANGRIJK!
- De ventilatie mag niet worden belemmerd door de ventilatieopeningen af te dekken met bijvoorbeeld kranten, een
tafelkleed, gordijnen, enz.
- Plaats geen open vlammen, bijvoorbeeld een brandende kaars, op het apparaat.
- Gebruik het toestel enkel in een gematigd klimaat (niet in een tropisch klimaat).
- Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat niet in contact komt met druppels of spatten.
- Zorg voor een minimumafstand van 5 cm rond het apparaat teneinde voldoende ventilatie te verzekeren
- Zet geen met vloeistoffen gevulde voorwerpen, zoals vazen, op het apparaat..
- Het typeplaatje bevindt zich op de achterzijde van het apparaat.
- Overmatige geluidsdruk van oortelefoons en hoofdtelefoons kan gehoorverlies veroorzaken.
- Onder invloed van het e   en/of elektrostatische fenomeen kan het product storingen
vertonen en dient de gebruiker het apparaat uit- en weer in te schakelen.
Indien u zich in de toekomst wenst te ontdoen van dit product, gelieve te noteren dat elektrische afvalproducten
niet bij het gewoon huisvuil mogen geplaatst worden. Gelieve te recycleren indien daarvoor faciliteiten beschikbaar zijn.
